Abstract
【解決手段】隣接層とのギャップを形成する突出光学パターンを含む光学部材210と、上記光学部材210に挿入される一つ以上の発光ユニット130と、上記光学部材210と一つ以上の発光ユニット130上に形成されるレジン層150と、を含む照明装置100aを提供することにより、様々な突出光学パターンを形成して光源を見る視野角に応じて光の形状が変わる効果、全体の厚さを減少させることができる効果、及び柔軟性の確保により製品設計時におけるデザインの自由度を向上させることができる効果を有するようになる。

Description
本発明は、発光ユニットとしてLEDを光源として用いる照明装置に関するものであり、導光板を除去しこれをレジン層に代替して形成するが、反射部材とレジン層との間に突出光学パターンが備えられた光学部材をさらに形成することにより、単純な面発光ではない、幾何学的形状の実現により様々なアプリケーションに適用が可能な照明装置の構造を提供することを要旨とする。
本発明の実施形態によれば、上記レジン層150の存在により、従来の導光板が占めていた厚さを格段に減少させることができることから、製品の薄型化を実現することができ、軟性の性質を有するようになり、屈曲面にも容易に適用できるという利点、デザインの自由度を向上させることができるという利点、及びその他のフレキシブルディスプレイにも応用及び適用が可能であるという利点を有することになる。

上記遮光パターンの上面又は下面のうち少なくともいずれか一面に印刷された請求項19に記載の照明装置。 - 上記レジン層は、
オリゴマーを含む紫外線硬化樹脂である請求項2、4、11、12、13又は請求項14のいずれか一項に記載の照明装置。 - 上記オリゴマーは、
ウレタンアクリレート(Urethane Acrylate)、エポキシアクリレート(Epoxy Acrylate)、ポリエステルアクリレート(Polyester Acrylate)、アクリル酸アクリレート(Acrylic Acrylate)から選ばれるいずれか一つの物質を含む請求項21に記載の照明装置。 - 上記レジン層は、
シリコン(silicon)、シリカ(silica)、グラスバブル(glass bubble)、PMMA、ウレタン(urethane)、Zn、Zr、Al2O3、アクリル(acryl)から選ばれるいずれか一つを含む光拡散体をさらに含む請求項22に記載の照明装置。 - 上記プリント回路基板は、
フレキシブルプリント回路基板である請求項21に記載の照明装置。 - 上記発光ユニットは側面型(side view type)発光ダイオードである請求項21に記載の照明装置。
