The unlocking member 16 is substantially on the center line xx in the longitudinal direction of the main body 11 so that the operation portion 16a can unlock the locking member 15 from the outer surface of the main body 11 along the ground connection piece 14G (FIG. 1). Located on the main body 11. That is, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 5A, the unlocking member 16 is formed integrally with the operating portion 16a between the engaging portion 15a of the locking member 15 and the support portion 15b. This operation part 16a is comprised by inclining an outer surface side and forming the operation button 16a1 integrally. And in this embodiment, the coil spring 15c of the lock member 15 mentioned above is provided in the inner surface side of the operation part 16a.

The lock member 15 and the lock release member 16 configured as described above are provided to face a window hole formed through the inner bottom surface of the case member 11 a in the main body 11. The window hole includes an engagement window hole 11a1 and an operation window hole 11a2. The engagement window hole 11a1 is on the longitudinal center line xx of the main body 11 and the outer surface of the base of the connection piece support portion 12 (FIG. 5). The operation window hole 11a2 is formed on the inner surface of the case member 11a continuous with the engagement window hole 11a1, that is, on the longitudinal center line xx of the main body 11. And formed through.

And the collar part of the engaging part 15a in the lock member 15 faces the engaging window hole 11a1, and the collar part is positioned so as to protrude from the engaging window hole 11a1, and the operation part 16a of the unlocking member 16 is operated by the operation window. The lock member 15 is supported by facing the hole 11a2 so that the operation button 16a1 protrudes and protrudes from the operation window hole 11a2, and at the same time, the lock release member 16 is accommodated in the case member 11a, that is, the main body 11.

As described above, the lock member 15 is supported substantially on the longitudinal center line xx of the main body 11, and the lock release member 16 is also substantially positioned on the longitudinal center line xx of the main body 11. Provided. Thereby, the C-type plug 10 as a whole can be downsized. That is, the fact that the lock member 15 and the lock release member 16 are supported substantially on the center line xx in the longitudinal direction of the main body 11 is similarly grounded on the center line xx of the main body 11. Since the ground connection piece 14G overlaps the position of the connection piece 14G and is formed of a thin phosphor bronze plate, a space, that is, a dead space, is formed between the lower surface of the ground connection piece 14G and the inner bottom surface of the case member 11a. S1 is formed. The dead space S1 can be used to accommodate and provide the lock member 15 and the lock release member 16. This makes it possible to provide a C-type plug with a lock with the same size and size as a conventional C-type plug without enlarging the main body 11. Furthermore, as a C-type plug, a C-type plug with a lock mechanism can be configured without changing the position, size, and configuration of the plug blade with respect to the main body 11, and compatibility with conventional products, Also, it can be used as it is for an existing electrical connector such as a connector or an outlet without a locking mechanism, and a C-type plug having excellent versatility can be provided.

And the pivot 15b1 of the support part 15b is pivotally supported by the both sides | surfaces of the inner surface which comprises the operation window hole 11a2. The coil spring 15c is compressed and accommodated between the inner surface side of the operation portion 16a and the back surface side of the ground connection piece 14G located on the center line xx of the main body 11. As a result, due to the repulsive force of the coil spring 15c, the flange portion of the engaging portion 15a of the locking member 15 always protrudes outward from the engaging window hole 11a1, and the operation portion 16a of the unlocking member 16 is inclined. The top portion of the operation button 16a1 is always provided so as to slightly protrude outward from the operation window hole 11a2 (FIG. 5A).

In this embodiment, the size of the operation button 16a1 of the operation unit 16a is formed to be about 10 mm square, and the size t1 (FIG. 3B) from which the operation button protrudes outward from the operation window hole 11a2 is about 1. It was configured to 4 mm. In FIG. 1 and FIG. 3B, 11a3 is a pair of stopper pieces integrally formed on both sides of the operation window 11a2, that is, on the outer surface of the case member 11a, and the height dimensions of the stopper pieces 11a3 and 11a3. t2 (FIG. 3B) is formed to be equal to or slightly higher than the dimension t1 at which the operation button 16a1 projects outward from the operation window hole 11a2 (t1 ≦ t2). As a result, the operation button 16a1 can be operated with the fingertip of the user, but when a larger one than the finger, for example, the case member 11a is pressed against the floor surface or the table top surface, a pair of stopper pieces 11a3, 11a3. Hits the floor or table top before the operation button 16a1, and acts so that the operation button 16a1 is inadvertently pressed and the lock is not released.

