Description

The present invention relates to a panel mounting device for detachably mounting a panel on panel support pillars installed on both sides of the panel.

Conventionally, various panel attachment structures for attaching a panel to a wall surface have been proposed. For example, the following Patent Document 1 is cited as a panel attachment device.

In Patent Document 1, inclined pieces that are inclined inwardly on the rear side are provided on both side ends of the front plate of a vertically long support column, and a plurality of support columns are erected with a gap between them. A panel mounting structure in which a leaf spring inclined toward the side of the flange is mounted is described.
According to this, when the panel is pushed to the panel support column side, the plate spring is temporarily deformed by hitting the corner of the column due to elastic deformation of the plate spring, and the plate spring is restored on the outer surface side of the inclined piece of the panel support column. The outer surface of the inclined piece can be engaged by force.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-109817

However, in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, there is no description on how to release the locking relationship between the inclined piece and the leaf spring when removing the panel, and when removing the panel, a jig is inserted between the panels. It is considered necessary to release the locking relationship. Also, the jig used here is required to have a special shape because it is necessary to release the locking relationship with the inclined pieces by pressing the leaf springs inclined to the rear side on both side end faces of the panel. It is considered that the panel cannot be easily removed.

This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and it aims at providing the panel attachment apparatus which can attach or detach a panel easily.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
First, an example of the panel mounting apparatus according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5 omit the illustration of the panel 2 in order to easily show the locked state.
The panel mounting device 1 according to the present embodiment is a device that detachably mounts the panel 2 to the panel support pillars 3 installed on both sides of the panel 2. The panel mounting device 1 includes a locking member 4 provided on the panel support column 3 and a locked member 5 provided on the back surface 21 of the panel 2 and locked to the locking member 4 material. The locking member 4 is provided so as to be movable in the vertical direction with respect to the panel support column 3, and the locked state with the locked member 5 is released by moving the locking member 4 up and down. It is configured.
This will be described in detail below.

A panel 2 that is detachably attached to the panel attachment device 1 is formed in a vertically long thin rectangular shape, and a plurality of panels 2 are set up substantially vertically in a recess 11 provided in a wall surface 10 as shown in FIG. Is done. The panel 2 may be formed with a notch groove portion 2a formed on the lower end surface thereof, as shown in FIG. The cutout groove 2a has a lower surface cut into a concave shape when viewed in cross section, and is cut from the end of the panel 2 along the horizontal direction. And this notch groove part 2a is formed so that it may fit with the rail part 12 mentioned later, and by these fittings, the panel 2 makes the panel 2 the wall surface 11a of the recess 11 in the state which the lower end part was being fixed. It is comprised so that it can press to a direction and can be attached to the panel attachment apparatus 1. FIG.
The configuration of the panel 2 is not particularly limited. For example, since the panel mounting device 1 is configured to be detachable without lifting the panel 2 upward, a functional panel having a humidity control function, a deodorizing function, etc., or a panel having a height close to the ceiling, etc. Is preferred. Therefore, although not shown here, a panel having an exhaust port, an intake port, or the like may be used, or a panel body having high design properties may be used.

The wall surface 10 to which the panel 2 is attached is formed with a recess 11 having a front opening. The recess 11 is provided with a plurality of panel support columns 3, 3. ing. The panel support pillar 3 is formed such that a gap d is slightly opened between adjacent panels 2 when a plurality of panels 2 are mounted side by side. In the figure, 20 indicates the front surface of the panel 2, and 21 indicates the back surface of the panel 2.
A rail portion 12 is provided at the lower end portion of the recess 11 so as to be in a fitting relationship with the notch groove portion 2a formed in the panel 2 along the lateral direction, and supports the lower end portion of the panel 2 and also positions the mounting position. ing.
The interval between the adjacent panel support columns 3 and the panel support columns 3 is set in accordance with the dimension in the width direction of the panel 2, and the locking member 4 is attached to a predetermined position of the panel support column 3. Here, the locking member 4 is provided at a height position at a substantially central position in the longitudinal direction of the panel support pillar 3, and an operation hole 31 a (FIG. 2C) formed at a substantially central position in the longitudinal direction of the panel support pillar 3. ))) Shows an example in which two locking members 4 and 4 are provided (FIG. 1 and enlarged view of portion X). The panel support pillar 3 and the locking member 4 will be described in more detail later.

Although the figure has shown the example in which the rail part 12 was formed in the lower end part of the recess 11, it is not limited to this. The upper end of the recess 11 may be provided with a peripheral edge. Here, an example is shown in which there is a gap between the ceiling and the upper end portion of the recess 11, but the upper end portion of the recess 11 and the ceiling may substantially coincide with each other.

