Description
−還元剤が貯蔵されることのできる内部を有するタンク、
−内部の取り入れ口、
−タンクのタンク底部における別のチャンバ内に位置する送給装置、
−送給装置から別のチャンバでタンク底部を通過して排ガス処理装置に至るライン、および、
−取り入れ口をカバーするクリーニング層、を有し、
取り入れ口とクリーニング層との間に中間スペースが形成され、中間スペース内には少なくとも1つのスポンジ要素が設けられ、スポンジ要素は、還元剤を吸収することができ、送給装置は、スポンジ要素から取り入れ口を介して還元剤を抽出することができる、装置(1)に関する。

Claims (9)
- 排ガス処理装置(6)に向けて液体還元剤を供給する装置(1)であって、少なくとも、
−還元剤が貯蔵されることのできる内部(3)を有するタンク(2)、
−前記内部(3)の取り入れ口(4)、
−前記タンク(2)のタンク底部(12)における別のチャンバ(11)内に位置する送給装置(5)、
−前記送給装置(5)から前記別のチャンバ(11)で前記タンク底部(12)を通過して前記排ガス処理装置(6)に至るライン(20)、および、
−前記取り入れ口(4)をカバーするクリーニング層(8)、を有し、
前記取り入れ口(4)と前記クリーニング層(8)との間に中間スペース(10)が形成され、前記中間スペース(10)内には少なくとも1つのスポンジ要素(7)が設けられ、前記スポンジ要素(7)は、還元剤を吸収することができ、前記送給装置(5)は、前記スポンジ要素(7)から前記取り入れ口(4)を介して還元剤を抽出することができる、装置(1)。 - 前記スポンジ要素(7)は、前記クリーニング層(8)から前記取り入れ口(4)まで複数のチャンネル(23)を形成する、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記スポンジ要素(7)は、それが還元剤を引き込むというような方法で設計される、請求項1または2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記スポンジ要素(7)は、前記取り入れ口(4)をカバーする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記別のチャンバ(11)は、前記タンク底部(12)から前記内部(3)へと少なくとも部分的に延び、前記取り入れ口(4)は、前記タンク底部(12)に位置する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記クリーニング層(8)は、少なくとも1つのフィルタ(22)またはスクリーン(9)を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記クリーニング層(8)および前記スポンジ要素(7)は、円周方向(13)において完全な周囲全体に前記別のチャンバ(11)を囲む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記取り入れ口(4)は、複数の取り入れ開口(14)を有し、前記スポンジ要素(7)は、すべての前記取り入れ開口(14)をつなぐ、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 内燃機関(16)、前記内燃機関(16)からの排ガスをクリーニングするための排ガス処理装置(6)、および前記排ガス処理装置(6)に還元剤を供給するための請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)を有する自動車両(15)。
