By the way, in a well-known technique, a some hook part is formed in a support frame (other members different from a skin material). For this reason, it is necessary to process the support frame appropriately, and the structure for locking the skin material tends to be complicated.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and a problem to be solved by the present invention is to lock the skin material with a simpler configuration.

As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the vehicle seat of the first invention has a seat constituent member such as a seat cushion or a seat back. The seat component has a cushion material that forms the outer shape of the seat and a skin material that can cover the cushion material, and covers the seating side of the cushion material with the skin material, while the skin material one end and the skin material other end Is locked on the other side of the cushioning material different from the seating side.
In this type of seat configuration, it is desirable that the skin material can be locked by a simpler configuration (without processing other members different from the skin material as much as possible).

In the present invention, the above-described skin material has a bridging member that can be disposed in a bridging manner between one end of the skin material and the other end of the skin material.
Therefore, a locking portion is provided on at least one of the skin material one end and the skin material other end, and a locked portion is provided on at least one end of the bridging member. And it was set as the structure which connects a skin material one end part and a skin material other end part by a bridging member by latching a to-be-latched part to a latching | locking part.
Thus, in the present invention, the skin material can be locked to the cushion material by the bridging member (only the constituent elements of the skin material).

The vehicle seat of the second invention is the vehicle seat of the first invention, and is provided with locking portions at both one end portion of the skin material and the other end portion of the skin material, and each locked portion at both ends of the bridging member. Is provided.
In the present invention, the bridging member is detachably attached to both the one end portion of the skin material and the other end portion of the skin material by detachably locking the locked portion to the locking portion. By making the bridging member detachable in this way, the bridging member can be replaced alone (for example, in a structure with excellent handling properties) during maintenance.

The vehicle seat of the third invention is the vehicle seat of the first invention or the second invention, wherein the above-mentioned bridging member is extendable according to the outer shape of the cushion material.
In the present invention, the bridging member is disposed along the shape (for example, uneven shape) of the cushion material by appropriately expanding and contracting.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the skin material can be locked with a simpler configuration. Moreover, according to the 2nd invention, a skin material can be latched with sufficient handleability. And according to 3rd invention, a skin material can be looked good and can be locked.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In each of the drawings, a reference symbol F is attached to the front of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol B is attached to the rear of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol UP is provided above the vehicle seat, and a reference symbol DW is provided below the vehicle seat.
The vehicle seat 2 in FIG. 1 has a seat cushion 4, a seat back 6, and a headrest 8, and can be disposed on the passenger compartment floor surface FL. These seat constituent members include cushion materials (4P, 6P, 8P) and skin materials (4S, 6S, 8S).
In the passenger compartment floor surface FL of the present embodiment, the facing portion of the seat cushion 4 may be planar, and the facing portion of the seat back 6 in a collapsed state may be uneven.

<実施例1>
<Example 1>
The seat back 6 is a member that is connected to the seat cushion 4 so as to be able to rise and fall, and includes a cushion material 6P and a skin material 6S (detailed later) (see FIGS. 1 and 2).
The cushion material 6P is a member (rectangular shape in a side view) that forms a seat outer shape, and has elasticity that can support an occupant. The material of the cushion material 6P is not particularly limited, but polyurethane foam can be used.
And in a present Example, the peripheral side (E1-E4) of the skin material 6S is latched by the back side of the cushion material 6P, covering the seating side of the cushion material 6P with the skin material 6S. In this type of seat configuration, it is desirable that the skin material 6S can be locked with a simpler configuration (without processing other members such as cushion materials as much as possible).
Therefore, in this embodiment, the skin material 6S is locked by a simple configuration described later. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail.

また同後面側において、第三端部E3(表皮材一端部の他例)と第四端部E4(表皮材他端部の他例)が互いに対面配置する。
[Skin material]
The skin material 6S is a bag-like member that can cover the cushion material 6P (see FIGS. 1 to 4). The material of the skin material 6S is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include fabric (woven fabric, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric), leather (natural leather, synthetic leather), and composite materials thereof.
The skin material 6S of the present embodiment includes a plurality of locking portions 10, a plurality of bridging members (16f, 16s), and a plurality of end portions (E1 to E4) (see FIG. 2).
The plurality of end portions (first end portion E1 to fourth end portion E4) are portions that respectively form the peripheral ends of the skin material 6S. Then, as will be described later, the cushion material 6P is covered with a skin material 6S. At this time, the first end E1 (an example of one end of the skin material) and the second end E2 (an example of the other end of the skin material) face each other on the rear surface side of the cushion material 6P. Further, on the rear surface side, the third end E3 (another example of one end of the skin material) and the fourth end E4 (another example of the other end of the skin material) face each other.
In the present embodiment, the plurality of bridging members 16f and 16s are locked to the peripheral end of the skin material 6S, and both end portions (E1 and E2, E3 and E4) of the skin material 6S are connected.

