前記制御回路は、前記操作部にて揚げ物モードが選択されると、油温をその選択された揚げ物モードに対応した加熱温度まで上昇させる予熱を行い、予熱完了後、保温モードに移行し、保温モードにおいて、油温が閾値よりも下がった場合には、それ以上食材を入れないように前記報知手段により報知させることを特徴とする電磁誘導加熱調理器。
