Abstract
【解決手段】作動油としてのオイルをその使用中に浄化するためのフィルタ媒体10を有し、該フィルタ媒体が、フィルタ材料よりなる複数の構成部分を有するフィルタにおいて、前記フィルタ媒体における前記複数の構成部分が、相互に、かつ/または浄化すべきオイルに対して静電的な帯電時に異なった電位を有することにより、これらの電位が少なくとも部分的に相殺され、前記フィルタ材料が帯電時にオイルとは異なる電位を有することにより、オイルの帯電が部分的または完全に中和される。

Claims (9)
- 作動油としてのオイルをその使用中に浄化するためのフィルタ媒体(10)を有し、該フィルタ媒体(10)が、フィルタ材料よりなる複数の構成部分を有するフィルタにおいて、
前記フィルタ媒体(10)における前記複数の構成部分が、相互に、かつ/または浄化すべきオイルに対して静電的な帯電時に異なった電位を有することにより、これらの電位が少なくとも部分的に相殺され、前記フィルタ材料が帯電時にオイルとは異なる電位を有することにより、オイルの帯電が部分的または完全に中和されることを特徴とするフィルタ。 - 請求項1に記載のフィルタにおいて、
規定可能な経路に沿って電荷を意図的に逸散させるためのそれぞれの構成部分(10,14,16,20)を有するフィルタに、少なくとも部分的に電荷逸散性の材料を使用することを特徴とするフィルタ。 - 請求項2に記載のフィルタにおいて、
前記電荷逸散性の材料が、103〜109Ωmの範囲内の導電性を有しているフィルタ。 - 請求項2または3に記載のフィルタにおいて、
電荷を逸散させるための速度設定が生じるように、異なった電荷逸散性および/または異なった導電性を有する個々の経路距離から規定可能な経路が形成されているフィルタ。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルタにおいて、
前記フィルタ媒体(10)を通る前記オイルの貫流方向に前記フィルタ媒体(10)に後置した電荷補償層が設けられており、該電荷補償層が、発生した前記オイルの電荷を少なくとも部分的に、対応配置した前記フィルタ媒体(10)に戻すことを特徴とするフィルタ。 - 請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルタにおいて、
前記フィルタ媒体(10)が、導電性のマトリックスを構成する導電性の繊維で形成した構成部分を含むフィルタ。 - 請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載のフィルタにおいて、
前記フィルタ媒体(10)が少なくとも1つの層からなるか、または予備フィルタ(28)および主要フィルタ(30)として作用する2つの層からなっているフィルタ。 - 請求項7に記載のフィルタにおいて、
前記フィルタ媒体(10)が、それぞれのフィルタ処理する層の他に、さらに該層を機械的に保護するための層および/または前記フィルタ媒体(10)の層構造を安定化させるための支持層(24,26)を有しているフィルタ。 - 請求項8に記載のフィルタにおいて、
前記フィルタ媒体(10)が、ひだ状のフィルタマットとして前記オイルが貫流する支持管(20)の周囲を案内され、前記フィルタに終端キャップ(12,14)が設けられているフィルタ。
