Abstract
Description

Claims (23)
- 無線送電受信機であって、
磁気近傍界に応答して共振し及びそこからの無線電力を結合するように構成された並列共振器を含む受信アンテナと、
前記並列共振器に結合された受動整流器回路と、を備え、前記受動整流器回路は、前記並列共振器への負荷インピーダンスを変換するように構成される、無線送電受信機。 - 前記受動整流器回路は、デュアルダイオード全波整流器回路として構成される請求項1に記載の受信機。
- 前記受動整流器回路は、前記並列共振器において見られた場合に前記負荷インピーダンスを約4対1によりステップアップすることによって前記負荷インピーダンスを変換するように構成される請求項2に記載の受信機。
- 前記並列共振器は、誘導ループを含み、前記誘導ループは、そのループ端子のうちの1つにおいてDC接地される請求項2に記載の受信機。
- 前記並列共振器は、誘導ループを含み、前記誘導ループは、高周波チョークを用いてDC接地される請求項2に記載の受信機。
- 前記受動整流器回路は、前記並列共振器において見られた場合に前記負荷インピーダンスを約4対1によりステップアップすることによって前記負荷インピーダンスを変換するように構成される請求項2に記載の受信機。
- 前記並列共振器は、誘導ループを含み、前記誘導ループは、DC接地される請求項2に記載の受信機。
- 前記受動整流器回路は、高周波チョークを含み、前記並列共振器は、誘導ループを含み、前記高周波チョークは、前記誘導ループをDC接地するために前記誘導ループに結合される請求項8に記載の受信機。
- 前記受動整流器回路は、少なくとも1つのダイオードを含み、前記並列共振器は、誘導ループを含み、前記少なくとも1つのダイオードは、前記誘導ループをDC接地するために前記誘導ループに結合される請求項2に記載の受信機。
- 前記受動整流器回路は、第1及び第2のダイオードを含み、前記並列共振器は、誘導ループを含み、前記第1及び第2のダイオードは、DC接地するために前記誘導ループに結合され、前記整流器回路は、前記第1及び第2のダイオードと電気的に直列に各々結合された第1と第2の高周波チョークをさらに含む請求項2に記載の受信機。
- 前記受動整流器回路は、前記誘導ループがその対称ポイントにおいてDC接地された対称的クワッドダイオード全波整流器回路として構成される請求項1に記載の受信機。
- 前記受動整流器回路は、前記並列共振器において見られた場合に前記負荷インピーダンスを約16対1だけステップアップすることによって前記負荷インピーダンスを変換するように構成される請求項11に記載の受信機。
- 前記並列共振器は、誘導ループを含み、前記誘導ループは、高周波チョークを用いてDC接地される請求項11に記載の受信機。
- 前記受動整流器回路は、高周波チョークを含み、前記並列共振器は、ループインダクタを含み、前記高周波チョークは、前記ループインダクタをDC接地するために前記ループインダクタに結合される請求項11に記載の受信機。
- 前記並列共振器は、ダブルターン誘導ループを含み、前記ダブルターン誘導ループは、その対称ポイントにおいてDC接地される請求項11に記載の受信機。
- 前記受動整流器回路は、前記並列共振器において見られた場合に前記負荷インピーダンスを約1対1により変換するように構成される請求項1に記載の受信機。
- 前記並列共振器は、キャパシタを含み、前記受動整流器回路は、前記キャパシタと電気的に並列な少なくとも第1及び第2のダイオードを含む請求項1に記載の受信機。
- 無線送電受信機を備える電子デバイスであって、
磁気近傍界に応答して共振し及びそこからの無線電力を結合するように構成された並列共振器を含む受信アンテナと、
前記並列共振器に結合された受動整流器回路と、を含み、前記受動整流器回路は、前記並列共振器への負荷インピーダンスを変換するように構成される、電子デバイス。 - 無線電力を受信するための方法であって、
無線送電の効率を向上させるために無線電力受信機共振器への負荷インピーダンスを変換することと、
磁気近傍界に応答して前記受信機共振器において共振することと、
前記共振している受信機共振器から抽出された電力を整流すること、とを備える、無線電力を受信するための方法。 - 負荷インピーダンスを前記変換すること及び電力を前記整流することは、同じ整流回路において行われる請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記整流することは、デュアルダイオード全波整流器回路として構成された受動整流器回路を用いる請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記整流することは、対称的クアッドダイオード全波整流器回路として構成された受動整流器回路を用いる請求項19に記載の方法。
- 無線送電受信機であって、
無線送電の効率を向上させるために無線電力受信機共振器への負荷インピーダンスを変換するための手段と、
磁気近傍界に応答して前記受信機共振器において共振するための手段と、
前記共振している受信機共振器から抽出された電力を整流するための手段と、を備える、無線送電受信機。
