Abstract
【解決手段】第1と第2のガスの流れ、例えばディーゼルエンジンの排ガスの戻り流れと送入ガスの流れとを混合する装置であって、第1の流れのための配管(16)と、混合を行うべく前記配管(16)における第2の流れのための入口(7)と、可変ベンチュリ作用を達成し、このようにして可変吸引作用と混合された流れの混合とを行うために前記入口(7)において前記配管(16)の長手方向に移動するように配置された流線形の体部(8)と、前記体部を前記配管内で前後に移動させる作動手段とを含む混合装置である。絞りの必要性と、それに付随した圧力損失とを最小にするために、流線形の体部(8)と供給部分(2)とは前記体部の位置とは関係なく前記入口(7)の近傍で前記配管(16)において最大の絞りを達成するように設計されている。

Claims (8)
- 第1と第2のガスの流れを混合する、入口の空気の流れと燃焼機関の排ガス再循環EGRの流れを混合する装置であって、
前記第1の流れのための配管(16)と、
混合を行うための前記配管(16)における前記第2の流れ用の入口(3)を有する供給部分(2)と、
可変ベンチュリ作用を行ってそれによる可変吸引作用を行い、混合された流れの混合を達成するために、前記入口(3)のところで前記配管(16)の長手方向に移動するように配置された流線形の体部(8)と、
前記配管(16)において前記体部を前後に移動させる作動手段とを含む混合装置において、
前記の流線形の体部(8)と供給部分(2)とが、絞りの必要性とそれに付随する圧力損失を最小にするために前記体部の位置とは関係なしに前記入口(3)近傍で前記配管(16)において最大の絞りを達成するように設計され、
前記作動手段(20)が、前記第1の流れを乱して圧力損失を発生させないように、前記体部(8)の内部に配置されていることを特徴とする第1と第2の流れを混合する装置。 - 吸引作用を最大にしてそれにより圧力損失を最小にするために、前記入口(3)が前記配管(16)の断面の周りに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記入口が空隙(3)の形態で設計されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 圧力損失を最小にする目的で種々の混合状態に対して流れ領域が最適化されうるように前記空隙(3)の空隙幅が調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記の流線形体部(8)が、前記配管(16)の一方の外面まで延在しているホルダ(12)によってその前端において懸架されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ホルダ(12)が圧力損失を最小にするために断面が流線形とされていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記作動手段(20)が前記体部(8)の内側、あるいは前記配管(16)の外側に配置される場合、前記ホルダ(12)は前記作動手段(20)へエネルギを供給する手段(24)を含むことを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記作動手段(20)が該作動手段(20)を調節するための送入管を含み、前記シリンダ(9)が前記体部(8)内に配置され、前記シリンダ(9)は、前記送入管に対して出て行き、前記送入管は別の小径の送入管(14)を含み、前記シリンダ(9)に取り付けられた流線形の前記体部(8)は、一方では前記送入管における流体圧と、他方では小径の送入管(14)における流体圧との変動により前記供給部分(2)内で前後に移動することができることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の装置。