As described above, the neutral-side connection portion 11N, the hot-line-side connection portion 11L, and the ground wire connection portion 11G are provided, and the case member 11a provided with the lock member 15 and the lock release member 16 accommodated therein is provided. On the other hand, the cover member 11b joins the open surface to the open surface of the case member 11a, that is, covers the connecting portions 11N, 11L, 11G, the lock member 15, and the lock release member 16 provided on the case member 11a. The cover member 11b is covered and fixed to the case member 11a by four screws s1 (FIG. 2). At this time, the cover member 11b covers only the case member 11a, and the connection piece support portion 12 is not covered. Thus, the pair of connection pieces 13N and 13L supported on both side surfaces of the flange of the connection piece support portion 12 and the ground connection piece 14G supported on the inner bottom surface of the groove of the flange are exposed to the outside, that is, It is in a state where it can be electrically connected to an electrical connection receiver 20 such as a C-type connector or a C-type outlet. 3A and 3C, reference numeral 17 denotes a cord stopper provided to face the electric wire introduction portion 18 on the other end side of the case member 11a.

As described above, the C-type plug 10 of the present embodiment is provided with the connecting portions 11N, 11L, 11G, the lock member 15, the lock release member 16 and the like all accommodated in the case member 11a of the main body 11. When assembling, it is possible to assemble only by the case member 11a and one side thereof without dividing the parts into the case member 11a and the cover member 11b, thereby improving workability. become. At the same time, even if the cover member 11b is removed, the parts such as the connecting portions 11N, 11L, 11G, the lock member 15, and the lock release member 16 are not scattered at a stretch, and workability such as disassembly and assembly is further improved. Is possible.

As described above, the 125 V, 30 A specification C-type plug dedicated to the production space, that is, the electrical connector 10 is configured. The dimensions of the electrical connector 10 of the present embodiment are configured such that the lateral dimension L1 is approximately 124 mm, the longitudinal dimension L2 is approximately 54 mm, and the thickness dimension L3 is approximately 24 mm (FIG. 3).

The C-type plug 10 configured as described above, that is, the electrical connector, is connected to a load in the production space, for example, a studio lighting fixture by a cable (neutral side wire, hot line side wire and ground wire). It is inserted into an electrical connection receiver 20 such as a connector or an outlet connected to a power source unit such as a power source or a light control device, and is electrically connected to constitute the electrical connection device 40 to supply power to the load. Used.

Next, the configuration of an electrical connection receiver such as a connector or an outlet to which the C-type plug 10 having the above configuration is inserted and connected will be described. The C-type electrical connection receiver of this embodiment constitutes a C-type connector 20, and as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the pair of connection pieces 13N and 13L of the C-type plug 10 described above and A main body 21 having an insertion port 22 into which the ground connection piece 14G is inserted; a pair of receiving connection pieces 23N and 23L and a ground receiving connection piece 24G which are accommodated in the main body 21 so as to face the insertion port of the main body 21; It is formed in the insertion port 22 of the main body 21 and is constituted by an engagement receiving portion 25 etc. with which the engagement portion 15a of the lock member 15 of the C-type plug 10 is engaged. Of the pair of receiving and connecting pieces 23N and 23L, the receiving and connecting piece 23L on the hot line side is configured to have a contact for energization to prevent electric shock.

As with the C-type plug 10, the main body 21 is composed of a case member 21a and a cover member 21b made of a synthetic resin such as an electrically insulating phenol resin, and the case member 21a has a shallow rectangular shape with an open upper surface. None, the cover member 21b is similarly formed in a shallow rectangular shape with the lower surface open, and the main body 21 forming a flat box with a space formed therein is formed by joining the open surfaces.

The case member 21a has a connection portion to which a pair of electric wires and a ground wire are connected in the space. That is, in the present embodiment, the connecting portion 21N to which the neutral-side electric wire is connected, the connecting portion 21L to which the hot-line electric wire is connected, and the connecting portion 21G to which the ground wire is connected are arranged in the space of the case member 21a. To be accommodated.

The connection portion 21N on the neutral side and the connection portion 21L on the hot line side are opposed to each other so as to be symmetric with respect to the center line xx in the longitudinal direction of the case member 21a. 4 (a), left side) are arranged along the inner surfaces on both sides. Further, the connecting portion 21G to which the ground wire is connected is between the neutral-side connecting portion 21N and the hot-line connecting portion 21L that are arranged symmetrically, in other words, the longitudinal center line x of the case member 21a. It arrange | positions so that it may be located substantially on -x.

In the present embodiment, the connection portions 21N, 21L, and 21G can be screwed into the terminal plates 21N1, 21L1, and 21G1 made of brass plates that are provided by fitting to the bottom surface of the case member 21a. Terminal screws 21N2, 21L2, and 21G2 made of brass.

