Description

六角形穴部及び六角形軸部は、回転防止部として機能する。すなわち、咬合圧に対して垂直方向の回転を防止するものであり、インプラント体に対するアバットメントの回転を防止する。
また、テーパー穴部及びテーパー軸部は、咬合圧を受けるために設けられており、回転防止部（六角形穴部及び六角形軸部）に隣接して形成される。
本発明に係るアバットメント体は、インプラント体の中心穴に嵌合するアバットメント体において、外径が軸方向にかけて縮小すると共に、外周面に前記軸方向に沿う複数の溝部が形成されたテーパー軸部を有することを特徴とする。
すなわち、インプラント体１０の中心穴１３にアバットメント２０を挿入すると、アバットメント２０のテーパー軸部２２がインプラント体１０の中心穴１３のテーパー穴部１４に嵌合する。この際、テーパー軸部２２に形成された５本の溝部２３は、テーパー穴部１４に形成された５本の突起１７に差し込まれる。
そして、患者の歯槽骨２に埋入したインプラント体１０の中心穴１３にアバットメント体８を挿入する。これにより、アバットメント２０のテーパー軸部２２は、インプラント体１０の中心穴１３のテーパー穴部１４に楔状に嵌め込まれる。
また、クランパピン３０の一端側（＋Ｚ側）の係合部３１がインプラント体１０の中心穴１３の最底部（＋Ｚ側）の係合穴部１６に差し込まれる。つまり、クランパピン３０の係合部３１の平行二面３１Ｂとインプラント体１０の係合穴部１６の平行二面１６Ａが密着（嵌合）する。

Claims (1)

  1. インプラント体の中心穴に嵌合するアバットメント体において、
    外径が軸方向にかけて縮小すると共に、外周面に前記軸方向に沿う複数の溝部が形成されたテーパー軸部を有することを特徴とするアバットメント体。
