The resin-made pallet described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 is an integrated upper part and lower part, and the resin pallet described in Patent Document 2 also forms a pallet. Two hollow molded bodies are opposed to each other and integrated with each other.

When performing work such as loading or transporting a transported object or transported object on a pallet, there may be various physical stresses on the transported object or transported object, such as vibration or impact, Especially for objects to be transported and objects to be transported such as expensive objects and precision equipment, it is possible to grasp the physical stress applied during work numerically and analyze damage accidents etc. by history to deal with them appropriately. It has been strongly requested.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a recessed portion for incorporating an acceleration sensor in a pallet on which the object to be transported or the object to be transported is loaded, and to provide a built-in acceleration sensor with a gap around the immobility state between the plurality of convex portions. Acceleration that allows the acceleration sensor to grasp the physical stress applied during work numerically and analyze damage accidents based on the data stored in the acceleration sensor based on the history and appropriately deal with it A pallet with a built-in sensor is provided.

The pallet with a built-in acceleration sensor of the present invention that achieves the above object is a pallet with a built-in acceleration sensor, and the pallet on which an article is placed has a top wall, a bottom wall, and a side wall having an opening into which a forklift claw can be inserted. And having a recess open to the upper surface or the side surface, wherein the recess has a plurality of protrusions having an opening width wider than an external dimension of the acceleration sensor incorporated therein and partially reducing the opening width. Thus, the acceleration sensor incorporated in the recess is provided with a gap around it and held in a stationary state between the plurality of protrusions.

In the acceleration sensor built-in pallet according to the present invention, the pallet has a hollow double wall structure obtained by blow-molding a thermoplastic resin and has a recess for housing the acceleration sensor. It is preferable that the hollow double wall structure to be formed has a rectangular shape in plan view, and a concave portion in which the acceleration sensor is built is formed at a central position where the diagonal lines of the top wall intersect each other.

According to the present invention, the recessed portion for incorporating the acceleration sensor is provided on the pallet on which the object to be transported or the object to be transported is loaded, and the built-in acceleration sensor is provided in a fixed state between the plurality of protruding portions by providing a gap around it. As a result, physical stress applied during work can be grasped numerically by the acceleration sensor, and damage accidents etc. can be analyzed by history based on the data stored in the acceleration sensor and appropriately dealt with. is there.

1 is an overall perspective view of an acceleration sensor built-in pallet according to an embodiment of the present invention. It is a whole top view same as the above. It is the whole perspective view and partial expansion perspective view which show the aspect which removed the acceleration sensor same as the above. It is a principal part expanded sectional view same as the above. It is a principal part perspective view of the aspect made to incorporate an acceleration sensor in a pallet.

The acceleration sensor built-in pallet 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is composed of a hollow double-wall structure 2 obtained by blow molding a thermoplastic resin. The hollow double wall structure 2 has a square shape in plan view, and the upper wall 4 as one wall and the lower wall 5 as the other wall facing each other with a space to be the hollow portion 3 and the circumference of both walls. It has a side wall 6 that connects the ends together. The side wall 6 is formed with a parting line 7 serving as a welding surface of one half and the other half of the hollow double wall structure 2 at the time of blow molding. Ridges 8 directed outward are formed so as to enlarge the welding area of each other.
The side wall 6 is formed with a fork insertion hole 9 for inserting a forklift claw (fork) on each of its four surfaces. Since the parting line 7 of the peripheral wall 6 is formed in a portion clamped at the time of blow molding, a burr (not shown) is generated, so that the welding area along the parting line 7 is expanded outwardly. The protruding ridges 8 are formed by cutting away the burrs leaving a required protruding length.
A plurality of ribs 10 that integrally connect the upper wall 4 and the lower wall 5 are formed in the hollow double wall structure 2. The ribs 10 are protruded from the upper surface wall 4 side and the lower surface wall 5 side in the direction of the hollow portion 3 and are welded and integrated with each other. It can also be set as the aspect integrated by welding.

As shown in FIG. 2, an acceleration sensor (sometimes abbreviated as G sensor) 11 is provided on the upper surface wall 4 of the hollow double wall structure 2 at the center position where the diagonal lines a and b of the upper surface wall 4 intersect each other. A recessed portion 12 to be incorporated is formed, and the recessed portion 12 is provided such that the center position thereof coincides with the central position where the diagonal lines a and b of the upper surface wall 4 intersect each other.
The concave portion 12 is formed with a plurality of convex portions 13 having an opening width wider than the external dimensions of the built-in acceleration sensor 11 and partially narrowing the opening width. For this reason, the recess 12 is held in an immovable state and detachable by providing the clearance sensor 14 with a gap 14 around the recess 12 and bringing the acceleration sensor 11 into contact with the plurality of protrusions 13. A concave step 15 is formed around the opening side of the concave portion 12, and the concave plate 12 is provided with a lid plate 16 that is secured to the four corners with screws 17 and the acceleration sensor 11 is built in. Is closed by the cover plate 16. The lid plate 16 is preferably transparent or semi-transparent in order to allow the acceleration sensor 11 to be visually recognized.
Since the acceleration sensor 11 incorporated in the recess 12 is positioned at the center of the hollow double wall structure 2 so that the square shape of the hollow double wall structure 2 and each side are parallel, the acceleration sensor 11 is a pallet. The three directions of the horizontal axis X, the vertical axis Y, and the vertical axis Z of the acceleration sensor 11 and the X, Y, and Z of the acceleration sensor 11 can be made to coincide with each other. For this reason, the physical stress of the to-be-conveyed object and the to-be-conveyed object which may be received via a pallet can be detected with high precision with the direction. In addition, the data memorize | stored in the acceleration sensor 11 shall remove the acceleration sensor 11 from a pallet, and shall collect it with a detection apparatus.

In the illustrated embodiment, the average thickness of the hollow double wall structure 2 constituting the pallet is 2 to 8 mm, the height of the hollow portion 3 is 90 to 200 mm, and the convex formed along the parting line 7. The protruding width of the strip 8 is 1.0 to 7.0 mm, and the thickness of the protruding strip 8 is 1.0 to 5.0 mm. The ridges 8 may have a shape in which the burrs are cut off while leaving a necessary protruding length, but in view of the appearance, it is preferable to make the shape slightly tapered or rounded in the protruding direction.

The thermoplastic resin constituting the acceleration sensor built-in pallet 1 according to the present invention includes polyolefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyamide resins, polyethylene terephthalate resins, polybutylene terephthalate resins, polystyrene resins, ABS resins, polycarbonate resins, and modified resins.
