Abstract
【解決手段】超音波プローブが挿通するシースに軸部を介して揺動自在に軸支されたクランプアームと、第1の先端部と第1の基端部とを有し、クランプアームに前記軸部よりも先端側に設けられた台座と、第2の先端部と第2の基端部とを有し長手軸に垂直な幅方向に延在する軸周りに揺動可能に台座に対して支持され、第2の先端部が第1の先端部より先端側に位置し、第2の基端部が第1の先端部よりも基端側に位置して第2の基端部と台座との空間を形成するジョーと、ジョーの開閉方向に操作する操作部と、シースから開閉方向について延出し、第2の基端部と台座との空間を覆うように形成され、操作部を閉状態から開状態に操作する際に第2の基端部が描く軌跡よりも先端側に位置するストッパとを備える。

Claims (10)
- 長手軸に延在し、超音波振動を伝達する超音波プローブと、
前記超音波プローブの先端部に設けられ、前記超音波振動により被検体を処置するための処置部と、
前記超音波プローブが挿通するシースと、
前記シースに軸部を介して揺動自在に軸支されたクランプアームと、
第1の先端部と第1の基端部とを有し、前記クランプアームに前記軸部よりも先端側に設けられた台座と、
第2の先端部と第2の基端部とを有し、前記長手軸に垂直な幅方向に延在する軸周りに揺動可能に前記台座に対して支持され、前記第2の先端部が前記第1の先端部より前記長手軸方向について先端側に位置し、前記第2の基端部が前記第1の先端部よりも基端側に位置して前記第2の基端部と前記台座との間に空間を形成するジョーと、
前記ジョーが前記処置部と近接する閉状態と前記ジョーが前記処置部から離間する開状態との間で移動するように、前記長手軸および前記幅方向に垂直な方向である開閉方向に操作するための操作部と、
前記シースから前記開閉方向について延出し、前記第2の基端部と前記台座との間にある空間を覆うように形成され、前記操作部を前記閉状態から前記開状態に操作する際に前記第2の基端部が描く軌跡よりも先端側に位置するストッパと、
を備えたことを特徴とする超音波処置具。 - 前記ストッパは、先端側の縁部を前記ジョーの前記第2の基端部が描く軌跡よりも先端側に位置するよう設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波処置具。
- 前記ストッパは、前記開閉方向について前記第2の基端部と前記台座との間に位置する前記空間を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の超音波処置具。
- 前記ストッパは、前記シースの側方から前記クランプアームの側方に指向するように延設したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3に記載の超音波処置具。
- 前記ストッパは、前記第2の基端部が描く軌跡に沿って前記シースの側方から前記台座の側方に円弧状に延設させるために、前記軸部を中心とする円弧状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4に記載の超音波処置具。
- 前記操作部は、前記処置部に対して近接する前記閉状態と前記ジョーが前記処置部に対して離間する前記開状態との間で前記ジョーを前記開閉方向に移動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波処置具。
- 前記ストッパは、前記ジョーが前記処置部に対して離間する前記開状態において、前記ジョーの前記第2の基端部から前記軸部までの間における前記シースの側方から前記クランプアームの側方に指向するように延設したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波処置具。
- 前記ジョーに貫通するピンを更に有し、
前記台座は、前記第1の先端部に前記ピンが貫通する第1の孔を形成し、
前記ジョーは、前記長手軸に垂直な前記幅方向に延在するとともに前記ピンを貫通する第2の孔を形成し、前記ピンの周りに揺動可能に前記1の先端部に対して支持されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波処置具。 - 前記ストッパは、前記シースの両側部から対をなして延設され、前記ジョーが前記処置部に対して開閉動作する際のガイド部材としての機能を兼用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波処置具。
- 前記ストッパは、当該ストッパの長さは、前記ジョーが閉状態にあるとき、前記クランプアームの前記シースと対向しない側の面から突出しない範囲内の長さに設定されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の超音波処置具。
