Abstract
【解決手段】充放電管理装置10は、電気負荷30に電力を供給する配電網31との間で電力を授受する蓄電池21の充電および放電の状態を管理するために、指示部11と温度取得部12と設定部13とを備える。指示部11は、電力変換部23に、充電電流の大きさと放電電流の上限値とを指示する。温度取得部12は蓄電池21の電池温度を取得する。設定部13は、電池温度が正常範囲である場合、充電電流の大きさと放電電流の上限値とを一定値とする。また、設定部13は、電池温度が正常範囲から逸脱している場合、充電電流の大きさと放電電流の上限値とを、電池温度が正常範囲である場合よりも引き下げ、かつ正常範囲からの逸脱の程度が大きいほど小さくする。

Claims (9)
- 電気負荷に電力を供給する配電網との間で電力を授受する蓄電池の充電および放電の状態を管理する充放電管理装置であって、
前記蓄電池への充電電流の大きさを指示する機能を有した指示部と、
前記蓄電池の電池温度を取得する温度取得部と、
前記温度取得部が取得した前記電池温度に応じて、前記充電電流の大きさを定める機能を有する設定部とを備え、
前記設定部は、
前記電池温度が正常範囲である場合に、前記充電電流の大きさを規定の第1の標準値に定める機能と、
前記電池温度が前記正常範囲から逸脱している場合に、前記充電電流を前記第1の標準値より小さくし、かつ前記正常範囲から逸脱している程度が大きいほど前記充電電流と前記第1の標準値との差を大きくするように定める機能とを有する
充放電管理装置。 - 前記指示部は、前記蓄電池からの放電電流の上限値を指示する機能をさらに有し、
前記設定部は、
前記電池温度が正常範囲である場合に、前記放電電流の上限値を規定の第2の標準値に定める機能と、
前記電池温度が前記正常範囲から逸脱している場合に、前記放電電流の上限値を前記第2の標準値より小さくし、かつ前記正常範囲から逸脱している程度が大きいほど前記放電電流の上限値と前記第2の標準値との差を大きくするように定める機能とをさらに有する
請求項1記載の充放電管理装置。 - 前記蓄電池を充電または放電している期間において、前記温度取得部から取得した電池温度が前記正常範囲から逸脱した場合に報知信号を出力する報知出力部と、
前記報知出力部が前記報知信号を出力した場合に前記蓄電池の充電または放電を継続させるか停止させるかの指示を待ち受ける指示入力部とをさらに備え、
前記指示部は、前記指示入力部が前記蓄電池の充電または放電を停止させる指示を受けた場合に前記蓄電池の充電または放電を停止させる機能を有する
請求項2記載の充放電管理装置。 - 前記蓄電池の劣化の程度を表す指標値を求め、前記指標値で表された劣化の程度が進んでいるほど前記第1の標準値および前記第2の標準値を引き下げる補正部をさらに備える
請求項2又は3記載の充放電管理装置。 - 前記電気負荷の動作を管理するコントローラとの通信が可能である通信インターフェイス部をさらに備え、
前記設定部は、
前記蓄電池を充電している期間には、前記蓄電池および前記電気負荷に電力を供給する電力供給源からの供給電力と前記電気負荷が使用している電力との差分である使用可能電力が前記通信インターフェイス部を通して前記コントローラから通知され、かつ前記使用可能電力を用いて前記充電電流の上限値が定められ、
前記蓄電池から放電している期間には、前記蓄電池から前記電気負荷に供給可能な電力の目安になる前記放電電流の上限値を前記通信インターフェイス部を通して前記コントローラに通知する
請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の充放電管理装置。 - 前記蓄電池は、走行用のエネルギー源として電力の使用が可能である電動車両に搭載され、かつ前記電動車両は、前記蓄電池と前記配電網との間で電力の授受が可能になる結合状態と前記配電網から分離され走行が可能になる分離状態とが選択可能である電力結合部を備え、
前記指示部は、前記蓄電池が前記配電網に対して結合状態である期間に動作する
請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の充放電管理装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の充放電管理装置と、前記充放電管理装置からの指示内容で前記蓄電池と前記配電網との間で電力を双方向に変換する電力変換部とを備えるパワーコンディショナ。
- 請求項7記載のパワーコンディショナと、前記蓄電池とを1つの筐体に併せて備える
蓄電装置。 - コンピュータを、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の充放電管理装置として機能させるプログラム。
