Abstract
【解決手段】 ピッチPでねじ山が形成されているボルトに係合されるねじ孔22を備えたアースナット11であって、ねじ孔22に設けられた全てのねじ山21について、ねじ山21のピッチPnはボルトのねじ山のピッチPよりも大きく、かつ、ねじ山21の角度θが60度よりも大きく形成されており、ねじ孔22には、軸方向に延びる切り欠き25が軸方向の一部に設けられ、切り欠き25に臨むねじ山21の端面が切れ刃26を形成している、アースナット。

Description
ピッチPでねじ山が形成されているボルトに係合されるねじ孔を備えたアースナットであって、
前記ねじ孔に設けられた全てのねじ山について、前記ねじ山のピッチPnはボルトのねじ山のピッチPよりも大きく、かつ、前記ねじ山の角度θ[度]が60度よりも大きく形成されており、
前記ねじ孔の軸方向の一部には、軸方向に延びる切り欠きが設けられ、前記切り欠きに臨むねじ山の端面が切れ刃を形成している。
αが、0<α<0.1×Pを満足することが好ましい。
βが、0≦β≦10を満足することが好ましい。
図1は、本実施形態に係るアースナットの上面図である。図2は、図1におけるII−II断面図である。図3は、アースナットとボルトとの係合箇所の断面図である。
このアースナット11は、例えば、自動車の車体に電子部品を取り付けてアースをとる際に用いられる。アースナット11は、螺合されるボルトとの良好な導通状態を確保すべく、ボルトとの螺合時にボルトの防錆用の塗装膜を剥離する機能を有する。
図4は、アースナットとボルトとによる電子部品の取付状態の一例を示す締結箇所の断面図である。
図5は、締付けトルクと締結箇所における抵抗値との関係を示すグラフである。図6は、参考例に係るボルトの断面図である。図5の折れ線L1は特許文献1に示すアースナット、折れ線L2は参考例に係るボルト、折れ線L3は本実施形態に係るアースナット11を用いた場合の締付けトルクと抵抗値との関係を示している。
図7は、アースナットの圧造工程を説明する断面図である。
図8は、変形例に係るアースナットの断面図である。
Claims (9)
- ピッチPでねじ山が形成されているボルトに係合されるねじ孔を備えたアースナットであって、
前記ねじ孔に設けられた全てのねじ山について、前記ねじ山のピッチPnはボルトのねじ山のピッチPよりも大きく、かつ、前記ねじ山の角度θが60度よりも大きく形成されており、
前記ねじ孔の軸方向の一部には、軸方向に延びる切り欠きが設けられ、前記切り欠きに臨むねじ山の端面が切れ刃を形成している、アースナット。 - 前記ねじ山のピッチPnを、ボルトのねじ山のピッチPを用いてP+αと表したとき、
αが、0<α<0.1×Pを満足する、請求項1に記載のアースナット。 - 前記ねじ山の角度θ[度]を、60+βと表したとき、
βが、0≦β≦10を満足する、請求項1または2に記載のアースナット。 - 前記アースナットに締め付けトルクが作用したときにボルトとの導通が確保される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のアースナット。
- 前記切り欠きは軸方向の少なくとも一方側に設けられている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のアースナット。
- 前記切り欠きは、ボルトの挿入側に設けられている、請求項5に記載のアースナット。
- 前記切り欠きは、軸方向の両側に設けられている、請求項5または6に記載のアースナット。
- 前記アースナットは袋付きナットである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のアースナット。
- ボルトと前記ねじ孔との隙間を埋めるシール材が設けられている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のアースナット。