The insertion port 22 is a slot into which a pair of connection pieces 13N and 13L and a ground connection piece 14G constituting the plug blade of the plug together with the connection piece support portion 12 of the C-type plug 10 described above is inserted. The mouth 22 is integrally formed by resin molding on the end surfaces of the case member 21a and the cover member 21b on one end side (right side in FIG. 4A).

As shown in FIG. 4B, the hole on the cover member 21b side is convex so that the connection piece support 12 having a U-shaped cross section of the C-type plug 10 can be inserted. It is formed in a convex shape having strips 22a, the hole on the case member 21a side is formed in a concave shape, and the case member 21a and the cover member 21b are combined so that the cross section forms a substantially U-shaped hole shape. It is formed.

The insertion port 22 is formed as a hole having a size slightly larger than the substantially U-shaped flange size of the connection piece support portion 12 in the C-type plug 10, and centered on the longitudinal center line xx of the main body 11. The protrusion 22a of the insertion port 22 is inserted so as to be fitted in the groove portion of the flange of the connection piece support portion 12 in the C-type plug 10. Therefore, it cannot be inserted unless the ridge 22a of the insertion port 22 is aligned with the groove portion of the flange of the connecting piece support 12 in the C-type plug 10, and the C-type connector 20 of the present embodiment. The plug insertion direction is restricted to a certain direction, and the receiving connection piece 23L on the hot line side is connected to the contact point for energization only when the C-type plug 10 is completely inserted. It is configured as an electrical connection receiver that prevents electric shock during insertion.

A connection piece 13N on the neutral side of the C-type plug 10 is inserted into the hole 22b on one side (lower side in FIG. 4B) of the insertion port 22 having a substantially U-shaped hole shape, and the other hole 22c. In the C-type plug 10, the connection piece 13L on the hot line side is inserted.

The pair of receiving and connecting pieces 23N and 23L is connected by inserting the pair of connecting pieces 13N and 13L of the C-type plug 10, and constitutes a blade receiving metal fitting in the connector, has conductivity and has a spring. Made of phosphor bronze or brass plate. In the present embodiment, each is formed by a phosphor bronze plate having a strip shape and is bent so as to be substantially V-shaped, one of which constitutes the neutral side receiving / connecting piece 23N, and the other is the hot line side receiving / connecting piece 23L. Configure.

One end of the neutral-side receiving and connecting piece 23N is screwed into the terminal plate 21N1 on the neutral side of the case member 21a with a terminal screw 21N2, and the other end is connected to one of the case members 21a (FIG. 4 (a ) And the lower) are extended between the inner side surface and the fixing rib, and the distal end portion is further bent so as to face one of the insertion ports 22b.

The receiving connection piece 23L on the hot line side is composed of a fixed connection piece 23L1 and a movable connection piece 23L2 that are separated from each other, and a fixed contact 23L3 that can contact and separate from the distal ends of the fixed connection piece 23L1 and the movable connection piece 23L2. And a movable contact 23L4 is provided. The fixed contact 23L3 and the movable contact 23L4 are in contact with each other only when the C-type plug 10 is completely inserted, and the fixed connection piece 23L1 and the movable connection piece 23L2 that are separated from each other are in an energized state. It is configured to be able to prevent an electric shock during insertion.

Then, one end of the fixed connection piece 23L1 is screwed and connected to the terminal board 21L1 on the hot line side by a terminal screw 21L2, and the movable connection piece 23L2 is connected to one of the case members 21a (in FIG. ) Between the inner side surface and the fixing rib, and the distal end portion is further bent so as to face the other insertion port 22c.

As shown in FIG. 4C, the ground receiving connection piece 24G is connected by inserting the ground connection piece 14G of the C-type plug 10, and constitutes a ground side blade receiving metal fitting in the connector. It is made of phosphor bronze or brass having conductivity and springiness. In the present embodiment, one end of a ground receiving connection piece 24G bent in a substantially V shape with a strip-shaped phosphor bronze plate is screwed into the terminal plate 21G1 of the case member 21a by the terminal screw 21G2. Connected. The other end is extended along the case member 21 a, and the distal end portion is further bent toward the inner bottom surface so as to face the inner surface of the protrusion 22 a of the insertion port 22. The ground receiving / connecting piece 24G is located at a position continuous to the back side of the convex portion 22a formed in the insertion port 22, in other words, between the pair of receiving / connecting pieces 23N and 23L in the longitudinal direction of the main body 21. Is supported in the main body 21 so as to be substantially positioned on the center line xx.

