Description
Claims (12)
- 連続的に走行する糸を綾振りしながらボビンに巻き取る綾振り装置であって、
綾振り運動を行う綾振り糸案内部材(1,18)の運動方向を周期的に反転させる電気駆動機構(3,13)が設けられており、
該電気駆動機構は、複数の電磁コイル(10,12,25,26)または複数の永久磁石(30,31)を有するステータ(6,20)およびロータ(2,19)を備えている、
綾振り装置において、
前記ステータおよび/または前記ロータは、前記綾振り運動の反転フェーズにおいて前記ステータおよび前記ロータが相互に作用する反転領域(7,21,23)と、各反転フェーズ間で前記ステータおよび前記ロータが相互に作用する連続領域(8,22,24)とを有しており、
該反転領域と該連続領域とでは、前記複数の電磁コイルまたは前記複数の永久磁石に関して前記ステータおよび/または前記ロータの構成が異なる
ことを特徴とする綾振り装置。 - 前記電気駆動機構は回転式電動機(13)である、請求項1記載の綾振り装置。
- 前記電動機は、複数の電磁コイル(25,26)を有するステータ(20)と、複数の永久磁石(30,31)を有するロータまたは電磁石として作用する複数の電磁コイルを有するロータ(19)とを備えている、請求項2記載の綾振り装置。
- 前記ステータと前記ロータとはそれぞれ1つずつ反転領域(23,21)を有しており、前記ステータの反転領域と前記ロータの反転領域とは、前記綾振り糸案内部材の反転中に前記ステータおよび前記ロータが相互に作用するように配置されている、請求項3記載の綾振り装置。
- 前記電気駆動機構はリニアモータ(3)である、請求項1記載の綾振り装置。
- 前記リニアモータは、永久磁石(35)として構成されたロータ(2)と、複数の電磁コイル(10,12)を有するステータ(6)とを備えている、請求項5記載の綾振り装置。
- 前記複数の電磁コイルの各軸は平行に配向されている、請求項6記載の綾振り装置。
- 前記ステータの前記反転領域は綾振り領域(5)の端部に配置されている、請求項6または7記載の綾振り装置。
- 前記ステータの前記反転領域および/または前記ロータの前記反転領域では前記連続領域よりも強い永久磁石が用いられる、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の綾振り装置。
- 前記ステータの前記反転領域および/または前記ロータの前記反転領域では前記連続領域でよりも電磁コイルの巻き数が大きい、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の綾振り装置。
- 前記ステータの前記反転領域および/または前記ロータの前記反転領域では前記連続領域でよりも電磁コイルまたは永久磁石の密度が大きい、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の綾振り装置。
- 前記ステータの前記反転領域および/または前記ロータの前記反転領域では、前記電磁コイルが付加的な冷却手段(27)に接続されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の綾振り装置。
