Abstract
【解決手段】
本発明に係るオイルセパレータは、通気性を有する筒状の濾材によって作製され、対象ガスが中空部分から流入されると共に中心軸が上下方向となるように配置された筒状の第1フィルタ部材(42)と、通気性を有する濾材によって作製され、第1フィルタ部材(42)の外表面から所定の間隔をあけて第1フィルタ部材(42)の外表面に沿って周回された第2フィルタ部材(43)とを有することを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 不純物であるオイルを含んだ対象ガスから前記オイルを分離するオイルセパレータであって、
通気性を有する筒状の濾材によって作製され、前記対象ガスが中空部分から流入されると共に中心軸が上下方向となるように配置された筒状の第1フィルタ部材と、
通気性を有する濾材によって作製され、前記第1フィルタ部材の外表面から所定の間隔をあけて前記第1フィルタ部材の外表面に沿って周回された第2フィルタ部材と、
を有することを特徴とするオイルセパレータ。 - 前記所定の間隔は、
前記対象ガスの流れによって前記第1フィルタ部材の外表面に形成される前記オイルの泡の最大高さよりも広く定められていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオイルセパレータ。 - 前記第2フィルタ部材は、前記第1フィルタ部材よりも目が粗く薄手の濾材によって作製されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のオイルセパレータ。
- 前記第2フィルタ部材は、不織布によって作製されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のオイルセパレータ。
- 前記第1フィルタ部材は、不織布をサポートチューブに複数回巻き付けることで作製されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のオイルセパレータ。
- 前記第1フィルタ部材の外表面から前記第2フィルタ部材の内表面までの空間を、各フィルタ部材の上端部で塞ぐ上側閉塞部材と、
前記空間を各フィルタ部材の下端部で塞ぐとともに、前記空間を流下した前記オイルを排出するための排出孔が形成された下側閉塞部材と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のオイルセパレータ。