The engagement receiving portion 25 is formed inside the insertion port 22 of the main body 21, and the pair of connection pieces 13N and 13L and the ground connection piece 14G of the C-type plug 10 are inserted from the insertion port 22, and the pair of reception connection pieces 23N. , 23L and the ground receiving connection piece 24G, the engagement portion 15a of the lock member 15 in the C-type plug 10 is engaged and locked so that the C-type plug 10 cannot be removed from the C-type connector 20. This member is configured as follows in this embodiment.

That is, as shown in enlarged views in FIGS. 5B and 5C, the engagement receiving portion 25 is formed into a concave hole with respect to the inside of the insertion port 22 constituted by the concave hole of the case member 21a. Continuing, the concave portion 25a was formed integrally by resin molding. The recess 25a corresponds to a position corresponding to the lock member 15 provided substantially on the longitudinal center line xx of the main body 11 of the C-type plug 10, that is, the longitudinal center of the main body 21 in the C-type connector 20. It is provided substantially on the line xx.

The recess 25a is inserted with the hook-shaped engaging portion 15a of the locking member 15 in the C-type plug 10, and the hook of the engaging portion 15a is engaged with the step portion 25b on the insertion port 22 side of the recess. , Engaged with the force in the direction of the center line xx in the longitudinal direction, that is, the force in the pulling direction of the C-type plug 10 against the C-type connector 20 Thereby, it becomes possible to lock the C-type plug 10 and the C-type connector 20 in the drawing direction. In FIGS. 5B and 5C, reference numeral 25c is formed at the lower side of the insertion port 22, that is, at the inlet of the insertion port continuous with the recess 25a and the step 25b and inclined toward the step. It is a guide part, and performs the action of guiding the flange of the engaging part 15a of the locking member 15 in the C-type plug 10 from the insertion port 22 toward the step part 25b and further to the recessed part 25a.

In the present embodiment, since the engagement receiving portion 25 is configured by the recess 25a, the engagement receiving portion 25 can be provided using the dead space S2 formed on the back side of the insertion port 22 of the case member 21a. . This makes it possible to provide a C-type connector with a lock mechanism with the same size and size as a conventional C-type connector without enlarging the main body 21. In addition, the insertion port 22 is not formed with anything that obstructs insertion of the plug blade of the plug, such as a convex portion. This provides compatibility with conventional products, that is, a C-type connector having excellent versatility that can be used as it is for an electrical connector such as an existing C-type plug without a locking mechanism. Is possible.

As described above, the neutral side connecting portion 21N, the hot line side connecting portion 21L, the ground wire connecting portion 21G, the neutral side receiving connection piece 23N, the hot line side receiving connection piece 23L, and the ground wire receiving connection piece The cover member 21b is provided on the case member 21a by joining its open surface to the open surface of the case member 21a with respect to the case member 21a provided with 24G and the engagement receiving portion 25 accommodated. A cover member 21b is placed so as to cover each component, and is fixed to the case member 21a by four screws s2 (FIG. 2). At this time, the insertion port 22 having a concave shape is formed by one end surfaces of the case member 21a and the cover member 21b, and is electrically connected to the electrical connector 10 such as a C-type plug. In FIGS. 4A and 4C, reference numeral 27 denotes a cord stopper provided to face the electric wire introducing portion 28 on the other end side of the case member 11a.

As described above, the C-type connector 20 of the present embodiment includes the connection portions 21N and 21L, the ground wire connection portion 21G, the receiving connection pieces 23N and 23L, the ground wire receiving connection piece 24G, the engagement receiving portion 25, and the like. Are all provided on the case member 21a of the main body 21, and therefore, when assembling, the parts are not divided into the case member 21a and the cover member 21b, but only the case member 21a and all on one side thereof. Assembling can be performed and workability can be improved. At the same time, even if the cover member 21b is removed, parts such as the connecting portions 21N, 21L, 21G, the receiving connection pieces 23N, 23L, 24G, and the engagement receiving portion 25 are not scattered at once, and work such as disassembly and assembly Can be further improved.

As described above, the 125V, 30A specification C-type connector dedicated to the production space, that is, the electrical connection receiver 20 is configured. The dimensions of the electrical connection receiver 20 of the present embodiment are configured to be approximately the same dimensions as the C-type plug 10 described above.

The C-type connector 20 configured as described above, that is, the electrical connection receiver is connected to a power source unit such as a power source or a dimmer by a cable (neutral side electric wire, hot line side electric wire and ground wire), When an electrical connector 10 such as a C-type plug connected to a studio lighting fixture or the like is inserted, the electrical connector 10 is electrically connected to form an electrical connection device 40, and used to supply power to a load.

