Abstract
【解決手段】被接合材であるセラミックス母材の接合面、及び金属母材の接合面に、それぞれ金属箔を接合し、加熱することにより、上記金属箔の表面に金属層を残存させつつ、上記セラミックス母材と金属層の間、及び上記金属母材と金属層の間に、それぞれ、金属箔の材料が拡散した線膨張係数が傾斜化された拡散層を形成する工程と、上記金属箔の表面に残存したそれぞれの金属層を結合させることにより、上記セラミックス母材と上記金属母材を接合する工程とを備えることを特徴とするセラミックスと金属の接合方法。

Claims (6)
- セラミックスと金属の接合方法であって、
被接合材であるセラミックス母材の接合面、及び金属母材の接合面に、それぞれ金属箔を接合し、加熱することにより、上記金属箔の表面に金属層を残存させつつ、上記セラミックス母材と金属層の間、及び上記金属母材と金属層の間に、それぞれ、金属箔の材料が拡散した線膨張係数が傾斜化された拡散層を形成する工程と、
上記金属箔の表面に残存したそれぞれの金属層を結合させることにより、上記セラミックス母材と上記金属母材を接合する工程
とを備えることを特徴とするセラミックスと金属の接合方法。 - 前記セラミックス母材の加熱と、前記金属母材の加熱は、それぞれ異なる温度で行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックスと金属の接合方法。
- 前記セラミックス母材の加熱と、前記金属母材の加熱は、温度勾配を生じさせることが可能な同一の装置を用いて同時に行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセラミックスと金属の接合方法。
- 前記セラミックス母材の加熱と、前記金属母材の加熱は、それぞれ異なる炉を用いて行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のセラミックスと金属の接合方法。
- 前記セラミックス母材の接合面に接合する金属箔と、前記金属母材の接合面に接合する金属箔が、同じ金属材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のセラミックスと金属の接合方法。
- セラミックスと金属の接合構造であって、セラミックスと金属の間に、線膨張係数が傾斜化された拡散層を有することを特徴とするセラミックスと金属の接合構造。
