Abstract
【解決手段】変形可能な基質と、変形可能な基質上に印刷した画像とを含むパターン付き物品であり、画像は、脂肪族ウレタン単量体又はオリゴマーと、アクリルエステル単量体と、光開始剤と、任意で着色剤とを含む放射線硬化性の伸縮可能なインク組成物から形成される。アクリルオキシアルキルシランを更に含有する。インク組成物の総重量に基づき、アクリルオキシアルキルシランを約5〜約20重量%、アクリルオリゴマーを5〜約30重量%、アクリルエステルモノマーを約30〜約70重量%含有する放射線硬化性の伸縮可能なインク組成物。

Description
式中、Rは、メチルラジカルまたは水素原子であり、R’は、炭素、水素および酸素から構成される二価の基であり、酸素は、エーテル結合およびヒドロキシル基からなる群から選択される構成中にあり、R’において、炭素原子の酸素原子に対する比率は3対1以下であり、R’は、COOおよびR”基の双方に、CO結合を介して付着しており、aは、0または1の値を有し、R”は、1つから4つの炭素原子のアルキレンラジカルであり、Xは一価の加水分解性基である。アクリルオキシアルキルシランは、米国特許第3258477号明細書に記載されている。実施形態において、アクリルオキシアルキルシランは、Sartomer CN3105として入手可能なアクリルオキシアルキルシランを含んでよい。
Claims (10)
- 脂肪族ウレタンモノマーまたはオリゴマーと;
アクリルエステルモノマーと;
光開始剤と;
任意で着色剤と
を含む無溶媒の放射線硬化性の伸縮可能なインク組成物。 - 脂肪族ウレタンモノマーまたはオリゴマーは、インク組成物の総重量に基づいて、約15から約50重量パーセントの量で存在する、請求項1に記載の放射線硬化性の伸縮可能なインク組成物。
- アクリルオキシアルキルシラン
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の放射線硬化性の伸縮可能なインク組成物。 - メタクリル酸エステル、アクリルエステル、芳香族ウレタンアクリレート、およびこれらの組合せからなる群のメンバーを含むアクリルオリゴマーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の放射線硬化性の伸縮可能なインク組成物。
- アクリルオキシアルキルシランは、インク組成物の総重量に基づいて、約5重量パーセントから約20重量パーセントの量で存在する、請求項3に記載の放射線硬化性の伸縮可能なインク組成物。
- アクリルオリゴマーは、インク組成物の総重量に基づいて、約5重量パーセントから約30重量パーセントの量で存在する、請求項4に記載の放射線硬化性の伸縮可能なインク組成物。
- アクリルエステルモノマーは、インク組成物の総重量に基づいて、約30重量パーセントから約70重量パーセントの量で存在する、請求項1に記載の放射線硬化性の伸縮可能なインク組成物。
- 硬化後の伸縮可能なインク組成物は、引張り強度が少なくとも1.0MPaかつ25MPa以下である、請求項1に記載の放射線硬化性の伸縮可能なインク組成物。
- 伸縮可能なインク組成物で印刷した画像が、一軸方向に、元の寸法の長さに沿って少なくとも110%まで伸長され得、人間の肉眼で見えるいかなるひび割れもはく離も示すことはないという特性を有する、請求項1に記載の放射線硬化性の伸縮可能なインク組成物。
- 変形可能な基質と;
変形可能な基質上に印刷した画像と
を含むパターン付き物品であって、画像は、
脂肪族ウレタンモノマーまたはオリゴマーと;
アクリルエステルモノマーと;
光開始剤と;
任意で着色剤と
を含む無溶媒の放射線硬化性の伸縮可能なインク組成物から形成される、パターン付き物品。