Next, as with the C-type connector 20 having the above-described configuration, the configuration of the C-type outlet 30 to which the C-type plug 10 is inserted and connected will be described. As shown in FIG. 6, the C-type outlet 30 of the present embodiment has the same configuration as the C-type connector 20 described above, and only the connection portion is exposed to the outside on the back surface of the main body (the other end surface of the main body). Is done. That is, the neutral-side connection portion 31N, the hot-line-side connection portion 31L, and the connection portion 31G to which the ground wire is connected are provided inclined to the back side of the case member 31a. In FIG. 6, which is a cross-sectional view, only the connection portion 31G, the terminal plate 31G1, and the ground receiving connection piece 34G to which the ground wire is connected are illustrated.

And each connection part 31N, 31L, 31G is provided with the terminal board 31N1, 31L1, 31G1 which consists of a brass plate inclined and fixed to the back surface of the case member 31a, The neutral side is provided with respect to each of these terminal boards. One end of each of the receiving connection piece 33N, the receiving connection piece 33L configured to have a contact for energization on the hot line side, and the ground receiving connection piece 34G is connected by terminal screws 31N2, 31L2, and 31G2 made of brass. Configured. In addition, the configuration of the engagement receiving portion 35 and the like is substantially the same as the C-type connector 20 described above, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

The C-type outlet 30 configured as described above, that is, the electrical connection receiver, is housed in an outlet box (not shown) in parallel with one or more to form an outlet for a production space. C type installed on the floor, etc., connected to the power supply unit such as power supply and dimmer by cables (neutral side wire, hotline side wire and ground wire), and connected to studio lighting equipment etc. When the electrical connector 10 such as a plug is inserted, it is electrically connected to constitute the electrical connection device 40, and is used to supply power to the load.

Next, the structure of the electrical connection apparatus comprised by the electrical connector and electrical connection receiver which were mentioned above is demonstrated. The electrical connection device 40 of the present embodiment includes the C-type plug 10 and the C-type connector 20 described above. That is, when the C-type plug 10 is connected to the C-type connector 20, the C-type connector 20 of the present embodiment is configured as an electrical connection receiver in which the insertion direction of the plug is regulated in a certain direction. As shown in FIG. 2, the protrusion 22 a of the insertion port 22 is aligned with the groove portion of the flange of the connection piece support portion 12 in the C-type plug 10, and the connection piece support portion 12 of the C-type plug 10 is aligned. The concave groove portion is inserted in the direction of the arrow a so as to be fitted to the protrusion 22a of the insertion port 22 in the C-type connector 20.

Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 7, the neutral connection piece 13N and the hot line connection piece 13L supported by the connection piece support portion 12 of the C-type plug 10 are connected to the neutral connection side of the C-type connector 20. The contact piece 23N contacts the receiving connection piece 23L on the hot line side, and at the same time, the receiving connection pieces 23N and 23L of the C-type connector 20 resist the spring property by the connection pieces 13N and 13L of the C-type plug 10. Each receiving and connecting piece 23N and 23L is spread left and right (up and down in FIG. 7A), and each connecting piece 13N and 13L of the C-type plug 10 and each receiving and connecting piece 23N and 23L of the C-type connector 20 are in close contact with each other. Then contact and electrical connection is made.

At this time, in the receiving connection piece 23L on the hot line side, the distal end portion of the movable connection piece 23L2 is in contact with the connection piece 13L on the hot line side in the C-type plug 10 and resists its spring property. In FIG. 7 (a), the tip portion of is pushed upward. When the C-type plug 10 is further inserted, the movable contact 23L4 of the movable connection piece 23L2 and the fixed contact 23L3 of the fixed connection piece 23L1 are in close contact with each other and are electrically connected. Thus, energization is performed only when the C-type plug 10 is completely inserted, and an unexpected electric shock during the plug insertion is prevented.

Simultaneously with this operation, the ground connection piece 14G supported in the concave groove portion of the flange of the connection piece support portion 12 in the C-type plug 10 contacts the ground receiving connection piece 24G of the C-type connector 20 (FIG. 7B). ), The grounding connection piece 24G of the C-type plug 10 pushes the grounding connection piece 24G upward while the grounding connection piece 24G of the C-type connector 20 resists its spring property. And the ground receiving connection piece 24G of the C-type connector 20 are in close contact with each other and are electrically connected. The contact surfaces of the connection pieces 13N, 13L, 14G and the receiving connection pieces 23N, 23L, 24G are fixed by contacting the end faces of the C-type plug 10 and the end faces of the C-type connector 20.

