Claims (13)
- 窒素酸化物(NOx)の選択触媒還元によって一酸化炭素(CO)又はガス状の有機物質を含む煙道ガス(A)を脱硝するプロセスであって、前記煙道ガス(A)が、触媒還元前に、脱硝された煙道ガス(A)の残留熱を回収する熱交換によって、160℃から500℃の反応温度(TR)に加熱される、前記プロセスにおいて、
熱交換における熱移動に伴う損失が、一酸化炭素(CO)又はガス状の有機物質の後燃焼によるエネルギー再生によって、少なくとも部分的に補償されることを特徴とする、脱硝プロセス。 - 前記煙道ガス(A)が、連続して配置された複数の蓄熱モジュール(15)と、前記複数の蓄熱モジュールの間に配置され、後燃焼を行ってエネルギー再生するための空間(16)と、を備える少なくとも2つの通路(14)を通して、交互に逆方向に導かれ、窒素酸化物(NOx)の触媒還元が、前記複数の蓄熱モジュール(15)の間に配置された触媒(6)内で実施される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記煙道ガス(A)の脱硝の、開始又は運転温度の維持のために、外部からエネルギーが供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- 後燃焼の前に、前記煙道ガス(A)に、燃焼可能な物質が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記煙道ガス(A)中の一酸化炭素(CO)又はガス状の有機物質の含有量が、燃焼の制御によって増加されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記煙道ガス(A)が、少なくとも60%脱硝されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 窒素酸化物(NOx)を触媒還元する少なくとも1つの触媒(6)と、脱硝された煙道ガス(A)の残留熱の回収に基づいて、触媒還元前の煙道ガス(A)を、160℃から500℃の反応温度(TR)に加熱する熱交換器(11)と、を有し、一酸化炭素(CO)又はガス状の有機物質を含む煙道ガス(A)を脱硝する装置であって、
前記熱交換器(11)の熱移動に伴う損失を補償するために、一酸化炭素(CO)又はガス状の有機物質を後燃焼させてエネルギー再生を行う少なくとも1つの後燃焼段(12)を設けていることを特徴とする、脱硝装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの後燃焼段(12)が、連続して配置された複数の蓄熱モジュール(15)と、前記複数の蓄熱モジュールの間に配置された後燃焼用の空間(6)と、を備える少なくとも2つの通路(14)によって形成され、前記通路(14)を通して煙道ガス(A)が交互に逆方向に導かれ、各通路(14)に対し、窒素酸化物(NOx)を触媒還元する少なくとも1つの触媒(6)が、前記複数の蓄熱モジュール(15)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記蓄熱モジュール(15)が、セラミックのハニカム本体によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの後燃焼段(12)が、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換器(11)の下流で、前記少なくとも1つの触媒(6)の上流に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記煙道ガス(A)の脱硝の、開始又は運転温度の維持のために、外部から熱エネルギーを供給する装置(13)を設けていることを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの後燃焼段(12)に燃焼可能な物質を供給する、導管(17)を設けていることを特徴とする、請求項7から11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記煙道ガス(A)中の一酸化炭素(CO)又はガス状の有機物質の含有量を増加させる手段が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7から12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
