Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 支持層及び分離層を有する膜、特に酸素分離膜において、
前記分離層は、酸素に対し透過性であり、少なくとも1つの他のガス、特に窒素に対し吸着親和性である、並びに
前記膜は、実質的に前記分離層だけが加熱装置により加熱可能であるように設計される膜。 - 前記分離層は、絶縁層により前記支持層から少なくとも一部が分離されている、請求項1に記載の膜。
- 前記絶縁層は、熱的絶縁体として、特にエーロゲルのような多孔質構造として設計される請求項2に記載の膜。
- 前記分離層はドープされている請求項1、2又は3に記載の膜。
- 前記絶縁層はミラーを有する請求項2、3又は4に記載の膜。
- 前記分離層に加熱コイルが設けられている請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の膜。
- 前記分離層は導電性である請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の膜。
- 第2の絶縁層が前記分離層に隣接して設けられ、前記支持層の反対側に位置決められている請求項2乃至7の何れか一項に記載の膜。
- 酸素含有ガスを収容するための、並びに内側及び外側を有する圧力容器、
前記酸素含有ガスから酸素を分離するための膜、
前記膜を加熱するための加熱装置、並びに
前記圧力容器の内側と外側との間に圧力差を作り出すための手段
を有する酸素分離システムにおいて、
前記膜は請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の膜である、酸素分離システム。 - 前記加熱装置は、放射線放出手段、特に発光ダイオード、又はレーザ、特に固体レーザを有する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱装置は、オーム加熱手段を有する請求項9又は10に記載のシステム。
- 前記分離層を冷却するための冷却装置が設けられる請求項9、10又は11に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力容器の内側と外側との間に圧力差を作り出すための前記手段は、圧縮器として、特にプラズマポンプとして設計される請求項9乃至12の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱装置を選択的にオン又はオフにするための手段が設けられる請求項9乃至13の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
