Abstract
【解決手段】この電気二重層キャパシタ1は、セパレータ2と、セパレータ2の両側に設けられた2個の分極性電極3,3’と、それぞれの分極性電極3,3’の外側に設けられた集電体4,4’と、を備えており、セパレータ2と2個の分極性電極3,3’に電解液Lが含浸されたものにおいて、集電体4,4’にDLC導電性中間層4a,4a’が形成され、DLC導電性中間層4a,4a’に分極性電極3,3’が接着されている。

Claims (2)
- セパレータと、該セパレータの両側に設けられた2個の分極性電極と、該それぞれの分極性電極の外側に設けられた集電体と、を備えており、前記セパレータと前記2個の分極性電極に電解液が含浸された電気二重層キャパシタにおいて、
前記集電体にDLC導電性中間層が形成され、該DLC導電性中間層に前記分極性電極が接着されていることを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ。 - 請求項1に記載の電気二重層キャパシタにおいて、
前記集電体の表面近傍内部は、イオン注入された炭素原子同士が連続して結合しており、
前記DLC導電性中間層の炭素原子は、前記イオン注入された炭素原子に結合していることを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ。
