Claims (15)
- 触媒材料からなる充填材を有する傾斜した床槽を備え、前記床槽がその下側の長手面に背面支持壁を備え、前記床槽の一端面側の領域内に前記充填材を通過したガスを排出する浄化済みガス排出口を形成し、同様に前記床槽の一端面側の領域内に吹き込みガス注入口を形成してなる、特に複数回汚染されたガス用のフィルタ装置であり、特に吹き込みガスが床槽(12)を通過する際の流動ピークを防止または少なくとも低減する流動に影響を与える装置(50)を前記床槽(12)の下方で特に両方の端面の間に分配して設置し、また特に、前記吹き込みガス注入口(40)と浄化済みガス排出口(36)を同じ端面(38)上に形成することを特徴とするフィルタ装置。
- 吹き込みガス注入口と浄化済みガス排出口(36)を床槽(12)の下方に形成するとともに、流動に影響を与える装置(50)を備えた自由空間(34)に接続するようにし;
傾斜した床槽は断面において平行パイプ形状である自由空間(34)の上方に延在し、その一端面(38)が閉鎖されているとともにもう一方の端面に浄化済みガス排出口(36)と吹き込みガス注入口(40)を設け;および/または、
前記浄化済みガス排出口(36)と吹き込みガス注入口(40)を管接続によって具現化する、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルタ装置。 - 複数の床槽(12,14,16および18)を適宜な方式で上下および/または左右に相互に並列させて配置するとともに切り換え装置を備えるようにし、それによって1つの床槽(12)を洗浄工程にしてその他の床槽(14,16および18)をフィルタ工程で作動させ得るようにし;および/または、
個々の床槽(12,14,16および18)の浄化済みガス排出口のための集積ボックスを設けてそこから特に1本の吹き込みガス接続を分岐させ、別の床槽からの浄化済みガスを吹き込みガスとして使用することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のフィルタ装置。 - 汚染されたガスを110℃ないし220℃の温度範囲、特に約160℃で供給し、フィルタ装置(10)を、“冷温箇所”においても、塩素の露点および硫黄の露点よりも高温、特に約160℃に維持し;および/または、
充填材(20)は五酸化バナジウムを含むようにして埃、NOxならびにダイオキシンをフィルタ除去および/または化学的に転換するものとし、また特に顆粒状に形成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のフィルタ装置。 - 触媒材料をさらに硫黄および/または硫黄化合物をフィルタ除去するものとし、床槽(12)の下側の長手面(30)を介して滑落する凝縮層をフィルタ装置(10)のフィルタボックス(24)から特に推進スクリューである推進装置の領域内に落下させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のフィルタ装置。
- 推進装置が凝縮した顆粒を処理装置に誘導し、前記処理装置が加熱によって硫黄塩および/または塩素塩を気化および除去し、また特に埃を篩で除去あるいは洗浄し、必要に応じて新しい顆粒を添加して新たな触媒材料として特に配量スクリュー(26)を介して均等に配分した方式でフィルタボックス(24)に供給することを特徴とする請求項5記載のフィルタ装置。
- 新しい顆粒の部分供給と使用済みの顆粒の搬出を有する顆粒循環系を形成し、それによって特に稼働中に触媒の交換を可能にするとともに、追加的に浄化済みガス/充填ガス循環系を有し、その中で1つの床槽(12)からの浄化済みガスを洗浄すべき別の床槽(14,16,18)に誘導することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のフィルタ装置。
- 各床槽(12)の下方に自由空間(34)を形成し、それに対して床槽(12)の長手方向に向かって吹き込みガス流を付加し、その吹き込みガス流が吹き込みガス注入口(40)の付近で10m/s超、特に20m/sの速度を有するようにし、流動に影響を与える装置(50)が床槽(12)の全長にわたって延在するとともに前記吹き込みガス流を個別気流に分流するようにすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のフィルタ装置。
- 流動に影響を与える装置(50)が空気誘導板(52)群を備え、それらを転向板および/または気流分割板として床槽(12)の下方の自由空間(34)の長さにわたって分配し;および/または、
流動に影響を与える装置(50)として流動抵抗を使用し、特に少なくとも1箇所の部分的な吹き込みガス流の通流断面の絞り部を設けることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のフィルタ装置。 - 長手方向に移動可能なノズルスライド内に流動に影響を与える装置(50)を設け、前記ノズルスライドが床槽(12)の長手方向に見て短い床槽(12)の区間に的を絞って吹き込みガスを付加することを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のフィルタ装置。
- 各床槽がその基礎面に特に格子形状の縦横のリブからなる複合構成を備え、前記リブが少なくとも2cm、特に約5cm、好適には10cmの所定の高さを有し、また前記リブによって吹き込みガス流を個別吹き込みガス流に分割するとともに触媒材料に対して垂直に供給し、さらに前記のリブ構成を好適には篩によって被包し;および/または、
床槽(12)の基礎を形成するリブを吹き込みガス通流方向に向かって傾斜させ、その傾斜が特に吹き込みガス注入口(40)に隣接した床槽の側においてその床槽(12)の反対側の端面(38)上に比べて大きくなるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載のフィルタ装置。 - 流動に影響を与える装置(50)は吹き込みガス注入口(40)と逆側の斜めの衝突壁上に形成し、それが衝突した吹き込みガス流を下方、すなわち床槽(12)から遠ざかるように誘導することを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載のフィルタ装置。
- フィルタの洗浄および触媒材料の凝縮層の除去のために10秒まで、特に約5秒の吹き込みガスインパルスを放射可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載のフィルタ装置。
- フィルタ装置をモジュール式に構成し、フィルタ装置のフィルタボックス(58)を市販のコンテナによって形成し;および/または、
複数回汚染された未処理ガスに対して、特にフィルタボックス(58)の手前で、尿素あるいは重炭酸ナトリウム等の試薬を添加することを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載のフィルタ装置。 - 少なくとも1つの床槽(12)の上方に未処理ガス流整流装置を設け、それによって床槽間および/または各床槽上で見たガス流の配分を均等化し得るようにし、また前記整流装置は流動ピークによって特に未使用の触媒材料が背面支持壁を超えて吹き流されることを防止することを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載のフィルタ装置。
