Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に従うタッチパネルは、基板、及び前記基板の上にメッシュ形状に配置される電極部を含み、前記電極部は、第1サブパターン及び第2サブパターンを含む樹脂層、及び前記第1サブパターンの上に配置される電極を含み、前記第1サブパターンの幅と前記第2サブパターンの幅との比は1:0.01から1:0.5である。

Claims (10)
- 基板と、
前記基板の上に配置される電極部と、を含み、
前記電極部は、
第1サブパターン及び第2サブパターンを含む樹脂層と、
前記第1サブパターンの上に配置される電極と、を含み、
前記第1サブパターンの幅と前記第2サブパターンの幅との比は1:0.01から1:0.5であることを特徴とするタッチパネル。 - 前記第1サブパターンの幅と前記第1サブパターンの高さとの比は1:0.1から1:1である、請求項1に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1サブパターンの幅と前記第1サブパターンの高さとの比は0.1:1から1:1である、請求項1又は2に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記第1サブパターンの高さと前記第2サブパターンの高さとの比は1:0.1から1:0.9である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のタッチパネル。
- 前記電極部はメッシュ形状に配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のタッチパネル。
- 有効領域及び非有効領域を含む基板と、
前記非有効領域の上に形成される第1パターン及び第2パターンと、
前記第1パターンの上に形成される第1電極と、を含み、
前記第1パターンと前記第2パターンとの幅は相異することを特徴とする電極部材。 - 前記有効領域の上に形成される第3パターン及び第4パターンと、
前記第3パターンの上に形成される第2電極をさらに含み、
前記第3パターンと前記第4パターンとの幅は相異する、請求項6に記載の電極部材。 - 前記第1電極と前記第2電極は同一な金属物質を含む、請求項7に記載の電極部材。
- 前記第2パターンは前記第1パターンの間に形成され、
前記第4パターンは前記第3パターンの間に形成される、請求項7又は8に記載の電極部材。 - 前記第1パターンの幅は前記第2パターンの幅より大きく、
前記第3パターンの幅は前記第4パターンの幅より大きい、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の電極部材。
