Abstract
【解決手段】ステータ65は、電磁鋼板を積層して形成されたコアと、コアに設けられた極歯に巻装された励磁コイルおよび検出コイルとを含む。コアは、ロータ32を囲むように配置された周囲部と、周囲部の内側に配置され、両辺部分が1相を構成する対をなす極歯1a,1bとなるU字形の検出部と、を有する。コアを構成する各々の電磁鋼板には、積層されたときに周囲部となる部分と検出部となる部分が含まれる。検出部は、そのU字形の底辺部分にて周囲部と繋がり、底辺部分の極歯の根元に当たる部分では、周囲部との間に隙間1c,1dが設けられている。

Description
ステータのコアを形成する電磁鋼板も、1枚の電磁鋼板の中に周囲部となる部分と検出部となる部分とを有する。1枚の電磁鋼板の形状は、図1に示される断面形状であり、これを積層してコアが形成される。
(1)減速機構により、ロータが入力軸の回転に対して、それぞれ異なる回転を行う複数のレゾルバから成る多回転検出器であって、
前記ロータの周囲に配置されるステータの1相が2つの極歯で構成され、かつ、前記2つの極歯には互いに逆向きに巻線がなされ、かつ、前記2つの極歯の根元に隙間が設けられていることを特徴とする多回転検出器。
(2)上記(1)に記載の多回転検出器であって、
前記複数のレゾルバのうち少なくとも2つ以上は、同一平面内に配置されていることを特徴とする多回転検出器。
Claims (3)
- 回転するロータと、ロータ周囲に配置されたステータを有するレゾルバであって、
ステータは、電磁鋼板を積層して形成されたコアと、コアに設けられた極歯に巻装された励磁コイルおよび検出コイルとを含み、
コアは、ロータを囲むように配置された周囲部と、周囲部の内側に配置され、両辺部分が1相を構成する対をなす極歯となるU字形の検出部と、を有し、コアを構成する各々の電磁鋼板には、積層されたときに周囲部となる部分と検出部となる部分が含まれ、
検出部は、そのU字形の底辺部分にて周囲部と繋がり、底辺部分の極歯の根元に当たる部分では、周囲部との間に隙間が設けられている、
レゾルバ。 - 請求項1に記載のレゾルバを複数有し、各レゾルバのロータが所定の回転速度比で回転するように接続された多回転検出器。
- 請求項2に記載の多回転検出器であって、少なくとも二つのレゾルバが同一平面上に配置され、これらのレゾルバのコアは同一の電磁鋼板により形成される、多回転検出器。
