Description
本発明は、二次電池用電極端子およびこれを含むリチウム二次電池に関する。
前記電極端子は銅材質の電極端子であってもよく、ここで、前記銅材質の電極端子は、その表面に銅より耐腐食性の高いニッケル、銀、白金および金からなる群から選択される何れか一つ以上の金属がメッキされていてもよい。

Claims (11)
- 二次電池用電極端子において、
前記電極端子をなす金属より耐腐食性の高い金属が前記電極端子にメッキされていることを特徴とする、二次電池用電極端子。 - 充放電が可能な電極組立体が外装材内に密封され、前記電極組立体と電気的に連結された電極端子(正極端子/負極端子)が外装材の外側に一部突出しているリチウム二次電池において、
前記電極端子をなす金属より耐腐食性の高い金属が前記電極端子にメッキされていることを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池。 - 前記電極端子はアルミニウム材質の電極端子であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記アルミニウム材質の電極端子は、その表面にアルミニウムより耐腐食性の高いコバルト、銅、ニッケル、白金、マンガン、亜鉛、鉄、スズ、銀および金からなる群から選択される何れか一つ以上の金属がメッキされていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極端子は銅材質の電極端子であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記銅材質の電極端子は、その表面に銅より耐腐食性の高いニッケル、銀、白金および金からなる群から選択される何れか一つ以上の金属がメッキされていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記メッキは電解メッキまたは無電解メッキであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極端子は、その全体または一部に金属メッキされていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極端子は、リチウム二次電池の外装材の外部に露出した部分に金属メッキされていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記リチウム二次電池はパウチ型であることを特徴とする、請求項2から9の何れか一項に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 二つ以上のリチウム二次電池が電気的に連結されて含まれる電池モジュールまたは電池パックにおいて、
内部のリチウム二次電池と外部を電気的に連結する電極端子(正極端子/負極端子)の全部または一部が、前記電極端子をなす金属より耐腐食性の高い金属でメッキされていることを特徴とする、電池モジュールまたは電池パック。
