Abstract
【解決手段】 生分解性ポリマー材料であって、形状記憶特性を有するポリ乳酸を用いて管状に形成され、脈管内に植え込まれたときにこの脈管を内部から支持する拡径された大きさに形状記憶されたステント2と、このステント2を外周側から覆って、形状記憶された大きさより縮径された状態に保持する生分解性ポリマー材料からなるステント保持部材3とからなり、ステント2にステント検出用部材8を取り付け、ステント検出用部材8にステント保持部材3を固定し、ステント2とステント保持部材3の位置ずれを防止する。

Claims (10)
- 生分解性ポリマー材料であって、形状記憶特性を有するポリ乳酸(PLA)を用いて管状に形成され、脈管内に植え込まれたときに上記脈管を内部から支持可能とする拡径された大きさに形状記憶されたステントと、
上記ステントを外周側から覆って、上記形状記憶された大きさより縮径された状態に保持する生分解性ポリマー材料からなるステント保持部材とを有し、
上記ステントにステント検出用部材を取り付け、上記ステント検出用部材に上記ステント保持部材を固定し、上記ステントと上記ステント保持部材の位置ずれを防止するようにしたことを特徴とするステント装置。 - 上記ステント保持部材は、形状記憶特性を有する生分解性ポリマーにより形成され、上記ステントを縮径状態に保持する内周径を有する大きさに縮径されて形状記憶されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のステント装置。
- 上記ステントは、ポリL−ラクチド(PLLA)により形成され、上記ステント保持部材は、ポリL−ラクチド(PLLA)とポリε−カプララクトン(PCL)の共重合体からなり、上記ステントを縮径状態に保持する内周径を有する大きさに縮径されて形状記憶され、上記形状記憶された状態で弾性を有し、上記形状記憶された状態から拡径されるにしたがって弾性力が減少される特性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のステント装置。
- 上記ステント保持部材は、接着剤により接合されて上記ステント検出用部材に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載のステント装置。
- 上記ステント保持部材は、溶融部を上記ステント検出用部材に接合して固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載のステント装置。
- 上記ステント保持部材は、上記ステント検出用部材を上記ステント保持部材に形成した嵌合孔に嵌合して固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載のステント装置。
- 上記ステントは、直線部分と折り曲げ部とが順次連続する要素を備え、上記折り曲げ部の開き角を変化させることによって拡径、縮径されてなり、上記直線部分に上記ステント保持部材が固定されるステント検出用部材が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1に記載のステント装置。
- 上記ステントは、一連に連続する線条体を直線部分と折り曲げ部とが順次連続するように折り曲げて形成され複数の管状体形成エレメントを組み合わせて構成され、上記折り曲げ部の開き角を変化させることによって拡径、縮径されてなり、上記直線部分に上記ステント保持部材が固定されるステント検出用部材を取り付けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1に記載のステント装置。
- 上記ステントと上記ステント保持部材は、複数の固定部で固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1に記載のステント装置。
- 上記ステント保持部材は、上記管状に形成されたステントの両端部に取り付けたステント検出用部材に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1に記載のステント装置。
