を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - アプリケータは、その基端部に設けられ、捕獲ワイヤを操作するための制御部材を備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 捕獲ワイヤは投げ輪として形成されている、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- インプラントは、張力をかけてインプラントを展開形状から圧潰するための紐を備え、インプラントの捕獲ワイヤは紐と嵌合するフックとして形成されている、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 捕獲ワイヤはインプラントに連結されている、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- アプリケータは、アプリケータの先端部より延びインプラントを圧潰するように形成された膨張自在のスリーブを備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- アプリケータは、アプリケータの先端部より延びインプラントを圧潰するように形成された捕獲傘を備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- インプラントは支柱を圧潰するように形成された圧潰スリーブをさらに備え、システムは圧潰スリーブをインプラントに嵌合させるように形成された圧潰スリーブ引っ張りワイヤをさらに備える、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 患者の心室を仕切るためのシステムであって、
患者の心室内に展開するように形成されたインプラントと、該インプラントを挿入し取り出すように形成された細長いアプリケータと、を備え、
インプラントは、圧潰した送り出し形状と拡張した展開形状を有し、複数の支柱と、支柱間に延び張力をかけて支柱を圧潰する紐と、を備え、
アプリケータは、アプリケータの基端部に設けられアプリケータからのインプラントの解放を制御するための制御部材と、基端部から先端部に延びインプラントを解法自在に取り付けるように形成されたインプラント安定化軸と、基端部から先端部に延び紐をインプラントと嵌合させインプラントの支柱を圧潰するように形成された紐捕獲部材と、を備えていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 患者の心室を機能する主要部と機能しない非主要部に仕切るための装置であって、
展開形状と圧潰形状とを有する薄膜と、
ハブに取り付けられた先端部を有する複数の支柱で形成され、薄膜が取り付けられた拡張自在のフレームと、
ハブから先端側に延びるステムと、
ステムから軸方向に摺動し拡張自在のフレームと薄膜とを圧潰形状に圧潰するように形成された圧潰スリーブと、
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 拡張自在のフレームの各支柱の端部に設けられた受動アンカをさらに備える、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 装置の先端部に設けられた非外傷性脚部をさらに備える、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 圧潰スリーブ引っ張りワイヤ用の付属機構をさらに備える、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 患者の心腔を機能する主要部と機能しない非主要部に仕切るための着脱自在で再配置自在のインプラントであって、
薄膜と、第1の端部がハブに取り付けられた複数の支柱とを備え、薄膜は複数の支柱に取り付けられ、複数の支柱と薄膜は、心腔内での展開のため圧潰した送り出し形状と拡張した展開形状を有し、展開形状では薄膜に凹部が形成され、各支柱の端部には、患者の心臓壁に取り付けられるように形成された受動アンカが設けられるとともに、
ハブから先端側に延びるステムをさらに備え、該ステムは、長さが短くなる短縮可能領域を有し、受動アンカが患者の心臓壁から離脱できるようにした、
ことを特徴とするインプラント。 - ステムの短縮可能領域を短縮するように形成されたトリガ部材をさらに備える、請求項16に記載のインプラント。
- トリガ部材はステム部を通って先端側に延びるワイヤあるいは線を有する、請求項17に記載のインプラント。
- 短縮可能領域は圧潰領域である、請求項16に記載のインプラント。
- 短縮可能領域は伸縮自在である、請求項16に記載のインプラント。
- 短縮可能領域をロックするためのロックをさらに備える、請求項16に記載のインプラント。
- 心室の第1の位置に展開したインプラントを取り外す方法であって、
インプラントは、第1の端部に受動アンカを有し第2の端部でハブに連結された複数の支柱と、ハブから延びるステムとを備え、
ステムの短縮可能領域を短縮して受動アンカを心臓壁から外し、
複数の支柱を少なくとも部分的に圧潰し、
左心室の第1の位置からインプラントを取り出す、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 短縮領域の短縮をワイヤあるいは紐を引っ張って行う、請求項22に記載の方法。
- インプラントのロックを解除して短縮可能領域を短縮するようにした、請求項22に記載の方法。
- インプラントの少なくとも部分的な圧潰を紐あるいは圧潰線を引っ張って支柱を折り畳むことにより行う、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 左心室内にインプラントを再配置し、左心室の第2の位置で支柱を展開形状に拡張するようにした、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 患者からインプラントを取り外すようにした、請求項22に記載の方法。
