【解決手段】所定形状のセパレータ40を外周面311で保持して回転することで搬送する円柱状の搬送ドラム310,320と、前記セパレータ40と重なるように搬送ドラムの接線方向へ所定形状の正極22を搬送する電極搬送部200と、を有し、搬送ドラムの外周面に対応して、正極が投入される部位よりも搬送ドラムの回転方向上流側に非回転的に位置してセパレータを吸着する吸着領域A2と、正極が投入される部位よりも回転方向下流側に非回転的に位置してセパレータを離間させる非吸着領域A3とが区画され、外周面が吸着領域において吸着したセパレータを外周面の回転によって非吸着領域へ搬送して、外周面からセパレータを離間させて正極に受け渡すことで正極とセパレータを回転方向下流側から順次積層する積層装置である。

Description
まず、図1を参照して、積層装置により形成されるリチウムイオン二次電池(積層型電池)について説明する。図1はリチウムイオン二次電池の外観を表した斜視図、図2はリチウムイオン二次電池の分解斜視図、図3は負極および袋詰正極の平面図である。
次に本発明の一実施形態に係る積層装置について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。

Claims (6)
- 所定形状のセパレータを外周面で保持して回転することで搬送する円柱状の回転搬送部と、
前記セパレータと重なるように前記回転搬送部の接線方向へ所定形状の電極を搬送する電極搬送部と、を有し、
前記回転搬送部の外周面に対応して、
前記電極搬送部によって前記電極が投入される部位よりも前記回転搬送部の回転方向上流側に前記セパレータを吸着する吸着領域と、
前記電極が投入される部位よりも前記回転搬送部の回転方向下流側に前記セパレータを離間させる非吸着領域と、が区画され、
前記外周面は、前記吸着領域および非吸着領域と相対的に回転し、
前記外周面が前記吸着領域において吸着した前記セパレータを前記外周面の回転によって前記非吸着領域へ搬送して、前記外周面から当該セパレータを離間させて前記電極に受け渡すことで前記電極とセパレータを前記回転方向下流側から順次積層する積層装置。 - 前記回転搬送部は、
外周面に通気孔が形成される回転可能な円柱状回転体と、
前記円柱状回転体の内側に設けられ、前記通気孔を介して前記円柱状回転体の外周面に非回転的に吸着領域および非吸着領域を区画する内側構造部と、を有する請求項1に記載の積層装置。 - 前記円柱状回転体の外周面に、前記吸着領域よりも前記回転搬送部の回転方向上流側に、前記セパレータを吸着して固定する状態および吸着しつつ滑らす状態の間で切り換え可能に吸着力を調整可能であり、前記外周面とずれて回転し若しくは非回転的に位置する吸着力調整領域が区画される、請求項1または2に記載の積層装置。
- 前記非吸着領域は、気体を吹き出すことで前記セパレータを離間させる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の積層装置。
- 前記回転搬送部は、各々の外周面が対向するように並んで2つ設けられ、
前記電極搬送部は、2つの前記回転搬送部の間に向かって当該回転搬送部の接線方向へ前記電極を搬送し、当該前記回転搬送部により搬送される2枚のセパレータの間に前記電極を配置する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の積層装置。 - 所定形状のセパレータを外周面で保持して回転することで搬送する円柱状の回転搬送部と、前記セパレータと重なるように前記回転搬送部の接線方向へ所定形状の電極を搬送する電極搬送部と、を有する装置の前記回転搬送部の外周面に対応して、前記セパレータを吸着する吸着領域および前記セパレータを離間させる非吸着領域を区画し、
前記吸着領域を、前記電極搬送部によって前記電極が投入される部位よりも前記回転搬送部の回転方向上流側に位置させ、
前記非吸着領域を、前記電極が投入される部位よりも前記回転搬送部の回転方向下流側に位置させ、
前記外周面を、前記吸着領域および非吸着領域と相対的に回転可能とし、
前記外周面が前記吸着領域において吸着した前記セパレータを前記外周面の回転によって前記非吸着領域へ搬送して、前記外周面から当該セパレータを離間させて前記電極に受け渡すことで前記電極とセパレータを前記回転方向下流側から順次積層する積層方法。