A locked member 5 as shown in FIG. 2A is fixed to the back surface 21 of the panel 2 by a fixing tool 5a such as a screw.
The locked member 5 is made of a metal material, a resin material, or the like, and the locked member 5 has a spring property that is slightly elastically deformed by a pressure received when locked to the locking member 4. Is desirable.
The locked member 5 includes a fixed portion 50 fixed to the back surface 21, a standing portion 51 formed so as to be bent substantially vertically from the fixed portion 50, and the locking member 4 (specifically, the engagement member 4). The bent portion 42) of the stopper member 4 and a hook portion 52 having a hook-like shape at the leading end thereof. The flat fixing portion 50 is formed with an insertion hole (not shown) through which the fixing tool 5a is inserted. FIG. 4 and the like show an example in which two insertion holes are formed at the top and bottom. In this case, the locked member 5 is firmly fixed to the back surface 21 by two fixing tools 5a. Moreover, although the thing of illustration shows the example in which the to-be-latched member 5 was provided a total of two at the both ends of the approximate center of the back surface 21 of the panel 2 (refer FIG. 1), it is not limited to this, The panel 2 Is provided in a locking relationship with the locking member 4 when pressed in the direction of the wall surface 11a. The number of the locked members 5 is not limited to the illustrated example, and a plurality of the locked members 5 may be provided according to the size of the panel 2 or the like. 3A and 3B, 52a is an abutting portion where the end 42a of the bent portion 42 of the locking member 4 contacts, and 52b is a tapered inclined portion.

Moreover, you may make it interpose the cushion material 7 between the back surface 21 of the panel 2 and the panel support pillar 3 as shown in FIG.3 (b). FIG. 3B shows an example in which the cushion material 7 is attached to the back surface 21 of the panel 2. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the cushion material 7 may be attached to the front surface 30 of the panel support pillar 3. . Although the material of the cushion material 7 is not particularly limited, for example, a resin material, a rubber material (EPDM or the like), or the like may be used. Further, the cushion material 7 may be partially provided between the back surface 21 of the panel 2 and the front surface 30 of the panel support column 3 or may be provided in series along the longitudinal direction.
When the cushion material 7 is interposed as described above, there is a gap between the back surface 21 of the panel 2 and the panel support column 3 due to processing tolerances of the locking member 4 or the locked member 5 or construction errors of the panel 2. Even if this occurs, the gap can be filled with the cushion material 7. Therefore, rattling of the panel 2 when the panel 2 is attached can be suppressed.

The panel support column 3 is made of a metal material, a resin material, or the like, has a hollow, substantially prismatic shape (see FIG. 3A and the like), and has a front surface 30, a back surface 31, and side surfaces 32 and 32. Moreover, the panel support pillar 3 has the opening part 30a which the front surface 30 opened to the up-down direction, and the operation hole 31a (refer FIG.2 (c)) formed in the back surface 31. FIG. Here, the front surface 30 of the panel support pillar 3 will be described as a surface in contact with the panel 2, and the back surface 31 will be described as a surface disposed on the wall surface 11a side.
The longitudinal dimension of the panel support pillar 3 is formed in accordance with the height dimension of the recess 11. The panel support column 3 is formed so as to be accommodated in the recess 11 and is set so that the front surface 20 of the panel 2 is substantially flush with the wall surface 10 when the panel 2 is attached. The panel support column 3 is fixed by a fixture (not shown) or the like, and is attached to the recess 11 while ensuring a gap in which the locking member 4 can move. Although not shown here, a plurality of column receiving members may be arranged in parallel so that the panel support columns 3 can be positioned substantially perpendicular to the floor.

The opening 30a formed in the front surface 30 is a joint that closes the opening 30a after the jig 8 (see FIG. 4A) such as a screwdriver is inserted when the panel 2 is removed and the panel 2 is attached. A cover 6 (see FIG. 1 and FIGS. 3A and 3B) is provided. On both side surfaces 32, 32, as shown in the enlarged view of the portion X in FIG. 1, FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), and FIG. 5, concave slide grooves 32a are formed in the vertical direction. Is fitted with a slide protrusion 41 a formed on the side 41 of the locking member 4. The shape of the slide groove 32a is shown in the figure as being formed in a curved cross section, but is not limited to this, and may be a groove having a substantially square cross section.
The length of the slide groove 32a in the vertical direction may be formed from one end to the other end of the panel support column 3 in the vertical direction, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b). You may form in the length substantially the same as the length of the up-down direction of the operation hole 31a.
The operation hole 31a formed on the back surface 31 of the panel support column 3 is formed in the vertical direction so as to move up and down in a state where the projections 43 of the two locking members 4 described later are inserted as shown in FIG. It is good also as a long hole of a substantially oval shape (refer FIG.2 (c)). The configuration and shape of the operation hole 31a are not limited to the illustrated example, and the protrusion 43 of one or three or more locking members 4 may be inserted and locked. As shown in a) and (b), a vertically long rectangular shape may be used. Thus, by making it a long hole, the protrusion 43 of the locking member 4 can be moved up and down while being inserted into the operation hole 31a.