Then, in a state where the connection pieces 13N, 13L, 14G of the C-type plug 10 and the receiving connection pieces 23N, 23L, 24G of the C-type connector 20 are in contact with each other, immediately before the end faces come into contact with each other, The engaging portion 15 a of the member 15 engages with the engaging receiving portion 25 of the C-type connector 20. That is, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 5, immediately before the end faces of the C-type plug 10 and the end faces of the C-type connector 20 come into contact with each other, as shown in FIG. From the state, as shown in FIG. 5B, the hook of the engaging portion 15 a in the C-type plug 10 comes into contact with the guide portion 25 c of the insertion port 22, and the engaging portion 15 a is further pushed by the pushing operation of the C-type plug 10. The eyelid moves upward while being guided by the guide portion 25c. This movement is performed while rotating in the direction of arrow b in FIG. 5B around the pivot 15b1 provided on the support portion 15b of the lock member 15, that is, while compressing against the coil spring 15c.

Then, as shown in FIG. 5C, when the hook of the engaging portion 15a exceeds the guide portion 25c and further exceeds the step portion 25b, the hook of the engaging portion 15a is engaged by the repulsive force of the coil spring 15c. It is dropped into the recessed portion 25a of the receiving portion 25, and the hook of the engaging portion 15a engages with the recessed portion 25a of the engaging receiving portion 25 (the corner of the step portion 25b forming the recessed portion 25a). As a result, the C-type plug 10 and the C-type connector 20 can be engaged and locked against the force in the pulling direction.

As described above, when connecting the C-type plug 10 and the C-type connector 20, the user can simply insert the C-type plug 10 into the C-type connector 20 without being aware of the operation of locking. By a simple operation, it can be automatically locked against the force in the pulling direction. This can be performed by the same operation as the conventional operation of inserting the C-type plug 10 and the C-type connector 20 without the locking mechanism, and there is no need for the troublesome work of tying with a tape or string as in the prior art. Can be locked by simple operation.

Further, since the lock is performed by mechanical engagement in which the hook of the engagement portion 15a is fitted into the recess 25a of the engagement receiving portion 25, the lock can be firmly engaged, and the user may accidentally Even if it is hooked, it will not come off easily, and it will be possible to reliably prevent it from coming off.

Further, as in the prior art, not only the retaining connection pieces 23N, 23L, and 24G having the spring property of the C-type connector 20 are prevented from being detached, but also the lock member 15 is mechanically locked. It can be locked firmly and securely. Further, apart from the holding force of the receiving connection pieces 23N, 23L, and 24G having a spring property, it is possible to securely lock the receiving connection pieces 23N, 23L, and 24G by the lock member 15 alone. Relatively weak holding force within the range of the standard, for example, about 30 Newton, can be achieved, inexpensive materials and thicknesses can be reduced as receiving and connecting pieces, and a lock mechanism with an advantageous cost can be provided. It is also possible to provide an electrical connection receiver. At the same time, it is possible to lighten the connection force and improve the operability.

In addition, since the pair of stopper pieces 11a3 and 11a3 are formed on both sides of the operation window hole 11a2 in which the operation button 16a1 of the unlocking member 16 appears and disappears, the lock is not released when something larger than the finger is pressed. Therefore, even if the user accidentally steps on the C-type plug 10 installed on the floor or the like, the lock will not be inadvertently released and a more reliable prevention will be provided. Is possible.

Next, when the C-type plug 10 is pulled out from the C-type connector 20 by exchanging a load or the like, the C-type plug 10 can be pulled out by a simple operation substantially similar to the pull-out operation of the conventional C-type plug 10 without a lock mechanism. That is, when pulling out, first place the thumb on the back surface of the case member 11a in the C-type plug 10, that is, the operation button 16a1 of the unlocking member 16, and the other four fingers on the surface of the cover member 11b. 1. Pull out in the direction opposite to arrow a in FIG. This operation is the same as the conventional operation of holding and pulling the main body 11 between the thumb and other four fingers.

