Description
この技術を使用すると、トランスポンダは、前記アンテナ15と、キャパシタ11aと11bを転換する前記インピーダンスと、を形成するための3つの金属層、グラウンド層13、中間層14、およびトップ層15であるアンテナ線1を包含する。これらの層は各ビア12によってお互いに接続される。これはまた実用的な原型の断面図でもある。両方のトランスポンダ原型(図1および図4)の寸法は50mm×10mm×3mmである。しかし、前記技術はより小さなトランスポンダをも可能にする。この技術と安価で標準的な材料を用いて設計した最小の原型は、寸法で9mm×9mm×3mmである。

Claims (19)
- ・基板(3)と、
・前記基板(3)に支持される導電性材料(1)からなるアンテナ(15)と、
・前記アンテナ(15)を回路(2)に連結するための連結手段(11a,11b)と、
を備える長距離用のRFIDチップ(2)のためのアンテナにおいて、
・前記アンテナ(15)は電気双極子であり、
・前記連結手段(11a,11b)はアンテナ線(1)の拡張部(11a,11b)によって形成されることを特徴とするアンテナ。 - 前記連結手段(11a,11b)はアンテナ線(1)の拡張部(11a,11b)を重ねることによって形成される(図1)ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記連結手段(11a,11b)はアンテナ線(1)の平行な拡張部(11a,11b)によって形成される(図5)ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンテナ。
- その配列にマイクロチップ(2)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記連結手段(11a,11b)は、アンテナ線(1)の拡張部(11a,11b)を重ねることによって、大きさが異なってはいるが完全に重なっている各領域であるペアの電極(11a,11b)で形成され(図1)、それによってその小さい方の領域が前記連結手段(11a,11b)のキャパシタンスの値を決定することを特徴とする、請求項1,2または4に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記アンテナ(15)と連結手段(11a,11b)は基板(3)を導電層(1)で包むことによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記アンテナ(15)と連結手段(11a,11b)はプリント回路基板技術を用いて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載のアンテナ。
- 各ビア(12)が前記アンテナ(15)を形成するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のアンテナ。
- 前記アンテナ(15)に一体化された容量性インピーダンス変成器を用いることによって、前記マイクロチップ(2)と前記アンテナ(15)の間の共役インピーダンス整合が実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか1項に記載のアンテナ。
- ・基板(3)に導電性材料(1)からなるアンテナ(15)を形成するステップと、
・前記アンテナ(15)を回路(2)に連結するための連結手段(11a,11b)を形成するステップと、
を備える長距離用のRFIDチップ(2)のためのアンテナを形成する方法であって、
・前記アンテナ(15)を電気双極子として形成するステップと、
・前記連結手段(11a,11b)を前記アンテナ線(1)の拡張部(11a,11b)として形成するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記連結手段(11a,11b)をアンテナ線(1)の拡張部(11a,11b)を重ねることによって形成する(図1)ことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記連結手段(11a,11b)をアンテナ線(1)の平行な拡張部(11a,11b)によって形成する(図5)ことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- マイクロチップ(2)が前記連結手段(11a,11b)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記連結手段(11a,11b)を前記アンテナ(15)の導線の拡張部(11a,11b)を重ねることによって、大きさが異なってはいるが完全に重なっている各領域であるペアの電極(11a,11b)で形成し(図1)、それによってその小さい方の領域が前記連結手段(11a,11b)のキャパシタンスの値を決定することを特徴とする、請求項1,2または4に記載の方法。
- 前記アンテナ(15)と連結手段(11a,11b)を、基板(3)を導電層(1)で包むことによって形成することを特徴とする、請求項10〜14のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アンテナ(15)と連結手段(11a,11b)をプリント回路基板技術を用いて形成することを特徴とする、請求項10〜14のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 各ビア(12)を、前記アンテナ(15)を形成するために用いることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記アンテナ(15)に一体化された容量性インピーダンス変成器を用いることによって、前記マイクロチップ(2)と前記アンテナ(15)の間の共役インピーダンス整合が実行することを特徴とする、請求項10〜17のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- プラットフォーム上での請求項1に記載のアンテナの使用方法であって、前記プラットフォームの影響を最小限に抑えるために、前記アンテナ(15)により発生する磁場が、前記プラットフォームと平行になるようにされたことを特徴とする使用方法。
