Abstract
Description
− 上端および下端を有する外側管状本体。この上端は開口を備え、この下端は生体材料を定着(colonize)させることができる膜によって閉じられている。この膜は、外側管状本体に対して、内面および外面を有する。
− 上端および下端を有する相補管状本体(complementary tubular body)であって、その内径の全周または一部が、外側管状本体の下端の外径に嵌合する相補管状本体。
− 上端および下端を有する吊下げ構成要素。少なくとも1つのフランジが、上端から横方向に延在している。この吊下げ構成要素の外径の全周または一部は、外側管状本体の内径に嵌合する。したがって、この吊下げ構成要素を、外側管状本体に前述のように連結すると、吊下げインサート構造体が得られる。1つまたは複数の横方向フランジは、吊下げ構成要素の上端をウェルのリムに固定する支持要素として働く。

Claims (11)
- 上端(1a)および下端(1b)を有し、前記上端(1a)が開口を備え、前記下端(1b)が生体材料を定着させることができる内面(4a)および外面(4b)を有する膜(4)によって閉じられた外側管状本体(1)を備える細胞培養装置において、
内径の少なくとも一部が、前記外側管状本体(1)の前記下端(1b)の外径に嵌合する相補管状本体(2)と、
上端(3a)および下端(3b)を有する吊下げ構成要素(3)であって、少なくとも1つのフランジ(5)が、前記上端(3a)から横方向に延在し、前記吊下げ構成要素(3)の外径の全周または一部が、前記外側管状本体(1)の内径に嵌合する、吊下げ構成要素(3)と、
をさらに備え、第1の段階において、前記外側管状本体(1)が前記相補管状本体(2)に連結されて第1の細胞培養のための自立インサートを形成し、第2の段階において、前記外側管状本体(1)が、前記相補管状本体(2)から係脱されると共に第2の細胞培養のために前記吊下げ構成要素(3)に取り付けられることを特徴とする細胞培養装置。 - 前記吊下げ構成要素(3)の前記少なくとも1つのフランジ(5)は、先が尖ったツールが嵌合する開口(5a)を有する請求項1に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記吊下げ構成要素(3)の前記少なくとも1つのフランジ(5)が、前記吊下げ構成要素(3)を細胞培養プレートのウェル(12)内の中央に精確に位置決めすることを可能とする距離ホルダ(5b)を有する請求項1または2に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記吊下げ構成要素(3)の外面が、前記外側管状本体(1)の突起と相補関係にありかつ前記突起に嵌合するノッチ(6a、6b、6c)をさらに備える請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記吊下げ構成要素(3)の外面が、前記外側管状本体(1)の突起と相補関係にありかつ前記突起に嵌合する平行な隆起(6a)をさらに備える請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記吊下げ構成要素(3)の外面が、前記外側管状本体(1)の突起と相補関係にありかつ前記突起に嵌合するねじ状ノッチ(6b)を備える請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記吊下げ構成要素(3)の外面が、前記外側管状本体(1)の突起と相補関係にありかつ前記突起に嵌合する階段状ノッチ(6c)をさらに備える請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記外側管状本体(1)の前記上端(1a)が、前記吊下げ構成要素(3)の前記ノッチに整合し、前記ノッチの中に延在する横方向突起(7)を備え、したがって前記膜(4)と細胞培養プレートのウェル(12)の底部との間隔を調節することが可能である請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記外側管状本体(1)の前記下端(1b)に嵌合し、前記外側管状本体(1)の外面にスムースに接着する締付リング(8)をさらに備え、前記外側管状本体(1)の前記下端(1b)が、前記締付リング(8)を緊密に収容するように構成されたアンダーカット(9)を備え、前記膜(4)が、前記締付リング(8)と前記アンダーカット(9)との間で固定して保持され、それによって前記膜(4)を容易に外すことが可能である請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記相補管状本体(2)の一端が、前記外側管状本体(1)の外径よりも狭い少なくとも1つのストッパ領域(10)を前記相補管状本体(2)の内径に備える請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の細胞培養装置。
- 前記外側管状本体(1)が、脚部として働くことができる少なくとも1つの突起(11)を前記外側管状本体(1)の上端(1a)に備える請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の細胞培養装置。
