Abstract
【解決手段】電池の電極端子に接続するバスバー20〜25の電位検出端子20b〜25bと制御基板5の電圧検出回路とは、複数の金属導体70〜75で電気的に接続され、金属導体70〜75は、排煙用ダクト6にインサート成形されて、排煙用ダクト6と一体となっている。

Description
外装ケースの外表面に設けられた正極端子(10b〜14b)および負極端子(10a〜14a)からなる電極端子を有する電池(10〜14)と、
電池の電圧を検出する検出回路を有する制御基板(5)と、
一端部(70a〜75a)が電極端子に電気的に接続し、他端部(70b〜75b)が検出回路に電気的に接続して、各電極端子の電位を検出回路に伝達する複数の導電部材(70〜75)と、
電池および電池以外の部品の少なくとも一部を内部に収容する樹脂製のケース体(7、8)、もしくは、内部に流体通路(6a)を形成する樹脂製の通路形成部材(6)と、を備え、
複数の導電部材は、ケース体もしくは通路形成部材にインサート成形されていることを特徴としている。
外装ケースの正極端子および負極端子が設けられた端面に設けられ、電池内部の圧力が異常な圧力となるときに開弁する安全弁(10c〜14c)を備え、
通路形成部材は、安全弁に対応した流体導入口(61a)と、流体導入口を挟んで安全弁に対向する内壁面とを有し、流体導入口を介して流体通路に安全弁が露出するように設けられるダクト部(6)であり、
複数の導電部材は、ダクト部にインサート成形されていることを特徴としている。
図1は、本発明を適用した第1の実施形態における組電池および制御基板の概略構成を示す正面図であり、図2は、電池ユニットである電池パックの主要部を構成する組電池、制御基板および排煙用ダクトの概略構成を示す正面図である。また、図3は、組電池および排煙用ダクトの配置を説明するための斜視図であり、図4は、組電池および排煙用ダクトの配置を説明するための平面図である。
第2実施形態では、第1実施形態に対する他の形態について図12及び図13を参照して説明する。また、第1実施形態に係る図面と同一符号を付した構成部品、第2実施形態において説明しない他の構成は、第1実施形態と同様であり、また同様の作用効果を奏するものである。
以上、本発明の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に何ら制限されることなく、本発明の主旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変形して実施することが可能である。

Claims (4)
- 外装ケースの外表面に設けられた正極端子(10b〜14b)および負極端子(10a〜14a)からなる電極端子を有する電池(10〜14)と、
前記電池の電圧を検出する検出回路を有する制御基板(5)と、
一端部(70a〜75a)が前記電極端子に電気的に接続し、他端部(70b〜75b)が前記検出回路に電気的に接続して、各電極端子の電位を前記検出回路に伝達する複数の導電部材(70〜75)と、
前記電池および前記電池以外の部品の少なくとも一部を内部に収容する樹脂製のケース体(7、8)、もしくは、内部に流体通路(6a)を形成する樹脂製の通路形成部材(6)と、を備え、
前記複数の導電部材は、前記ケース体もしくは前記通路形成部材にインサート成形されていることを特徴とする電池ユニット。 - 前記外装ケースの前記正極端子および前記負極端子が設けられた端面に設けられ、前記電池内部の圧力が異常な圧力となるときに開弁する安全弁(10c〜14c)を備え、
前記通路形成部材は、前記安全弁に対応した流体導入口(61a)と、前記流体導入口を挟んで前記安全弁に対向する内壁面とを有し、前記流体導入口を介して前記流体通路に前記安全弁が露出するように設けられるダクト部(6)であり、
前記複数の導電部材は、前記ダクト部にインサート成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ユニット。 - 前記ダクト部は、前記流体導入口を有する第1部分(61)と、前記流体導入口を有しない第2部分(62)とを組み合わせてなり、
前記複数の導電部材は、前記第2部分のみにインサート成形されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池ユニット。 - 前記ダクト部は、前記複数の導電部材のそれぞれの一部が前記流体通路に臨むように露出する露出部(70c〜75c)を有することを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の電池ユニット。
