Description
Claims (15)
- 流量計(1)、特に飲料調製装置用の流量計であって、
計測隔室(10)の境界を定める成形された筐体(2、4)と、
前記計測隔室を横切って延びる回転可能なシャフト(32)を有する回転可能な計測体(3)と、
回転可能な前記シャフトの互いに対向する端部(32´、32´´)を前記筐体内に位置決めして取り付けるための複数の点支承(11、37)と、
を備え、
前記各点支承が、前記筐体と回転可能な前記シャフトの端部、または前記端部と前記筐体にそれぞれ関連付けられた、凸部(11)と、対面して協働する対応部(37)、特に凹部で形成され、
前記凸部と前記対応部が、それらの関連付けられた、成形された前記筐体および回転可能な前記シャフトと一体形成されることを特徴とする流量計。 - 前記各点支承の前記凸部(11)および前記対応部(37)が湿潤状態で0.1〜0.8の範囲、特に0.2〜0.4の摩擦係数を有する、請求項1に記載の流量計。
- 前記各点支承の前記凸部(11)および前記対応部(37)が0.05〜10μm/kmの範囲、特に0.1〜1.5μm/kmの磨耗率を有する、請求項1または2に記載の流量計。
- 前記各点支承の前記凸部(11)と前記対応部(37)、または前記対応部と前記凸部のそれぞれがSchulaform9AなどのPOMとTecdurGK30などのPBTで作られる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記筐体(2、4)および/または前記シャフト(3)が結合材とビーズ、特にガラス玉などの安定充填材とを含む複合材料で作られ、前記複合材料が典型的にその体積の10〜70%、特に20〜40%または15〜50%の充填材を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記筐体が2つの組立て成形体(2、4)で作られる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記筐体がカップ状体(4)およびカバー体(2)を有する、請求項6に記載の流量計。
- 回転可能な前記シャフト(32)が、前記カバー体(2)に配置された点支承と、前記カップ状体(4)に配置された対面する点支承(11)との間に延びる回転軸(3´)を有する、請求項7に記載の流量計。
- 前記カップ状体(4)が、前記シャフトの回転軸(3´)に垂直な基準面(42)を形成するリム(41)を有し、前記カバー体(2)が、前記点支承の間で前記シャフト(32)の自由回転を保持および許容するために前記点支承同士の間隔を正確に定めるように前記基準面に対して圧迫される内面(22)を有する、請求項8に記載の流量計。
- 前記カップ状体(4)がリム(41)を有し、前記カバー体(2)がシールリップ(23)を有し、前記シールリップが、前記カップ状体を前記カバー体で密封するように前記リムに圧入され、または前記シールリップに前記リムが圧入される、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記筐体(2、4)がスナップ、ラッチ、クランプまたはフック機構(25、26、45)、特にバヨネット接続により組立てられる、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記各成形体(2、4)が、当該流量計(1)を通じて液体を循環するように前記計測隔室(10)と連通する貫通孔(27、47)を有する、請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記筐体(2、4)が、前記点支承を形成するように前記計測隔室(10)に延びる対面する複数の凸部(11)を備える、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記筐体(2、4)が、センサ装置(5)を筐体に離脱可能に接続するための接続機構(28)を備える、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 液体循環回路、特に水循環回路を有し、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の流量計(1)を備える飲料調製装置。