And according to this embodiment, when the thumb is put on the operation button 16a1 of the unlocking member 16, the lock can be easily released by pressing the operation button 16a1. First, when the operation button 16a1 is pressed against the coil spring 15c while being compressed, the engagement portion 15a of the lock member 15 shown in FIG. 5C is engaged with the recess 25a of the engagement receiving portion 25. As shown in FIG. 5B, the lock member 15 rotates in the direction of the arrow b, and the hook of the engaging portion 15a is disengaged from the concave portion 25a of the engaging receiving portion 25, so that the engaging portion 15a and the engaging receiving portion 25 The engaged state is released. If the main body 11 is pulled out in the direction opposite to the arrow a while the operation button 16a1 is being pressed, that is, in the state where the main body 11 is sandwiched between the thumb and the other four fingers as in the conventional case, The C-type plug 10 can be pulled out from the C-type connector 20. When the thumb of the operation button 16a1 is released, the repulsive force of the coil spring 15c rotates the hook of the engaging portion 15a in the direction opposite to the arrow b, so that the original state shown in FIG. Returning, it automatically becomes the C-type plug 10 before being connected. Note that the C-type plug 30 is also connected to the C-type outlet 30 shown in FIG.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the unlocking member 16 of the C-type plug 10 is provided on the case member 11a side of the main body 11, but may be configured to be provided on the cover member 11b side. That is, as shown in FIG. 8A, first, the lock member 15 is formed integrally with the pivot 15b1 between the engagement portion 15a and the support portion 15b, and rotates in the direction of the arrow b around the pivot 15b1. Configure to be able to move.

Further, the operation button 16a1 of the operation portion 16a in the unlocking member 16 is configured separately from the lock member 15, and the pressing portion 16a2 is integrally formed by resin molding so as to hang down on the lower surface of the operation button 16a1, and the operation button The upper part of 16a1 is slightly protruded from an operation window hole 11b1 formed in the cover member 11b, and the lower part is supported in the support case 16a3 with a coil spring 16a4 interposed. Then, the lower end of the pressing portion 16 a 2 of the operation button 16 a 1 is configured to abut on the upper surface of the support portion 15 b of the lock member 15.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 8B, the lock member 15 is rotated in the direction of the arrow b by pressing the operation button 16a1 downward against the elasticity of the coil spring 16a4. Release operation with the recessed part 25a in the engagement receiving part 25 can be performed.

Even in this configuration, the engagement between the lock member 15 and the recess 25a in the engagement receiving portion 25 is performed between the C-type plug 10 and the C-type connector 20 or the C-type outlet 30 by the same operation as in FIG. Can be prevented. In this modification, the other configurations, operations, effects, and the like are the same as those described above, and the same reference numerals are given to the same portions as those in FIGS.

Further, in the present embodiment, the concave portion 25a of the engagement receiving portion 25 in the C-type connector 20 is provided approximately on the longitudinal center line xx of the main body 21 inside the insertion port 22, but for example, Further, it may be configured so as to be provided at a position other than the center line xx, such as the inside of the both sides or any one of the side surfaces of the insertion port 22. The C-type plug 10 and the C-type connector 20 and the main bodies 11, 21, and 31 of the C-type outlet 30 are made of phenol resin. However, other resins such as urea resin and ABS resin are excellent in heat resistance. It may be configured. Furthermore, it may be composed of porcelain or rubber.

In addition, the connection piece support portion 12 in the C-type plug 10 is integrally formed with the case member 11a by resin molding, but is configured separately from the case member and integrated by means such as engagement and adhesion. May be. Further, although the connection portions 11N, 11L, 11G, the lock member 15, the lock release member 16, and the like are all housed and provided in the case member 11a of the main body 11, they may be provided on the cover member 11b side. Further, the connection portions 21N and 21L, the connection portion 21G for the ground wire, the receiving connection pieces 23N and 23L, the receiving connection piece 24G for the ground wire, the engagement receiving portion 25 and the like in the C-type connector 20 are attached to the case member 21a of the main body 21. Although all are provided, you may comprise so that it may provide in the cover member 21b side. Although this embodiment comprised the C-type plug 10, the C-type connector 20, and the C-type outlet 30, it may be applied to other types of electric wire connectors, electric wire connection receivers, and electric wire connection devices constituted by these. Good.

In addition, the present inventors have a lock member that can reliably prevent the electrical connector and the electrical connection receiver from coming off with a simple configuration and simple operation. It was configured as follows.

That is, as shown in FIG. 9, 50 is a retainer, a band-shaped main body 51, and a fixing member 52 composed of a short band attached to one end of the main body 51 in a T-shape, The wire insertion hole 53 is formed at the other end of the main body 51.

The main body 51 is configured in a band shape with resin, cloth, leather, or the like. The fixing member 52 is composed of a set of two surface fasteners having hook-like and pile-like surfaces, and the hook-like and pile-like surface fasteners are attached to both ends of the short band so as to face each other. The electric wire insertion hole 53 is formed by penetrating a hole having a size through which an electric wire can be inserted into the other end of the band-shaped main body 51.

The retainer 50 configured as described above is provided on the connector 60 and the plug 70 as shown in FIG. In this example, the connector 60 and the plug 70 are small molded connectors and plugs that are integrally formed by resin molding.

