Abstract
【解決手段】触媒作用によりスーパーオキシドラジカルを過酸化水素と酸素へと不均化するSODであるニッケル含有スーパーオキシドジスムターゼ(NiSOD)の活性中心の擬態化合物として作用する新規五配位二価ニッケルまたは三価ニッケル錯体とその誘導体ならびにその六配位誘導体。

Claims (19)
- NiBDPP 下記構造式(I)
で示され、
前記式中のR1はHまたはA−R’を表し、
Aは結合またはOまたはNであり、
R’はH、アルキル基、ポリアルコキシレート、ポリジメチルシロキサン基、ポリウレタン等の高分子素材または各種アミノ酸群であり、
R2はHまたはフェニル環のパラ置換基であり、アルキル基、アルコキシル基、シラン基、アミノ基、アルキルアミノ基またはヒドロキシ基から選択され、
R3はHまたはピリジン環のパラ置換基であり、アミノ基、アルキルアミノ基、シロキサンアミノまたはシロキサンアミノがFe3O4/SiO2に吸着する複合磁性ナノ粒子から選択され、、
かつ、前記Niは二価または三価であり、
前述した各置換基は、未置換または既に置換されている、
NiBDPPニッケル錯体またはその誘導体。 - AはOであり、R’はHである、請求項1に記載のNiBDPP ニッケル錯体またはその誘導体。
- AはOであり、R’はエチレンオキシ基であり、nは1〜3の整数である、請求項1に記載のNiBDPP ニッケル錯体またはその誘導体。
- 前記フェニル環のパラ置換基R2はC1-6アルコキシル基である、請求項1に記載のNiBDPP ニッケル錯体またはその誘導体。
- 前記フェニル環のパラ置換基R2はC1-6シラン基であり、また前記シラン基は未置換または既にC1-6アルキル基により置換されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載のNiBDPPニッケル錯体またはその誘導体。
- NiBDPP下記の構造式(II)
で表す六配位誘導体であり、
前記式中ののR1、R2およびR3は請求項1に定義されたとおりであり、
Lはアセトニトリル、水またはtert-ブチルイソシアネートである、請求項1に記載のNiBDPP ニッケル錯体またはその誘導体。 - 2,6ビス(((S)-2-(ジフェニルヒドロキシメチル)-1-ピロリジニル)メチル)ピリジン(H2BDPP)またはその誘導体を順にNaHおよび[Ni(CH3CN)6](ClO4)2と反応させて生成することを含む、請求項1に記載のNiBDPPニッケル錯体またはその誘導体を製造する方法。
- 2,6ビス(((S)-2-(ジフェニルヒドロキシメチル)-1-ピロリジニル)メチル)ピリジン(H2BDPP)またはその誘導体を [Ni(CH3CN)6](ClO4)と反応させて生成することを含む、請求項6に記載のNiBDPPニッケル錯体六配位誘導体を製造する方法。
- 先に、対応する2,6ビス(((S)-2-(ジフェニルヒドロキシメチル)-1-ピロリジニル)メチル)ピリジン誘導体(H2BDPP誘導体)を合成することを含む、請求項7または請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記H2BDPP誘導体のピロリジニル環はヒドロキシ基により置換されたものである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記H2BDPP誘導体のピロリジニル環はn個のエチレンオキシ基により既に置換され、nは1〜3の整数である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記H2BDPP誘導体のフェニル環はC1-6アルコキシル基により置換されたものである、請求項7または請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記H2BDPP誘導体のフェニル環はメトキシ基により置換されたものである、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記H2BDPP誘導体のフェニル環はC1-6シラン基により既に置換され、前記シラン基は未置換またはC1-6アルキル基により置換されたものである、請求項7または請求項8に記載の方法。
- 請求項1または請求項6に記載のNiBDPPニッケル錯体またはその誘導体を含む、抗酸化剤組成物。
- 医薬品の製造に使用される、請求項15に記載の抗酸化剤組成物。
- 保健食品の製造に使用される、請求項15に記載の抗酸化剤組成物。
- 化粧品の製造に使用される、請求項15に記載の抗酸化剤組成物。
- 環境または土壌の抗酸化剤の製造に使用される、請求項15に記載の抗酸化剤組成物。
