Abstract
【解決手段】発電用の風力駆動機械は、分割されると輸送および組み立てが容易になる構造を持ち、タワーと、タワーの上端に設けられるゴンドラと、複数の集風ブレードと、回転設備11とを備える。回転設備は、ゴンドラに固定されている内側ステータおよび内側ステータの周囲を取り囲む外側ロータを含む発電部と、集風ブレードが固定されている複数の支持カップ27と、支持カップ内に搭載されているブレードピッチ調整回転ハブとで構成される。

Claims (9)
- タワーと、
前記タワーの上端に設けられている、発生用の機構および構造を収容するゴンドラと、
前記ゴンドラに搭載されている、複数の集風ブレードを含む回転設備とを備え、
前記回転設備は、
前記ゴンドラに固定されている内側ステータと、前記内側ステータの周囲を取り囲む外側ロータを含む発電部と、
発電用の磁極および巻線であって、前記内側ステータおよび前記外側ロータの内部に目立たないように配置されている巻線および磁極と、
前記複数の集風ブレードの1つ毎に1つ設けられている複数の支持カップであって、前記発電部の前記外側ロータ内に等距離に固定されている複数の支持カップと、
前記複数の支持カップのそれぞれの内部に1つずつ回転可能に搭載されている複数のブレードピッチ調整ハブと
を有し、
前記複数の集風ブレードはそれぞれ、前記複数のブレードピッチ調整ハブのいずれか1つに接続されている
発電用の風力駆動機械。 - 前記内側ステータは、周辺翼を持つディスク形状部分を含み、前記ディスク形状部分は、中央部分が前記ゴンドラに固定されている請求項1に記載の発電用の風力駆動機械。
- 前記発電部の前記外側ロータは、円筒状周壁、前方円形壁および後方円形壁、ならびに、前記円筒状周壁と同心円状に配置されている中間翼を含む請求項2に記載の発電用の風力駆動機械。
- 発電用の前記磁極および前記巻線はそれぞれ、前記内側ステータの前記周辺翼、ならびに、前記円筒状周壁および前記外側ロータの前記中間翼のうち一方に配置されている請求項3に記載の発電用の風力駆動機械。
- 前記複数の支持カップは、先端を切り落とした円錐の形状を持ち、前記円錐の小さい方の底面は、前記外側ロータの円筒状周壁に固定されており、大きい方の底面は径方向に外向きに開いている請求項3に記載の発電用の風力駆動機械。
- 前記複数のブレードピッチ調整ハブはそれぞれ、前記複数の支持カップのうち対応する支持カップの内部に挿入されている概して円錐形状の本体を持ち、前記概して円錐形状の本体は、大きい方の底面が、前記対応する支持カップの開いた前記大きい方の底面の上方に位置している請求項5に記載の発電用の風力駆動機械。
- 前記複数の集風ブレードは、前記複数のブレードピッチ調整ハブの前記大きい方の底面に固定されている請求項6に記載の発電用の風力駆動機械。
- 前記複数の支持カップは、強度改善クロスバーによって互いに接続されている請求項5に記載の発電用の風力駆動機械。
- 前記強度改善クロスバーは、前記複数の支持カップのそれぞれの開いた前記大きい方の底面のフランジに固定されている請求項8に記載の発電用の風力駆動機械。