In order to prevent the connector 60 and the plug 70 from coming off, first, as shown in FIG. 9A, the electric wire insertion hole 53 of the retainer 50 is inserted into the electric wire w1 on the connector 60 side, and the fixing member 52 is attached. It winds around the dent of the base part of the connector 60, and is fixed with a hook-and-loop fastener.

Then, with the plug 70 connected to the connector 60 as shown in FIG. 9 (b), the hook and loop fastener of the fixing member 52 is removed and opened in a T-shape as shown in FIG. 9 (c). Next, as shown in FIG. 9D, the main body 51 is moved from the connector 60 toward the plug 70 along the electric wire w1. And as shown in FIG.9 (e), the fixing member 52 opened in T shape is wound around the dent of the plug 70, and it fixes with a hook-and-loop fastener. As a result, the connector 60 and the plug 70 are firmly fixed and prevented from being detached by the retainer 50 in a connected state.

In order to release the retainer, contrary to the above, the retainer can be easily released by removing the surface fastener of the fixing member 52 from the state of FIG. 9 (e) as shown in FIG. 9 (d). Then, the plug 70 can be pulled out from the connector 60. After the plug is pulled out, the main body 51 is moved to the connector 60 side as shown in FIG. 9C so that the stopper 50 does not get in the way, and as shown in FIG. 52 may be wound around the base of the connector 60 and fixed with a hook-and-loop fastener.

As described above, according to this example, the retainer 50 having a simple configuration including the band and the hook-and-loop fastener can surely prevent it from being removed by a simple operation of moving the band and fixing it with the winding hook-and-loop fastener. become. Moreover, since the retainer 50 of this example is comprised by the band and the hook-and-loop fastener, it is also possible to bundle an electric wire, for example, and to hook an electric wire, an outlet, etc. on a wall surface etc. It becomes possible to provide ingredients.

Further, a stopper 90 between the outlet 80 and the plug 70 may be configured. That is, as shown in FIG. 10, reference numeral 90 denotes a retainer, which is a band-shaped main body 91, a fixing member 92 composed of a short band attached to one end of the main body 91 in a T-shape, and the main body 91. It comprises the support part 93 formed in the other end.

The main body 91 is configured in a band shape with resin, cloth, leather, etc., as described above. Similarly to the above, the fixing member 52 is composed of a set of two surface fasteners, and the surface fasteners are attached to both ends of the short band so as to face each other. A support portion 93 provided at the other end of the main body 91 is firmly fixed to a ring-shaped support fitting 94 fitted on the back side of the flange portion 81 of the outlet 80 by an adhesive, a hook, or the like.

As shown in FIG. 10E, the retainer 90 configured as described above is provided in the outlet 80 and the plug 70 to prevent the retainer. In this example, the outlet 80 and the plug 70 are small molded outlets and plugs that are integrally formed by resin molding in the same manner as described above.

In order to prevent the outlet 80 and the plug 70 from coming off, first, as shown in FIG. 10A, a support fitting 94 to which the support portion 93 of the stopper 90 is fixed is placed on the back side of the flange 81 of the outlet 80. A fixing member 92 is fixed to the front surface of the fitting outlet 80 with a winding surface fastener. And when connecting the plug 70, as shown in FIG.10 (b), the surface fastener of the fixing member 92 is removed and it opens so that it may become a T-shape. Next, the plug 70 is connected to the outlet 80 as shown in FIG.

Then, in the connected state, the T-shaped fixing member 92 is brought into contact with the surface of the recessed portion of the plug 70 as shown in FIG. 10 (d), and is opened into the T-shape as shown in FIG. 10 (e). The fixing member 92 is wound around the recess of the plug 70 and fixed with a hook-and-loop fastener.

As a result, the outlet 80 and the plug 70 are firmly fixed and prevented from being detached by the retainer 90 in a connected state. In order to release the retainer, contrary to the above, the retainer can be easily released by removing the surface fastener of the fixing member 92 from the state of FIG. 10 (e) as shown in FIG. 10 (d). Then, the plug 70 can be pulled out from the outlet 80. Further, after the plug 70 is pulled out, as shown in FIG. 10A, the fixing member 92 may be wound around the front portion of the outlet 80 and fixed with a hook-and-loop fastener so that the stopper 90 is not in the way. .

As described above, according to this example, similarly to the above, the retaining device 90 having a simple configuration including a band and a hook-and-loop fastener can reliably prevent the band from being removed by a simple operation of fixing the band with the winding surface fastener. Is possible. The retainer 90 of this example is also composed of a band and a hook-and-loop fastener, so that, for example, it is possible to bundle electric wires or hook electric wires or outlets on wall surfaces, etc. It becomes possible to provide ingredients.

The preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various design changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
