Abstract
【解決手段】蒸発器(16)と、複数のエコノマイザ伝熱面(10,14)を備えたエコノマイザと、複数のエコノマイザ伝熱面(10)に対して流動媒体回路で並列接続された1本のバイパス管(4)とを有する排熱回収ボイラ(1)を運転するための方法において、排熱回収ボイラ(1)に供給される熱エネルギに特有の特性量がバイパス管(4)の流量の制御又は調節のために使用される。

Claims (9)
- 蒸発器(16)と、複数のエコノマイザ伝熱面(10,14)を備えたエコノマイザと、複数のエコノマイザ伝熱面(10)に対して流動媒体回路で並列接続された1本のバイパス管(4)とを有する排熱回収ボイラ(1)を運転するための方法であって、排熱回収ボイラ(1)に供給される熱エネルギに特有の特性量がバイパス管(4)の流量の制御又は調節のために使用される方法。
- 前記特性量の増大時にバイパス管(4)の流量が減少させられる請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記特性量の減少時にバイパス管(4)の流量が増大させられる請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 排熱回収ボイラ(1)に燃焼排ガス回路で前置接続されたガスタービンの出力(34)が、排熱回収ボイラ(1)に供給される熱エネルギに特有の特性量として使用される請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の方法。
- バイパス管(4)の出口における混合点(12)の温度が、バイパス管(4)の流量の制御又は調節のために使用される請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の方法。
- 蒸発器(16)内の飽和温度(28)が、バイパス管(4)の流量の制御又は調節のために使用される請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の方法。
- 蒸発器(16)の収支勘定された燃焼排ガス熱(48)が、排熱回収ボイラ(1)に供給される熱エネルギに特有の特性量として使用される請求項1乃至6の1つに記載の方法。
- 蒸発器(16)と、複数のエコノマイザ伝熱面(10,14)を備えたエコノマイザと、流量制御又は流量調節弁(6)を備え複数のエコノマイザ伝熱面(10)に対して流動媒体回路で並列接続された1本のバイパス管(4)と、蒸発器入口(18)における温度・圧力測定装置(24)および場合によってバイパス管(4)の出口における混合点(12)の温度測定装置(24)と、前記測定装置(24)および流量制御又は流量調節弁(6)にデータ回路で接続されて請求項1乃至8の1つに記載の方法を実行すべく設計された制御装置とを有する排熱回収ボイラ。
- 請求項8記載の排熱回収ボイラ(1)を備えたガス・蒸気複合タービン設備。
