Abstract
Description
本発明によるねじ伝動装置では、冒頭に述べた形式のねじ伝動装置において、請求項1の特徴部記載のように、すなわちねじ山は、変化するピッチを有しているように構成されている。
図1に示された本発明によるねじ伝動装置1は、ねじ山3を備えたスピンドル2と、ねじ山3に係合する対応部材4とを有している。この対応部材4はそれ自体ナットの機能を有しており、対応部材4はスピンドル2の回転駆動時に軸方向において移動させられる。
Claims (12)
- ねじ伝動装置であって、ねじ山(3)と、該ねじ山(3)に係合する対応部材(4)とが設けられていて、ねじ山(3)は対応部材(4)に対して回転可能であり、その結果対応部材(4)に対するねじ山(3)の回転運動によって、対応部材(4)はねじ山(3)に対して移動させられる形式のものにおいて、ねじ山(3)は、変化するピッチを有していることを特徴とするねじ伝動装置。
- 対応部材(4)は、ねじ山(3)のねじ山側面(9)に沿って転動する転動体(8)を有している、請求項1記載のねじ伝動装置。
- ねじ山(3)は多条である、請求項1記載のねじ伝動装置。
- 対応部材(4)は各螺条(5)のためにそれぞれ1つの転動体(8)を有している、請求項3記載のねじ伝動装置。
- ねじ伝動装置(1)は、ねじ山(3)に対する対応部材(4)の移動時に変形するばねエレメント(17)を有しており、ねじ山(3)のピッチは、ばねエレメント(17)のばね力が該ばねエレメント(17)の変形によって小さくなる場合に、大きくなる、請求項1記載のねじ伝動装置。
- ねじ山(3)は部分的にピッチを有していない、請求項1記載のねじ伝動装置。
- ねじ山(3)は一定のピッチを有している、請求項5記載のねじ伝動装置。
- ねじ伝動装置(1)は1つの構成グループを形成している、請求項5記載のねじ伝動装置。
- ねじ伝動装置(1)は駆動モータ(13)を有している、請求項1記載のねじ伝動装置。
- ねじ伝動装置(1)は、ねじ山(3)を対応部材(4)と共に固定するブレーキ(32)を有している、請求項1記載のねじ伝動装置。
- ねじ伝動装置(1)はばねエレメント(17)を有していて、該ばねエレメント(17)は、一方向(作業行程)におけるねじ山(3)に対する対応部材(4)の移動時に弛緩され、かつ駆動モータ(13)に加えて付加的にエネルギを放出し、かつばねエレメント(17)は、逆方向(戻り行程)におけるねじ山(3)に対する対応部材(4)の移動時に、駆動モータ(13)によってねじ伝動装置(1)を介して、外的負荷が戻り行程の方向でねじ山(3)又は対応部材(4)に対して作用する場合には、外的負荷によって助成されて緊張させられる、請求項9記載のねじ伝動装置。
- ねじ伝動装置(1)はばねエレメント(17)を有していて、該ばねエレメント(17)は、ねじ山(3)に対する対応部材(4)の移動時に変形するようになっており、ねじ伝動装置(1)は駆動モータ(13)を有していて、ねじ伝動装置(1)は可変のダンパとして使用される、請求項1記載のねじ伝動装置。
