Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン17に結合された発電電動機19によって発電された電気エネルギーを蓄えるとともに、蓄えた電気エネルギーによって発電電動機19あるいは旋回電動機23を駆動することができるキャパシタ25と、キャパシタ25、発電電動機19、および旋回電動機23間の電気エネルギーの授受を制御するキャパシタ充放電制御部C21と、を備え、キャパシタ充放電制御部C21は、エンジン17の駆動中にキャパシタ25の電気エネルギーを放電させ、キャパシタ25を放電完了させた後に、所定エンジン回転数以下の状態を所定時間維持したことを条件としてキャパシタ25の再充電を許可する充放電制御を行う。

Description
まず、図1および図2は、ハイブリッド作業機械としての一例であるハイブリッド油圧ショベル1の全体構成を示している。なお、ハイブリッドではない、単なる作業機械の概念には、油圧ショベル、ブルドーザ、ダンプトラック、ホイールローダなどの建設機械を含み、これら建設機械にハイブリッド特有の構成を備えたものをハイブリッド作業機械とする。このハイブリッド油圧ショベル1は、車両本体2と作業機3とを備えている。車両本体2は、下部走行体4と上部旋回体5とを有する。下部走行体4は、一対の走行装置4aを有する。各走行装置4aは、履帯4bを有する。各走行装置4aは、図2に示す右走行用油圧モータ34と左走行用油圧モータ35の回転駆動によって履帯4bを駆動させハイブリッド油圧ショベル1を走行させるものである。
次に、この発明の実施の形態2について説明する。上述した実施の形態1の蓄電器の充放電制御装置、蓄電器の充放電制御方法、および蓄電器の充放電制御装置を備えたハイブリッド作業機械では、エンジン17等の固有の特性に起因するエンジン17が自立して駆動するか否かの分岐となる所定エンジン回転数(所定値Nth1)以下の状態を所定時間ΔT2維持するまでの間、電荷抜き完了(放電完了)モードとしてキャパシタ25の再充電を禁止する制御を行い、その後、再充電を許可する再充電許可モードに移行するようにしていた。この実施の形態2では、キャパシタ再充電制御部C21による、電荷抜き完了モードから再充電許可モードへ移行する時点を、電荷抜き完了モードの解除を指示する解除信号を受信した時点とするものである。

Claims (11)
- エンジンに結合された発電電動機によって発電された電気エネルギーを蓄えるとともに、蓄えた電気エネルギーによって前記発電電動機あるいは他の少なくとも一つの電動アクチュエータを駆動することができる蓄電器と、
前記蓄電器、前記発電電動機、および前記電動アクチュエータ間の電気エネルギーの授受を制御するコントローラと、
を備えた作業機械における前記蓄電器の充放電制御を実行する蓄電器の充放電制御装置であって、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンの駆動中に前記蓄電器の電気エネルギーを放電させ、
前記蓄電器を放電完了させた後に、所定エンジン回転数以下の状態を所定時間維持したことを条件として前記蓄電器の再充電を許可する充放電制御を行うことを特徴とする蓄電器の充放電制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記蓄電器の放電完了後から、前記所定エンジン回転数以下の状態を前記所定時間維持するまでの間、前記蓄電器の再充電を禁止する充放電制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電器の充放電制御装置。
- 前記所定エンジン回転数以下の状態は、前記エンジンの始動と停止とを指令する指令出力手段によりエンジン停止が指令された後であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の蓄電器の充放電制御装置。
- 前記所定エンジン回転数は、前記エンジンの始動と停止とを指令する指令出力手段によりエンジン停止が行われた後に、前記指令出力手段が操作され、前記エンジンへの燃料を供給する燃料噴射装置が前記エンジンに燃料を供給すると前記エンジン回転数が上昇する回転数であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の蓄電器の充放電制御装置。
- エンジンに結合された発電電動機によって発電された電気エネルギーを蓄えるとともに、蓄えた電気エネルギーによって前記発電電動機あるいは他の少なくとも一つの電動アクチュエータを駆動することができる蓄電器と、
前記蓄電器、前記発電電動機、および前記電動アクチュエータ間の電気エネルギーの授受を制御するコントローラと、
を備えた作業機械における前記蓄電器の充放電制御を実行する蓄電器の充放電制御装置であって、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンの駆動中に前記蓄電器の電気エネルギーを放電させ、
前記蓄電器を放電完了させた後に、前記蓄電器の再充電禁止を解除する解除信号を受信したことを条件として前記蓄電器の再充電を許可する充放電制御を行うことを特徴とする蓄電器の充放電制御装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記蓄電器の放電完了後から、蓄電器の再充電禁止を解除する解除信号を受信するまでの間、前記蓄電器の再充電を禁止する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の蓄電器の充放電制御装置。
- 前記解除信号は、操作手段の操作により生成される信号であることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の蓄電器の充放電制御装置。
- 前記蓄電器の放電完了は、前記蓄電器の電圧が所定値以下の状態を所定時間経過した時点を判断して充放電制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の蓄電器の充放電制御装置。
- エンジンに結合された発電電動機によって発電された電気エネルギーを蓄えるとともに、蓄えた電気エネルギーによって前記発電電動機あるいは他の少なくとも一つの電動アクチュエータを駆動することができる蓄電器と、
前記蓄電器、前記発電電動機、および前記電動アクチュエータ間の電気エネルギーの授受を制御するコントローラと、
を備えた作業機械における前記蓄電器の充放電制御を実行する蓄電器の充放電制御方法であって、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンの駆動中に前記蓄電器の電気エネルギーを放電させ、