(Locking part)
The latching | locking part 10 has the window part 12 and the holding | maintenance part 14 (refer FIG.2 and FIG.3).
The holding part 14 is typically a metal or resin wire (wire shape), and has a length dimension that can be arranged along each end of the skin material 6S.
In the present embodiment, the locking portions 10 are provided at the peripheral ends (first end E1 to fourth end E4) of the skin material 6S, respectively. At this time, each end of the skin material 6S is fixed in the middle of the skin material 6S while being folded (or outwardly folded) (see FIG. 4). Next, the holding portion 14 is inserted into each end portion (E1 to E4), and the window portion 12 is provided along the peripheral end of the skin material 6S.

The window portion 12 is a cutout portion provided in the middle of the end portion (longitudinal direction) of the skin material 6S, and the holding portion 14 can be exposed from each end portion (bag shape) of the skin material 6S (FIG. 2). And FIG. 3).
In this embodiment, the window portion 12 of the first end portion E1 and the window portion 12 of the second end portion E2 are formed in a face-to-face manner. In this way, the holding portion 14 of the first end E1 and the holding portion 14 of the second end E2 are exposed, and a first bridging member 16f (described later) can be attached in a bridging manner.
Further, the window portion 12 of the third end portion E3 and the window portion 12 of the fourth end portion E4 are formed in a face-to-face manner. By doing so, the holding portion 14 of the third end E3 and the holding portion 14 of the fourth end E4 are exposed, and the second bridging member 16s (described later) can be attached in a bridging manner.

(Bridge member)
The bridging members (the first bridging member 16f and the second bridging member 16s) are band-like members (straight) that can cross the cushion material 6P, and have a locked portion 18 (see FIGS. 2 to 4).
The first bridging member 16f is a member that crosses the cushion material 6P in the seat length direction (vertical direction). The second bridging member 16s is a member that crosses the cushion material 6P in the seat width direction (left-right direction).
Examples of the material of the bridging members 16f and 16s include fabric (woven fabric, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric), leather (natural leather, synthetic leather), and composite materials thereof. Examples of the fabric material include natural fibers, synthetic fibers, and stretchable materials (natural rubber, synthetic rubber, elastomer). Each bridging member 16f, 16s of the present embodiment is preferably formed of a stretchable material. By providing each bridging member 16f, 16s with appropriate stretchability, it can be disposed along the outer shape of the cushion material 6P (details will be described later).

(Locked part)
The locked portion 18 is a portion that can be locked to the locking portion 10 (holding portion 14) (see FIGS. 3 and 4).
The locked portion 18 of the present embodiment is a substantially J-shaped (sectional view) flat plate member that can be detachably locked to the holding portion 14 described above. Although the material of the to-be-latched part 18 is not specifically limited, it becomes sewn to each bridging member 16f, 16s by using resin.
In this embodiment, the locked portions 18 are attached to both ends of the bridging members 16f and 16s, respectively. By doing so, the first bridging member 16f can be detachably attached to both the first end E1 and the second end E2. Also, the second bridging member 16s can be detachably attached to both the third end E3 and the fourth end E4.

[Installation work of skin material]
With reference to FIGS. 2 to 4, the peripheral side of the skin material 6 </ b> S is locked on the back side of the cushion material 6 </ b> P while the seating side of the cushion material 6 </ b> P is covered with the skin material 6 </ b> S.
In this embodiment, the first bridging member 16f and the second bridging member 16s are arranged in a cross shape (cross shape). The first end E1 and the second end E2 are connected by the bridging member 16 by locking both ends (the locked portion 18) of the first bridging member 16f to the locking portion 10, respectively. Moreover, the 3rd end part E3 and the 4th end part E4 are connected with the bridging member 16 by latching the both ends (locked part 18) of the 2nd bridging member 16s to the latching | locking part 10, respectively.
Thus, by making the first bridging member 16f and the second bridging member 16s cross, the peripheral edge of the skin material 6S can be more reliably locked.

