Abstract
【解決手段】通信アダプタ40は、複数の電装品を電力線通信により接続可能な自転車用電装システム7と、自転車用電装システムを管理する管理システム50と、を接続可能である。通信アダプタは、第2コントローラ45と、昇圧回路42と、を備える。第2コントローラ45は、管理システム50から出力される信号を電力線通信規格の信号に変換する。昇圧回路42は、管理システム50から供給される電圧を昇圧する。また、第2コントローラ45は、昇圧回路42で変換した電圧に、変換した信号を重畳する。

Description
第1実施形態では、通信アダプタ40が蓄電素子43を有するが、第2実施形態では、図4に示すように、通信アダプタ140は、蓄電素子を有さない。通信アダプタ140のその他の構成は、通信アダプタ40と同じである。瞬間的に大きな電流を流す必要のない電装品を接続する場合には、第2の実施形態のように構成を簡略化することができる。
第3実施形態の通信アダプタ240は、図5に示すように、昇圧回路42と出力スイッチ44との間に、過電流制限回路48が接続されている。通信アダプタ240のその他の構成は、通信アダプタ40と同じである。過電流制限回路48は、蓄電素子43から電装システム7に過度な電流が流れないように、電流を制限する。過電流制限回路48を設けることによって、電装システム7が短絡故障している場合であっても、電装システム7に大電流が流れることを抑制することができる。過電流制限回路48の制限電流値は、たとえば電力通信線の規格値または電動アクチュエータの規格値にあわせて設定される。
以上、本発明の一実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能である。

Claims (8)
- 複数の電装品を電力線通信により接続可能な自転車用電装システムと、前記自転車用電装システムを管理する管理システムと、を接続可能な自転車用通信アダプタであって、
前記管理システムから出力される信号を前記電力線通信の規格の信号に変換する信号変換部と、
前記管理システムから供給される電圧を変換する電圧変換部と、
電圧変換部で変換した電圧に、前記信号変換部で変換した信号を重畳する重畳部と、
を備える自転車用通信アダプタ。 - 前記管理システムから供給される電力を蓄える蓄電部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の自転車用通信アダプタ。
- 前記蓄電部は、前記電圧変換部と前記電装品との間に接続される、請求項2に記載の自転車用通信アダプタ。
- 前記自転車用電装システムの電源の状態に応じて、前記電圧変換部から前記電装品への電力の供給を選択的に行う電源選択部をさらに備える、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の自転車用通信アダプタ。
- 前記電源選択部は、前記電装品の電位および電流の少なくともいずれかを検出する検出部を有し、
予め定める値以下のときに、前記電圧変換部から前記電装品に電力を供給する、請求項4項に記載の自転車用通信アダプタ。 - 前記電圧変換部から出力される過電流を制限する過電流制限部をさらに備える、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の自転車用通信アダプタ。
- 前記自転車用電装システムと接続可能な2つの第1通信端子と、
前記管理システムと接続可能な第2通信端子と、さらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の自転車通信アダプタ。 - 前記信号変換部は、前記管理システムからユニバーサルシリアルバス(Universal Serial Bus)規格の信号を受信する、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の自転車。
