Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリユニット装着装置は、4個のストライカ装置9と、4個のロック装置5とを備えている。そして、ストライカ装置9及びロック装置5は第1係合群と第2係合群とに分類されている。移載装置本体70は、ロック装置5を下方から支持可能な個別載置台を備えている。このバッテリユニット装着装置では、第1係合群のストライカ装置9及びロック装置5が全て係合した後に、第2係合群のストライカ装置9及びロック装置5が係合する。

Description
該車体底部に対して該バッテリユニットを上昇させ、各該固定部と各該被固定部とが係合することにより、該車体底部に該バッテリユニットを装着させる電気自動車のバッテリユニット装着装置であって、
各前記固定部及び各前記被固定部は、互いに対応する3個の該固定部及び該被固定部からなる第1係合群と、互いに対応する残りの該固定部及び該被固定部からなる第2係合群とに分類され、
該第2係合群の該固定部及び該被固定部は、該第1係合群の各該固定部及び各該被固定部が全て係合した後に係合するように構成されていることを特徴とする(請求項1)。
前記第1係合群の全前記被固定部を下方より支持可能な第1群載置台と、前記第2係合群の該被固定部を下方より支持可能な第2群載置台とを備え、
該第2群載置台は、該第1群載置台と同期しつつ上昇可能であるとともに、該第1群載置台に対して相対的に上昇可能であることを特徴とする(請求項2)。
図1、2に示すように、実施例1におけるバッテリユニット装着装置は、電気自動車1に備えられている。この電気自動車1には、車体1aの下方にバッテリユニット3を搭載可能な搭載スペース1bが形成されている。また、車体1aには、車体1aの右側と左側とで互いに前後方向に延びる一対のフレーム1c、1dが設けられており、各フレーム1c、1dは搭載スペース1bの両側縁を形成している。なお、図1では車体1aの右側に設けられたフレーム1cを図示しており、図2では車体1aの左側に設けられたフレーム1dを図示している。
実施例2における移載装置7は、移載装置本体71と制御装置70aとで構成されている。この移載装置本体71は、図9に示すように、支持台26上に個別載置台27d及び個別載置台27iが配置されている。個別載置台27iは、第1係合群に属するロック装置5a〜5cを下方より支持することが可能となっている。つまり、個別載置台27iが第1群載置台を構成する。

Claims (2)
- 車体底部に設けられる4個以上の固定部と、バッテリユニットに設けられ、各該固定部と対応する被固定部とを備え、
該車体底部に対して該バッテリユニットを上昇させ、各該固定部と各該被固定部とが係合することにより、該車体底部に該バッテリユニットを装着させる電気自動車のバッテリユニット装着装置であって、
各前記固定部及び各前記被固定部は、互いに対応する3個の該固定部及び該被固定部からなる第1係合群と、互いに対応する残りの該固定部及び該被固定部からなる第2係合群とに分類され、
該第2係合群の該固定部及び該被固定部は、該第1係合群の各該固定部及び各該被固定部が全て係合した後に係合するように構成されていることを特徴とする電気自動車のバッテリユニット装着装置。 - 請求項1の電気自動車のバッテリユニット装着装置とともに用いられ、前記車体底部に対して前記バッテリユニットを上昇可能な電気自動車のバッテリユニット移載装置であって、
前記第1係合群の全前記被固定部を下方より支持可能な第1群載置台と、前記第2係合群の該被固定部を下方より支持可能な第2群載置台とを備え、
該第2群載置台は、該第1群載置台と同期しつつ上昇可能であるとともに、該第1群載置台に対して相対的に上昇可能であることを特徴とする電気自動車のバッテリユニット移載装置。
