Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施例は、バックライトユニット及びそれを用いたディスプレイ装置に関するもので、当該バックライトユニットは、第1リフレクタと、第2リフレクタと、第1リフレクタと前記第2リフレクタとの間に配置された少なくとも一つの光源とを備え、第2リフレクタの端部から少なくとも一つの光源との間隔が、光源の上部方向に第1距離だけ離隔している。

Claims (17)
- 前記第2リフレクタは、正反射領域及び乱反射領域を有し、前記第1距離は、前記正反射領域の周辺に形成されている、請求項1に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記光源から前記光源の側部方向に遠ざかるほど、前記第2リフレクタの端部から前記少なくとも一つの光源との前記上部方向への間隔である前記第1距離は変わる、請求項1又は2に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記各光源の間の周辺領域で、前記少なくとも一つの光源の上部方向に、前記第2リフレクタの端部は、前記少なくとも一つの光源と前記第1距離より小さい第3距離だけ離隔している、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記第2リフレクタを支持する支持部をさらに備え、前記支持部で前記少なくとも一つの光源方向へ端面は傾斜している、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記第1距離は、前記第1リフレクタと重畳される領域に配置されている、請求項1に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記光源から前記側部方向に遠ざかるほど前記第1距離は漸減する、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記第1距離は0.1mm至1.2mmである、請求項1又は6若しくは7に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記第1リフレクタの端部は、前記少なくとも一つの光源と、前記光源の上部方向に第2距離だけ離隔している、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記第1距離と前記第2距離は互いに異なる、請求項9に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記θ2は5°乃至15°である、請求項11に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記θ1は5°乃至15°である、請求項1に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記第1リフレクタは、前記光源の側部方向に突出した面を有する、請求項1に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記突出した面は、半球形、三角形、四角形、多角形のうち少なくともいずれか一つである、請求項14に記載のバックライトユニット。
- 前記第3距離は、‘0’である、請求項4に記載のバックライトユニット。
- ディスプレイパネルと、
前記ディスプレイパネルに光を照射するバックライトユニットと
を備え、
前記バックライトユニットは、請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載のバックライトユニットである、バックライトユニットを用いたディスプレイ装置。
