Description

少なくとも1つの分離デバイスは、イオン化されたすす粒子の中性化(neutralization、中和化)のために、互いに電気的に絶縁している、少なくとも2つの少なくとも部分的に導電性の中性化領域を備える。
(a)排ガス中において二酸化窒素を生成するステップ;
(b)少なくとも1つのイオン化要素によりすす粒子をイオン化するステップ;
(c)イオン化されたすす粒子の中性化のために、少なくとも2つの導電性の中性化領域を有する少なくとも1つの表面分離器において、イオン化されたすす粒子を堆積させるステップ;
(d)少なくとも1つの表面分離器において、二酸化窒素と、堆積されたすす粒子とを接触させるステップ;を含み、
少なくとも2つの導電性の中性化領域は、各々、電位を備え、少なくとも1つの中性化領域の電位は、残りの中性化領域の電位と異なる、

Claims (12)
- すす粒子(2)を含む排ガスを処理するためのデバイス(1)であって、前記デバイスは少なくとも、
−すす粒子(2)をイオン化するための少なくとも1つのイオン化要素(4)と、
−イオン化されたすす粒子(2)を堆積させるために、表面分離器(6)を有する少なくとも1つの分離デバイス(26)と、を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの分離デバイス(26)は、イオン化されたすす粒子(2)の中性化のために、互いに電気的に絶縁している、少なくとも2つの少なくとも部分的に導電性の中性化領域(5)を備える、
デバイス(1)。 - 前記中性化領域(5)は、前記少なくとも1つの表面分離器(6)の下位領域(21)に各々割り当てられることができる、請求項1に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 制御手段(17)は、前記中性化領域(5)の各々に割り当てられ、前記制御手段は、少なくとも1つの電気接地(13)、少なくとも1つの調節可能な電圧源(14)または少なくとも1つのスイッチ要素(28)を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも2つの前記中性化領域(5)は、環状の電極(12)および/または平面接触部(18)として形成される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- ハニカム体(22)は、前記分離デバイス(26)内の各々の中性化領域(5)に対して提供される、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの二酸化窒素源(3)または少なくとも1つの酸素源(40)が形成される、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)。
- 排ガスのすす粒子(2)を変換するための方法であって、前記方法は少なくとも以下のステップ:
(a)前記排ガス中に二酸化窒素を生成するステップ;
(b)少なくとも1つのイオン化要素(4)によりすす粒子(2)をイオン化するステップ;
(c)イオン化されたすす粒子(2)の中性化のために、少なくとも2つの導電性の中性化領域(5)を有する少なくとも1つの表面分離器(6)において、イオン化されたすす粒子(2)を堆積させるステップ;
(d)前記少なくとも1つの表面分離器(6)において、二酸化窒素と、前記堆積されたすす粒子(2)とを接触させるステップ;を含み、
前記少なくとも2つの導電性の中性化領域(5)は、各々、電位を有し、前記少なくとも1つの中性化領域(5)の電位は、残りの中性化領域(5)の電位と異なる、
方法。 - 前記少なくとも2つの中性化領域(5)の電位は、すす粒子(2)が前記表面分離器(6)において実質的に均一に堆積されるように設定される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記中性化領域(5)の電位は経時的に変化する、請求項7または請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記中性化領域(5)は、前記表面分離器(6)の下位領域(21)に割り当てられることができ、すす粒子(2)の最大負荷量が前記表面分離器(6)の前記割り当てられた下位領域(21)において超過された場合、1つの中性化領域は動作が停止される、請求項7から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 全ての中性化領域(5)は異なる電位を有し、排ガスの流れ方向(23)に沿って増加する電位(15)が前記表面分離器(6)において存在する、請求項7から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)を備える排ガスシステム(25)、または請求項7から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するように設計された排ガスシステム(25)、を有する内燃エンジン(24)を備える車両(16)。
