Abstract
【解決手段】二次電池100は、ケース10と、ケース10内に収容された電極組立体20とを備える。電極組立体20は、正極30と、負極40と、正極30と負極40との間に配置されたセパレータ50とを備える。負極40は、金属箔12と、金属箔12上に設けられ、活物質16とバインダ18とを含む活物質層14とを備える。活物質層14において、金属箔12から活物質層14の厚さの1/3の厚さまでの部分を内側部14a、活物質層14の表面から活物質層14の厚さの2/3の厚さまでの部分を表面部14bと規定すると、内側部14aの空隙率は表面部14bの空隙率よりも小さい。

以下、実施例及び比較例に基づいて本発明がより具体的に説明されるが、本発明は以下の実施例に限定されない。
Claims (5)
- ケースと、
前記ケース内に収容された電極組立体と、
を備え、
前記電極組立体は、正極と、負極と、前記正極と前記負極との間に配置されたセパレータと、を備え、
前記負極は、金属箔と、前記金属箔上に設けられ、活物質とバインダとを含む活物質層と、を備え、
前記活物質層において、前記金属箔から前記活物質層の厚さの1/3の厚さまでの部分を内側部、前記活物質層の表面から前記活物質層の厚さの2/3の厚さまでの部分を表面部と規定すると、
前記内側部の空隙率が前記表面部の空隙率よりも小さい、蓄電装置。 - 前記活物質が、SiOx(0.5≦x≦1.5)を含む、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記内側部の空隙率に対する前記表面部の空隙率の比率が1.8〜2.4である、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電装置が二次電池である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 活物質とバインダと溶剤とを含む電極材を金属箔上に塗布する工程と、
前記金属箔に超音波を照射する工程と、
前記超音波を照射した後、前記電極材を乾燥することによって、前記活物質と前記バインダとを含む活物質層を前記金属箔上に形成する工程と、
を含む、電極の製造方法。
