Claims (3)
- 複数の電池セル間又は電池セルと外部機器とを接続するバスバーと、外部機器と接続された電線とを電気的に接続するバスバーと電線の接続構造であって、
前記バスバーと前記電線とを接続する圧着端子を備え、
前記圧着端子が、前記バスバーと圧着接続されるバスバー接続部と、前記電線端末と圧着接続される電線接続部とで形成され、
前記バスバー接続部と前記電線接続部の少なくとも一方に、前記バスバー又は前記電線の芯線の酸化被膜を破壊する酸化被膜破壊手段を設けたことを特徴とするバスバーと電線の接続構造。 - 請求項1記載のバスバーと電線の接続構造であって、
前記バスバーが、前記電池セルに接続されるバスバー本体と、このバスバー本体から板状に突設されて前記圧着端子のバスバー接続部に圧着接続されるバスバー圧着部とで形成され、
前記電線が、芯線と、この芯線の外周を被覆する被覆部とで形成され、
前記圧着端子の電線接続部が、前記バスバー接続部に隣接して設けられる芯線圧着部と、この芯線圧着部を挟んで前記バスバー接続部の反対側に設けられた被覆加締め部とで形成され、
前記酸化被膜破壊手段が、前記バスバー接続部と前記芯線圧着部の少なくとも一方に形成されたセレーションであることを特徴とするバスバーと電線の接続構造。 - 請求項2記載のバスバーと電線の接続構造であって、
前記圧着端子の前記芯線圧着部には、前記セレーション又は前記芯線の軸方向へのずれを阻止して芯線を保持する複数の突状のいずれか一方が形成されていることを特徴とするバスバーと電線の接続構造。
