Claims (10)
- 気体放出孔(13)をそれぞれが有する複数のバッテリセル(10)、特にリチウムイオンバッテリセルと、複数のバッテリセル(10)に割り当てられた気体収容室(21)であって、前記複数のバッテリセル(10)から漏れた気体を少なくとも一時的に収容するための前記気体収容室(21)と、を備えた、バッテリセルモジュールにおいて、
前記気体収容室(21)の容量は、前記気体放出孔(13)と直接的に連結されることを特徴とする、バッテリセルモジュール。 - 前記気体収容室(21)は、前記バッテリセル(10)の方向に開いており、前記気体収容室(21)の開放領域(22)は、複数のバッテリセル(10)の上方に伸びている、請求項1に記載のバッテリセルモジュール。
- 前記気体収容室(21)は、バッテリセル(10)の気体放出孔(13)とそれぞれが流体的に連結される複数の気体進入孔(22)を有する、請求項1に記載のバッテリセルモジュール。
- 各気体放出孔(13)を形成する材料と、各気体進入孔(22)を形成する材料と、の間の接続領域には、少なくとも1つの多肢シール部が配置される、請求項3に記載のバッテリセルモジュール。
- 前記気体収容室(21)は、前記収容された気体を排出するための出口孔(23)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセルモジュール。
- 前記出口孔(23)には逆止弁が接続され、前記逆止弁はリップ弁(70)である、請求項5に記載のバッテリセルモジュール。
- 前記リップ弁(70)は、予定破損箇所を有し、前記予定破損箇所は、気体収集室内で所定の気体圧力を超えた際に、当該予定破損箇所で亀裂が発生するよう形成され、前記亀裂は、前記気体収集室から前記気体を排出可能な開口部を発生させる、請求項6に記載のバッテリセルモジュール。
- 前記気体収集室内で前記所定の気体圧力を超えた際に前記開口部が生成し、その後で、前記気体収集室内で所定の気体圧力を下回った際には、前記リップ弁(70)が、基本的に周囲に対して前記気体収集室を密封する、請求項7に記載のバッテリセルモジュールを駆動する方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセルモジュールのうちの複数を備えるバッテリ、特にリチウムイオンバッテリであって、前記バッテリセルモジュール(1)は、全体ハウジング内に配置され、前記バッテリセルモジュール(1)の気体収集室は、気体放出管と流体的に連結され、前記気体放出管は、前記全体ハウジング内の気体出口に接続される、バッテリ。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバッテリセルモジュールと、請求項9に記載のバッテリと、を有する車両、特に、電気的に駆動可能な車両において、前記バッテリセルモジュール(1)又は前記バッテリは、前記車両の駆動システムと接続される、車両。
