Description
概要

Claims (18)
- 患者内の組織を検出するためのシステムであって、
患者内への選択的挿入のために構成された外科器具であって、前記外科器具は切断カニューレを更に備え、前記カニューレは前記カニューレの遠位端部に隣接して位置決めされる組織切断開口部を有する、外科器具と、
前記患者の前記組織の少なくとも1つの特性を検出するように構成されたセンサであって、前記外科器具が患者内に挿入される場合、組織と接触するように、前記センサは前記カニューレ上に位置決めされる、センサと
を備えるシステム。 - 近位開口部及び遠位開口部を有する導入カニューレを更に備え、前記切断カニューレは、患者内への選択的挿入の前に前記導入カニューレ内へ挿入される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサの付近に真空を運ぶ真空源を更に備える請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記外科器具は組織切除デバイスである、請求項1に記載のシステム。

前記カニューレを通して挿入されるように構成される組織切除デバイスであって、前記組織切除デバイスは、前記導入カニューレの前記遠位開口部に対して位置決めされ且つ前記患者から組織を切り取って前記切り取られた組織を搬送するように構成される、組織切断開口部を更に備えるデバイスと
を備えるシステム。 - 前記センサの近くに真空源を更に備える請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは実質的に前記標本抽出開口の近位側に配置される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサと電気的に通信するプロセッサを更に備え、前記プロセッサは前記センサからのデータを分析する、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは、前記導入カニューレに対して選択的に回転可能である、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記組織の異常性の判定に関連した表示機を更に備える請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記組織切除デバイスは内部切断カニューレ及び外部カニューレを含み、前記組織切断開口部は前記外部カニューレに形成され、前記内部切断カニューレは前記外部カニューレ内に位置決めされ、組織を切り取るために前記内部切断カニューレは更に前記組織切断開口部を選択的に移動可能であり、前記センサは前記内部切断カニューレ上に位置決めされる、請求項12に記載のシステム。