By the way, in the above-mentioned seat configuration, the rear surface shape of the cushioning material 6P may be uneven (see FIG. 4).
For example, the rear surface of the cushion material 6P (the side facing the vehicle compartment floor surface in the collapsed state) has an uneven shape following the vehicle compartment floor surface FL. Further, various configurations of the seat back 6 (such as a frame member forming a seat skeleton) protrude from the cushion material 6P in an uneven shape.
At this time, in the present embodiment, for example, the first bridging member 16f is appropriately expanded and contracted and disposed along the rear surface shape (irregularities) of the cushion material 6P (this is a sheet configuration with excellent handling properties).

As described above, in this embodiment, the skin material 6S can be locked to the cushion material 6P by the bridging members 16f and 16s (only the components of the skin material 6S). In other words, the end portion of the skin material 6S can be locked without providing the locking portion 10 on another member such as the cushion material 6P (without processing the other member).
In this embodiment, the locked portion 18 (substantially J-shaped member) can be manually locked with respect to the locking portion 10 (holding portion 14).
In the present embodiment, the bridging members 16f and 16s can be detachably attached to the end portion of the skin material 6S by the locking portion 10 and the locked portion 18. For this reason, for example, at the time of maintenance, only the bridging member 16 can be exchanged (the structure is excellent in handleability).
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the skin material 6S can be locked with a simpler configuration.

<実施例2>
<Example 2>
Since the vehicle seat of the present embodiment has substantially the same basic configuration as the vehicle seat 2 of the first embodiment, the common structure is denoted by the corresponding reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted.
The locking portion 10a of the present embodiment has a so-called suspender structure, and has a window portion 12a and a holding portion 14a (see FIG. 5).
The holding | maintenance part 14a is a resin-made columnar site | part typically, for example, can be integrally attached to the 1st end part E1. Moreover, the window part 12a is a notch part (substantially rectangular shape) of the skin material 6S, for example, can be provided in the 1st end part E1 (upper part of the holding | maintenance part 14a).

In the present embodiment, a locking portion 10a is provided at each peripheral end of the skin material 6S (see FIG. 2).
For example, the holding portion 14a is fixed along, for example, the first end portion E1 (longitudinal direction), and a plurality of window portions 12a are provided along the first end portion E1. Then, by inserting the locked portion 18 into the window portion 12a and locking it to the holding portion 14a, the end portions (for example, E1 and E2) of the skin material 6S are connected by the first bridging member 16f (FIGS. 3 and 5). See).
In this embodiment, the locked portion 18 can be locked to the locking portion 10 without processing the end portion of the skin material 6S into a bag shape. For this reason, according to the present Example, the edge part of the skin material 6S can be latched by further simple structure.

The vehicle seat of the present embodiment is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can take other various embodiments.
(1) In the present embodiment, the example in which the bridging members 16f and 16s are detachably attached to both ends (E1 and E2 or E3 and E4) of the skin material 6S has been described.
Unlike this, the bridging member can be detachably attached to one of both ends of the skin material, and can be detachably attached to the other one. For example, the first bridging member 16f can be stitched (non-detachably attached) to the first end E1. The first bridging member 16f can be integrated with the first end E1 (both members are made of the same fabric).

(2) In this embodiment, an example in which a pair of bridging members (16f, 16s) is used has been described. However, the present invention is not intended to limit the number, shape, and arrangement of the bridging members. For example, a single bridging member can be used, and in this case, for example, a cross-shaped bridging member is preferably used. Also, a plurality of bridging members can be used.
(3) Further, in the present embodiment, the configurations of the locking portion 10 and the locked portion 18 are illustrated, but the configuration of these portions is not intended to be limited. The locking portion and the locked portion can have, for example, a fastener structure, a button structure (detachable structure), or a boggling member (linear member and ring member, non-detachable configuration).
(4) In this embodiment, the seat back 6 has been described as an example of a seat constituent member. The configuration of the present embodiment can be applied to various seat components such as the seat cushion 4.
(5) Moreover, in this embodiment, the structure of the vehicle seat 2 was demonstrated exclusively. The configuration of the present embodiment can be applied to various seats such as a home seat.
