Abstract
【解決手段】 下記比率(重量%)を有する組成物:PA-11、PA-12、C6〜12の脂肪族ジアミンとC9〜12の脂肪族ジアシッドとの縮合で得られる脂肪族ポリアミドおよびナイロン-11単位が90%以上かナイロン-12単位が90%以上の11/12コポリアミドの中から選択される少なくとも1種のポリアミド70〜96%、可塑剤4〜10%、NBRまたはH-NBRエラストマー0〜25%、ただし、可塑剤とエラストマーの合計量は4〜30%。この組成物は熱可塑性樹脂の標準的な方法で各成分を溶融混合して製造できる。

Description
(1) PA-11、PA-12、6〜12個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジアミンと9〜12個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジアシッドとの縮合で得られる脂肪族ポリアミドおよびナイロン-11単位を90%以上かナイロン-12単位を90%以上含む11/12コポリアミドの中から選択される少なくとも1種のポリアミド:70〜96%、
(2) 可塑剤:4〜10%、
(3) NBRまたはH-NBRエラストマー:0〜25%、
(ここで、可塑剤とエラストマーとの合計量は4〜30%)
ヘキサメチレンジアミンと1,12-ドデカンジオン酸との縮合で得られるPA6−12
C9ジアミンと1,12-ドデカンジオン酸との縮合で得られるPA9−12
C10ジアミンと1,10-デカンジオン酸との縮合で得られるPA10−10

ポリアミド混合物を用いても本発明の範囲を逸脱するものではない。
ポリアミドはPA-11またはPA-12にするのが有利である。

NBR:
アクリロニトリル(19%)/ブタジエンランダムコポリマー、密度0.98g/cm3、ムーニー粘度:100℃、45±5ML(1+4)
PA-11:
ナイロン-11、密度1.030g/cm3、ISO固有粘度:1.35dl/g
BBSA:
N-ブチルベンゼンスルホンアミド(可塑剤)
Stab:
添加剤(「熱および光」に対する安定剤)
NBRは予め液体窒素を用いて冷却した後に凝結防止剤(ステアリン酸カルシウム)の存在下で粉砕機(LANCELIN、登録商標)中で粉砕した(16mmメッシュで予備粉砕後に6mmメッシュで再処理)。
上記材料を互いに回転する二軸スクリュー押出機(WERNER40型、登録商標、D/L=40)で配合した。押出機は番号F1〜F9の10の帯域とダイとを有する。供給帯域F1は加熱せず、他の帯域は全て270℃の均一温度分布にした。
ポリアミド、NBRおよびStab(添加剤)を2つの秤量供給装置を介してドライブレンドし、帯域F1へ導入した。
300回転/分のスクリュー回転速度で、ダイ出口での押出量を70kg/時にした。押出されたロッドを水槽で冷却後、顆粒化した。得られた顆粒を80℃で12時間乾燥させ、含水率を求め(水分%=0.08%)、密封バッグに詰めて各種試験で用いた。
各プレートをパンチダイで打ち抜いて種々のバーおよび試験片を作り、それらの組成物を特徴付けし、老化試験で用いた。
〔表2〕には成形(押出/カレンダー加工)後の各試験での分子量に関する情報をまとめて示してある。
試験片(および/またはバー)を所定温度(一般に110〜140℃)のpH7の水(または2Dディーゼル/水混合物)中に漬けて老化させた。1つのオートクレーブにつき約20個のISO 1/2試験片となるように、各試験片を複数のオートクレーブ(H=32cm、Dint=8cm、Vint=1.5l)中に入れた。試験片は1リットルの蒸留水中に完全に浸漬させた。各オートクレーブに窒素を50 l/時のN2流量で送って3時間バブリングして不活化した(脱酸素)。この不活性化法が有効であることを出口の酸素含有率(O2%<2ppm)を測定して確認した。
水/オイル混合物で老化させる場合には各流体を別々に(上記と同じ条件下で)2時間不活化した後、両者を合わせ、(容量を再調整し、)再び1時間不活化した。
引張試験は押出プレートからパンチダイ(上記参照)で打ち抜いたISO 1BA 1/2試験片に対して行った。この試験は光学伸び計を備えた自動引張試験機を用いてISO 527 1BA規格に準じて23℃で行った。引張速度は25mm/分、初期標点距離は25mmにした。
23℃での衝撃強度は寸法80×10×4mm3のノッチ付き射出成形バーに対してISO 179-1/1eA規格に準じて評価した。用いた振り子衝撃試験機はZWICK(登録商標)5102型で、ノッチはNOTCHVIS(登録商標)自動ノッチ付け機(A型のVノッチ)を用いて付けられた。支持体間の距離は62mmにした。
分子量はPLgel MIXED-B 10μmカラムを備えたWATERS(登録商標)ALL/GPC 150型装置で立体除外クロマトグラフィー(SEC)で求めた。PAベースの試験片(30mg)はベンジルアルコールに130℃で3時間溶解させた。分析も130℃で行った。
組成物1(7%のBBSA)および組成物2(12%のBBSA)の顆粒数個をガラス管に入れ、120℃で減圧下に5日間放置して可塑剤を抽出した。この後に試験片から得られる抽出物の量はゼロであった。抽出前後の試験片の熱的性質をDSC分析で求めた。この分析は改正ISO 11357-1規格に準じてPERKIN ELMER(登録商標)DSC 7-型装置で下記条件下で行った:
温度範囲:20℃〜240℃
第1加熱/冷却/第2加熱:
毎分20℃/40℃/20℃
Claims (9)
- 下記(1)〜(3)で構成される(重量%)組成物:
(1) PA-11、PA-12、6〜12個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジアミンと9〜12個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジアシッドとの縮合で得られる脂肪族ポリアミドおよびナイロン-11単位を90%以上かナイロン-12単位を90%以上含む11/12コポリアミドの中から選択される少なくとも1種のポリアミド:70〜96%、
(2) 可塑剤:4〜10%、
(3) NBRまたはH-NBRエラストマー:0〜25%、
(ここで、可塑剤とエラストマーとの合計量は4〜30%) - ポリアミドがPA-11またはPA-12の中から選択される請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 可塑剤がBBSAである請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- ポリアミドが燐酸および次亜燐酸の中から選択される触媒を含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 触媒の量がポリアミドに対して最大3000ppmである請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 触媒の量が50〜1000ppmである請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 可塑剤の比率が5〜9%で、エラストマーの比率が8〜22%で、可塑剤とエラストマーとの合計量が13〜30%である請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- ポリアミドの量が72〜92%で、可塑剤とエラストマーとの合計量が28〜8%である請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の層を含む管。