A locking member 4 is attached to the panel support column 3 as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2B, the locking member 4 has a main body portion 40, side portions 41 and 41, and a bent portion 42. Although the locking member 4 is not particularly limited, the locking member 4 is made of a metal material, a resin material, or the like, and has a spring property such that the bent portion 42 is slightly elastically deformed by a pressure received when the locked member 5 is locked. Things are desirable. Since the locking member 4 is attached so that the main body portion 40 is provided on the back surface 31 side of the panel support column 3, both side portions 41, 41 of the locking member 4 are attached to both side surfaces 32 of the panel support column 3.

The main body portion 40 is formed in accordance with the width of the back surface 31, and the side portions 41 and 41 are formed so as to stand upright by being bent substantially vertically from both ends in the longitudinal direction (lateral direction) of the main body portion 40. The bent portion 42 is formed only on one side of the side portion 41, and is formed from the side portion 41 to the bent portion 42 so as to be substantially V-shaped in plan view as shown in FIG. ing. That is, the bent portion 42 is formed so as to be bent from the end portion on the panel 2 installation side of the side portion 41 on one side to the wall surface 11a side, and the end portion 42a of the bent portion 42 (FIG. 3A). , (B)) is engaged with the hook 52.

The main body 40 is configured to be movable up and down via a jig 8 inserted from the opening 30a and inserted into the operation hole 31a. Therefore, specifically, the main body portion 40 is provided with a protruding portion 43 that protrudes toward the opening portion 30a when being attached to the panel support column 3 and is engaged with the operation hole 31a. The protrusion 43 is formed in a substantially cylindrical body, and an insertion hole 44 is formed in the protrusion 43. The insertion hole 44 is formed in such a size and shape that the front side of a jig 8 (see FIGS. 4A and 4B) for moving the locking member 4 up and down is inserted and fitted, The insertion hole 44 in the illustrated example is formed in a substantially circular shape so that the rod-shaped jig 8 having a substantially circular cross section is inserted.
The shapes of the operation hole 31a, the protrusion 43, and the insertion hole 44 are not limited to the illustrated example. For example, when the jig 8 for moving the locking member 4 up and down has a substantially rectangular cross section, these are also the jig 8. It is good also as a substantially rectangular shape according to the shape.

On the inner surface side of the side portion 41, a slide ridge portion 41a that slides up and down while being fitted in the slide groove 32a of the panel support column 3 is formed in the vertical direction. As shown in FIG. 3, the slide protrusion 41a protrudes toward the slide groove 32a and is formed in accordance with the shape of the slide groove 32a. Thus, since the slide protrusion 41a is formed so as to fit into the slide groove 32a formed in the panel support column 3, the locking member 4 does not come off the panel support column 3 and smoothly. Can be moved up and down.

The two locking members 4 formed as described above are attached in the vertical direction to one operation hole 31a formed in the panel support column 3. The same locking member 4 can be used, and when attaching to the panel support pillar 3, it attaches so that the bending part 42 may be in the state attached to the mutually different side surface 32. FIG. That is, in order to attach the two locking members 4 in such a state, after one locking member 4 is first attached, the other locking member 4 has a mounting direction of the locking member 4 previously attached. May be attached in a state rotated 180 degrees.

The configuration of the joint cover 6 that closes the opening 30a of the panel support pillar 3 is not particularly limited as long as the opening 30a can be closed. The joint cover 6 shown in the figure is formed of a rubber material, a resin material or the like, is formed in a long shape along the opening 30a (see FIG. 1), and is arranged alongside the front surface 20 of the panel 2. Part 60 and a locked part 61 that is locked to the opening 30a side end of the panel support column 3 (see FIGS. 3A and 3B).

