A nail insertion hole 49 is formed. The nail insertion hole 49 is formed in a long hole shape in the front-rear direction. Other configurations are the same as those of each embodiment.

  Thus, by providing the display 76 indicating the nail location on the lower horizontal frame member 34 (or the upper horizontal frame member 33), the position when the nail 56 is driven into the nail driving member 44 is substantially constant.   An outer frame including a pair of left and right vertical frame members and upper and lower horizontal frame members that connect the upper and lower ends of the vertical frame members to the left and right; and at least one horizontal frame member of the upper and lower horizontal frame members In the game machine made of synthetic resin or metal, the synthetic resin or metal horizontal frame member is provided with a nail driving member for hitting a nail when the horizontal frame member is nailed to the receiving frame of the game island.
