Abstract
【解決手段】成形個別低応力ガスケットは、比較的低ボルト荷重下において腐食性環境又は厳しい化学環境下で使用するために充填材入り再構成PTFEにより構成される。ガスケット100は、ガスケット表面104を有し、凸状の内側封止リング112及び凸状の外側封止リング108を備えている。ガスケット100は充填材入り再構成PTFE素材から構成されてもよく、内側封止リング112及び外側封止リング108は、ガスケット100の他の領域より低圧で変形する。

Claims (2)
- 隆起した封止リングと、
前記隆起した封止リングに接するリブ領域と
を備え、
前記隆起した封止リングは、前記リブ領域を形成する充填材入り再構成PTFEより密度の低い充填材入り再構成PTFEから成り、前記リブ領域は、ガスケットに強度及び剛性を付与し、前記隆起した封止リングは、前記リブ領域と比べて高い圧縮性を有する、
成形PTFEガスケット。 - 前記隆起した封止リング及び前記リブ領域が、相互に一体化して成形された、請求項1に記載の成形PTFEガスケット。
