Abstract
【解決手段】直線状の中心軸(A1、A2)がある2つのノズル経路(13、15)があるファンジェットノズルを用いて液状カーテン(F)を生成する液体を用いたコンポーネントの塗布方法であって、前記液体は、加圧下で前記ノズル経路を通過し、かつ、それらの吐出面(20、22)は対向して配置され、前記液状カーテンが、前記ノズル経路(13、15)の間の中央に形成され、前記液体を噴霧せずに、前記ノズル経路の中心軸(A1、A2)を通って延伸する平面に実質的に垂直方向に位置する方法。

Claims (10)
- 直線状の中心軸(A1、A2)がある2つのノズル経路(13、15)があるファンジェットノズルを用いて液状カーテン(F)を生成する液体を用いたコンポーネントの塗布方法であって、前記液体は、加圧下で前記ノズル経路を通過し、かつ、それらの吐出面(20、22)は対向して配置され、前記液状カーテンが、前記ノズル経路(13、15)の間の中央に形成され、前記液体を噴霧せずに、前記ノズル経路の中心軸(A1、A2)を通って延伸する平面に実質的に垂直方向に位置する、方法。
- 吐出面(20、22)は、液状カーテン(F)が、少なくともその頂点(S)に隣接する周辺領域内の外側縁(26、28)が湾曲するように対向して配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各ノズル経路(13、15)は、吐出面(20、22)を位置決めするため、手動又は手動工具を用いて湾曲を調節できるノズルパイプ(12、14)内に形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記液体は、圧力約5〜50バール、好ましくは、約10〜30バールで、前記ノズル経路を通過する、請求項1〜3の少なくとも1項に記載の方法。
- 直線状の中心軸(A1、A2)がある2つのノズル経路(13、15)がある、請求項1〜4の少なくとも1項に記載の方法を特に実施するためのファンジェットノズルであって、各ノズル経路の吐出面(20、22)が、その中心軸(A1、A2)から垂直方向に位置する、ファンジェットノズル。
- 吐出面(20、22)は、ファンジェット(F)が、少なくともその頂点(S)に隣接する周辺領域内の外側縁(26、28)が湾曲するように対向して配置される、請求項5に記載のファンジェットノズル。
- 各ノズル経路(13、15)は、吐出面(20、22)を位置決めするため、手動又は手動工具を用いて湾曲を調節できるノズルパイプ(12、14)内に形成される、請求項5又は6に記載のファンジェットノズル。
- 吐出面(20、22)は直径約0.5mm未満、好ましくは、約0.3mm未満の円形である、請求項5〜7の少なくとも1項に記載のファンジェットノズル。
- ノズルパイプ(12、14)は、ベース本体(10)内に挿入される、請求項7に記載のファンジェットノズル。
- ノズルパイプ(12、14)は、ベース本体(10)内にねじ込まれる、請求項8に記載のファンジェットノズル。
