Abstract
Description
合物であってもよい。前記脱水素触媒に更にカリウムフェライトも含有させてもよい。前記脱水素触媒にセリウム化合物を0.5から25.0重量パーセント含有させてもよい。
多段階工程では、触媒材料が約100gの小バッチを手で調製した。材料を混合した後にDI水を添加することで、Carver Hydraulic Pressを用いてペレットまたはタイルに成形するに適したペーストを生じさせた。材料のリストを表1に示す。触媒のFe、K、Ce、Al、CaおよびMo成分のモル比率を同じにする。強度の目的で添加するセメントの使用量を各場合とも同じにした。また、グラファイト、メチルセルロースおよびステアリン酸も押出し加工助剤および孔形成剤として添加した。
本明細書に示す如きバッチ配合の全部で同じ材料比を用いた。各材料の酸化物が最も高い結合価を示すと仮定して焼成後の重量パーセントから下記を得た:酸化鉄(38.6%)、炭酸カリウム(20.4%)、酸化カルシウム(3.6%)、酸化セリウム(7.4%)、酸化アルミニウム(24.7%)、酸化モリブデン(1.07%)およびアルミン酸カルシウムセメント(4.3%)。材料のリストを表1に示す。
通して調製を実施した。これらの反応体を一緒に添加して充分に混合した。脱イオン水を加えた後の混合物を反応させると濃厚になった。調製した触媒を約2グラムの量で13mmのダイスに加えた後、4,000−5,000PSIをかけることでペレットを生じさせた。10個のペレットおよび1個の2.5cm x 2.5cmタイルを一度に作成し、セラミック製皿に入れて20℃から30℃で一晩乾燥させた。残りの触媒をジップトップ式プラスチックバッグに入れた後、平らになるまで手で圧縮した。セラミック製皿の重量を測定して、その重量を記録した。次に、そのセラミック製皿に手で圧縮した触媒を約10グラム加えた後、重量を記録した。次に、残りの手で圧縮した触媒を細かく砕いた後、セラミック製皿に入れて一晩乾燥させた。約24時間後に触媒をオーブンに入れて115℃で約2時間乾燥させた。次に、その触媒の重量を測定して、その重量を記録した。次に、その乾燥させた触媒に焼成を下記の温度上昇手順に従って受けさせた:350℃に1時間、600℃に1時間そして次に775℃になるまで10℃/分の上昇速度で上昇させた後に4時間保持した。このサイクルが完了した時点でオーブンを115℃に戻し、最終的に触媒を取り出すまでその温度に保持した。この焼成を受けさせた触媒の重量を測定して、その重量を記録した。
バッチ1および2に示した触媒の調製では、炭酸カリウムを除く材料の全部を湿式混合しそしてこの混合段階が終了した時点で炭酸カリウムを個別に添加することで調製を実施した。バッチ3および4では、炭酸カリウムを他の材料と一緒に混合段階で添加した。
バッチ5の調製では、黄色酸化鉄、炭酸セリウム、炭酸カルシウム、酸化マグネシウムアルミニウム、酸化モリブデン、メチルセルロース(25cP)、グラファイトおよびセメントを乾式混合することを通して調製を実施した。これらの反応体を混合装置に加えて、2時間混ぜ合わせた。脱イオン水をその混合物が最終的に大きな塊になるほどの量で加えた。次に、炭酸カリウムを加えた後、その混ぜ合わせた混合物を反応させそして充分に混ざるまで混ぜ合わせた。その混ぜ合わせた混合物を押出し加工機に移した後、押出し加工を3メートルトンの圧力下で実施した。その押出し加工品をプラスチックバッグに入れて、20℃から30℃で一晩硬化させた。約24時間後に触媒をオーブンに入れて、115℃で約24時間乾燥させた。次に、その乾燥させた触媒に焼成を下記の温度上昇手順に従って受けさせた:350℃に1時間、600℃に1時間そして次に775℃になるまで10℃/分の上昇速度で上昇させた後に4時間保持した。このサイクルが完了した時点でオーブンを115℃に戻して、最終的に触媒を取り出すまでその温度に保持した。
例えばメチルまたはエチル基などを指す。
Claims (21)
- 触媒であって、
鉄化合物を30から90重量パーセント、
アルカリ金属化合物を1から50重量パーセント、および
アルミナ化合物を少なくとも5重量パーセント、
含有して成る触媒。 - 前記鉄化合物が酸化鉄を含んで成る請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記鉄化合物がカリウムフェライトを含んで成る請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記アルカリ金属化合物がアルカリ金属の酸化物、硝酸塩、水酸化物、炭酸塩、重炭酸塩およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択される請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記アルカリ金属化合物がナトリウムまたはカリウム化合物を含んで成る請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記アルカリ金属化合物がカリウムフェライトを含んで成る請求項1記載の触媒。
- 前記アルミナ化合物がアルミナ、金属修飾アルミナおよび金属のアルミン酸塩から成る群より選択される請求項1記載の触媒。
- アルミナ化合物を少なくとも10重量パーセント含有して成る請求項1記載の触媒。
- アルミナ化合物を少なくとも20重量パーセント含有して成る請求項1記載の触媒。
- 更にセリウム化合物も0.5から25.0重量パーセント含有して成る請求項1記載の触媒。
- 更に貴金属化合物も0.1ppmから1000ppm含有して成る請求項1記載の触媒。
- 更に下記:アルミニウム、ケイ素、亜鉛、マンガン、コバルト、銅、バナジウムおよびこれらの組み合わせから成る群より選択される元素の中の少なくとも1種の源も0.1重量パーセントから10.0重量パーセント含有して成る請求項1記載の触媒。
- アルキル芳香族炭化水素および蒸気から本質的に成る炭化水素供給材料流れの成分に脱水素を炭化水素反応ゾーン内で受けさせるための非酸化的脱水素触媒であって、
酸化鉄を10から90重量パーセント、
カリウム化合物を1.0から50重量パーセント、
セリウム化合物を0.5から12.0重量パーセント、および
アルミナ化合物を少なくとも5重量パーセント、
含有して成る触媒。 - 前記アルミナ化合物がアルミナ、金属修飾アルミナおよび金属のアルミン酸塩から成る群より選択される請求項13記載の触媒。
- アルキル芳香族炭化水素からアルケニル芳香族炭化水素を生じさせる脱水素方法であって、
鉄化合物を10から90重量パーセント、アルカリ金属化合物を1から50重量パーセントおよびアルミナ化合物を少なくとも5重量パーセント含有して成る脱水素触媒を脱水素反応槽に供給し、
アルキル芳香族炭化水素を含有して成る炭化水素原料および蒸気を前記脱水素反応槽に供給して、
前記炭化水素原料および蒸気と前記脱水素触媒の接触を前記反応槽内で前記アルキル芳香族炭化水素の少なくとも一部が脱水素を受けてアルケニル芳香族炭化水素が生じるに有効な条件下で起こさせ、そして
生成物であるアルケニル芳香族炭化水素を前記脱水素反応槽から回収する、
ことを含んで成る方法。 - 前記原料中の前記アルキル芳香族炭化水素にエチルベンゼンが含まれそして前記生成物のアルケニル芳香族炭化水素にスチレンが含まれる請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記脱水素触媒中の前記アルミナ化合物がアルミナ、金属修飾アルミナおよび金属のアルミン酸塩から成る群より選択される請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記鉄化合物が酸化鉄である請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ金属化合物がカリウム化合物である請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記脱水素触媒が更にカリウムフェライトも含有して成る請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記脱水素触媒が更にセリウム化合物も0.5から25.0重量パーセント含有して成る請求項15記載の方法。