Next, an example of how to attach the panel 2 (2A) will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the drawings, 2A and 2B are assigned to the adjacent panels 2 for easy understanding. Accordingly, the locking member 4 for locking the panel 2A is set to 4A, the locked member 5 to be locked to this is set to 5A, and the locking member 4 for locking the panel 2B is set to 4B. The locked member 5 to be stopped is 5B.
First, the notch groove portion 2a at the lower end portion of the panel 2A is fitted to the rail portion 12 (see the enlarged view of the Y portion in FIG. 1). At this time, the left and right end portions of the panel 2 are located at positions corresponding to the panel support pillars 3 adjacent to each other and the attachment positions of the locking members 4 attached to the panel support pillars 3. Then, the panel 2 is pushed down toward the wall surface 11a side of the recess 11 with the lower end portion of the panel 2 as a fulcrum (see the white arrow in FIG. 1).

The panel 2A is pressed until the hook portions 52, 52 of the two locked members 5, 5 provided on the back surface 21 of the panel 2 come into contact with the wall surface 11a. Specifically, when the panel 2 is pressed in the direction of the wall surface 11a, the panel 2 moves on the outer surface of the bent portion 42 in a state where the inclined portion 52b of the hooking portion 52 is in contact with the panel 2 until the hooking portion 52 contacts the wall surface 11a. When it comes, the inclined portion 52 b gets over the bent portion 42. When the hooking portion 52 comes into contact with the wall surface 11a, the end portion 42a of the bent portion 42 comes into contact with the end portion 52a of the hooking portion 52, and the locking member 4 and the locked member 5 are shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the panel 2A is completely attached.
At this time, the locking member 4A for locking the locked member 5A of the panel 2A is positioned above the operation hole 31a as shown in FIG. On the other hand, the locking member 4B provided below the operation hole 31a has already locked the locked member 5B of the panel 2B, and the two locking members 4A and 4B locked the panels 2A and 2B. In the state, they are provided at intervals.
When the panel 2A is attached in this way, a gap d is formed between the panel 2A and the panel 2B, and the panel support pillar 3 can be seen from the opening 30a, so the joint cover 6 is attached. Of course, the joint cover 6 may be attached after all the panels 2, 2... Are attached.

According to the above, the panel 2 can be attached by being pressed toward the wall surface 11a, and can be easily attached without lifting the panel 2 upward. Therefore, it is possible to easily attach a panel having a height or a heavy panel that may hit the ceiling when lifted upward.
Further, since the joint cover 6 is attached to the opening 30a, the inside of the opening 30a cannot be seen after the panel 2 is attached, so that the appearance can be improved.

Next, an example of how to remove the panel 2 (2A) will be described.
First, the joint cover 6 attached to the opening 30a is removed. And the jig | tool 8 is inserted from the opening part 30a, and the front-end | tip of the jig | tool 8 is inserted in the insertion hole 44 of the projection part 43 in the locking member 4A which protrudes from the operation hole 31a and is locking the panel 2A (FIG. 4 ( a)). And it operates so that the front-end | tip of the jig | tool 8 may move below. Then, the locking member 4A slides downward, the locking with the locked member 5A is released, and the panel 2A can be removed. Subsequently, the panel 2B can be removed by operating the locking member 4B that locks the panel 2B using the same jig 8 to release the locking with the locked member 5B. Also in this case, the jig 8 may be inserted from the same opening 30a, and the tip of the jig 8 may be inserted into the insertion hole 44 of the projection 43 of the locking member 4B protruding from the operation hole 31a. In this case, an operation is performed so that the tip of the jig 8 moves upward. Then, the locking member 4B slides upward, the locking with the locked member 5B is released, and the panel 2B can be removed.
According to the above, the locking member 4 is provided so as to be movable in the vertical direction with respect to the panel support column 3, and the engagement with the locked member 5 is achieved by moving the locking member 4 upward or downward. Since the stop state can be released, the panel 2 can be easily removed. Further, as in the case of attaching the panel 2, since it is not necessary to lift the panel 2 upward, it is possible to easily remove even a tall panel having a height almost up to the ceiling.
Therefore, maintenance and replacement of the panel 2 can be facilitated.

Next, a modification of the panel mounting device according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b) omit the illustration of the panel 2 for easy understanding of the locked state. Further, differences from the above-described embodiment will be mainly described, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted or briefly described.
The example shown here is different from the example of the above-described embodiment in that the end 42 a that contacts the hooking portion 52 of the bent portion 42 of the locking member 4 has an oblique shape. Moreover, the shape of the operation hole 31a and the slide groove 32a formed in the panel support pillar 3 differs from the example of the above-mentioned embodiment by the point made into the vertically long substantially rectangular shape. Furthermore, the point from which the guide piece 40a is formed in the vicinity of the projection part 43 formed in the main-body part 40 of the latching member 4 also differs from the example of the above-mentioned embodiment. 4A and 4B, and FIGS. 6A and 6B, the attachment relationship between the operation hole 31a and the locking member 4 is different from the above-described embodiment. There is a difference in how to install and remove the panel 2.
This will be described below.

As shown in FIG. 7, the end part 42a of the bent part 42 of the locking member 4 is formed in an oblique shape so that the bent part 42 becomes gradually narrower toward the lower side. In other words, the bent portion 42 is formed narrower on the lower side than on the upper side. Further, the corner portion 42b that contacts the hook portion 52 of the end portion 42a is chamfered. In the vicinity of the protrusion 43 of the main body 40 of the locking member 4, a plate-shaped guide piece 40 a formed so as to protrude in the same direction as the protrusion 43 is formed.

As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the operation hole 31a and the slide groove 32a formed in the panel support column 3 have a vertically long rectangular shape having substantially the same vertical length. The operation hole 31a and the slide groove 32a are formed vertically with a predetermined interval, and the vertical length of the operation hole 31a and the slide groove 32a becomes the movable range of the locking member 4. One locking member 4 is attached to one operation hole 31a. The guide hole 40a of the locking member 4 is inserted into the operation hole 31a, and the slide protrusions 41a and 41a formed on the side portion 41 of the locking member 4 are fitted into the slide grooves 32a and 32a. The locking member 4 is attached in a state.

Next, the points of attachment of the panel 2 that are different from the above-described embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the panel is not shown, the locking member 4 provided above is 4A, and the locked member 5 locked to this is 5A. The locking member 4 provided below the locking member 4A is 4B, and the locked member 5 locked by this is 5B.
In the example of the above-described embodiment, if the panel 2 is pushed down toward the wall surface 11a side of the recess 11 with the lower end portion of the panel 2 as a fulcrum, the locking member 4 and the locked member 5 are shown in FIG. As shown to a), it will be in a latching state and the panel 2 can be attached. On the other hand, in the case of this modification, when attaching the panel 2, each of the locking members 4A and 4B is raised upward as shown in FIG. In this state, the panel 2 is pushed down toward the wall surface 11a side of the recess 11 with the lower end portion of the panel 2 as a fulcrum, and after the panel 2 is applied to the panel support column 3, the locking member 4A is lowered with a jig. Press down.
In addition, the jig | tool used here can use the same thing as the above-mentioned embodiment. Further, the jig is inserted from the opening 30a, the tip of the jig 8 is fitted into the insertion hole 44 of the protrusion (not shown here) of the locking member 4B protruding from the operation hole 31a, and the locking member 4A is moved. The point is the same as described above.

When the locking member 4A is thus moved downward by the jig, the locking member 4A moves from the lower side (that is, the narrow side) of the bent portion 42 to the inside of the locked member 5A. Then, the locking member 4A is pushed down until the upper side (that is, the wide side) of the bent portion 42 and the hooking portion 52 of the locked member 5A come into contact with each other, thereby bringing each other into a firm locking state. Subsequently, the locking member 4B and the locked member 5B are locked in the same procedure.
According to the above, the locking member 4 is moved downward until the abutting portion (not shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b)) of the hook portion 52 is firmly in contact with the upper end portion 42a of the bent portion 42. If lowered and locked, the panel 2 can be attached in a state in which the backlash of the panel 2 is suppressed (see FIG. 6B). Therefore, even when each member such as the locking member 4 or the locked member 5 has a processing tolerance or a construction error, the tolerance or the like can be absorbed.
As described above, the end portion 42a of the bent portion 42 of the locking member 4 is formed in an oblique shape, and the lower side of the bent portion 42 is gradually narrowed. The member 4 can be smoothly moved downward to move. Moreover, if the corner | angular part 42b is chamfered as shown in FIG. 7, it can be moved still more smoothly.
The point of attaching the joint cover 6 after attaching and fixing the panel 2 is the same as described above.

Next, an example of how to remove the panel 2 will be described.
The removal procedure is basically the same as the above example except for the difference in which direction the locking members 4A and 4B are moved. First, the joint cover 6 is removed, a jig is inserted from the opening 30a, and the tip of the jig is fitted into the insertion hole 44 of the protrusion (not shown here). And it operates so that the front-end | tip of a jig | tool may move upwards.
